Took forever to check in…apparently airplane staff can just walk in an jump the line with like 6-7 people waiting to check in, then the lady behind the desk wants to get an attitude an act like what’s wrong….but typical …. It’s a run down suites….

The front desk person, Ms Pam was very helpful and her hospitality was excellent. Thank you Embassy Suites College Park for a great stay and a great breakfast might I add. My only complaint was the water spots on the wine glasses at breakfast

At first, they didn't have the 2 double beds suite that I had reserved for which cost more than the king bed suite they had given to me. Second, they didn't have WIFI during our entire stay which is critical for our work. Third, they didn't replenish Body wash, hair conditioner before we had checked in. We hardly use any, and there was none left. Breakfast was good, the server, chef were courteous. The checkin front desk clerk however, was not courteous and didn't really want to help.

I travel extensively for work, and whenever available I choose Embassy Suites hotels for my personal travel. Everything was lovely, as I have come to expect from the brand, however, I had some repeated issues with the staff that worked in the breakfast area. While it was stated at Check in to have my voucher at breakfast, I complied. Every morning I was sought out by the staff to verify my stay and voucher. I happily complied with thier request each time, however I noticed that no one else was asked…... even the other guests traveling with me. I want to apologize to the Hilton Hotel Company for apparently not meeting the visual requirements for being a guest at their establishment. While I will stay at Embassy Suites again, as it is my first choice, however, I will not be returning to this location

It was my granddaughters 8th birthday and we hosted a sleeping over with six 7 & 8 year olds. It was very busy weekend at the hotel but they handled it seamlessly.

It was absolutely amazing
This was my first Embassy stay.
perfectly Clean, and the best place to relax and work.
I really enjoyed it and would love to try a similar Hilton Property and see how it compares
I was in room 142 and I think it may be the nicest room on property

Family and I stayed due to Hurricane hitting our home in Florida. We originally booked for 3 nights but after a Day and half decided to try to get home to access the damage and asked if we could check out a day and a half early and not get charged the final night. Spoke with 2 different clerks at the front desk on early in the day and one before we left and they reaffirmed it would not be an issue. Month later they charged us anyways and lied and said they had no record of it. Disputed it twice and now out over $200 for a night we didn’t even stay.

Alarm went off about 5-6am, there was no reason, just a malfunction. However, it was very startling & disturbing.

The remote to the television didn’t work. We weren’t there to watch TV however when you pay that much for a room you would like everything to work. The elevator was also out of order.

Excellent customer service, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds. I loved the shuttle to the airport that departs every 30 minutes. I will definitely book her again.

I love staying at Embassy’s for the same reason most do. I love the breakfast and cocktail hours. I also love the layout of the rooms and how spacious they are. This particular location lacked in cleanliness and condition. It wasn’t bad but I’ve been in better. The staff was super nice.

The hotel was very good condition everything clean, dog friendly, very comfortable and the suites are really nice. Front desk and personal very courteous. The only concern was the carpet close to the window wasn’t vacuum well but the rest all great.
Definitely recommended 100%

This is a conveniently located hotel to the ATL airport. The gym facility is average, and the breakfast is always incredible. The cleanliness of the room could be worked on, I saw a lot of dust and areas that should have been cleaned more.

Very clean. First time I’ve ever stayed at an embassy suites I just wish I had more time to enjoy it.

Tub filled with water and would not drain. Work going on in main area in terms of paint scraping and sanding. Limited availability of snacks if you are delayed and arrive with no dinner. Seems dated and needs upgrading.

Place a deteriorating, room didn’t have remotes. Everything is 20 years outdated in rooms.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of awful. Upon checking in, we were met with a room that had clear signs of neglect…mold in the corners, a leaking tub, and electrical outlets that didn’t work, making it impossible to charge our phones.
The worst part of the experience was the customer service in the lobby bar. We visited the hotel bar well before closing time, which was listed as 10 PM, but the bartender, Anita, rudely told us she wasn’t taking any more orders and snatched the menu up without any type of polite greeting. Her attitude was shocking, and she made us feel unwelcome.
Overall, the combination of the moldy room, malfunctioning amenities, and rude service made this stay a nightmare. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere!the price is not worth what’s offered at this hotel.

Upon arrival, there was what looked like feces in the floor under the sink in the bathroom. I showed the housekeeper. I had hoped that she would clean it up then but she cleaned it up 3-4 hours later when she came to do our room service.

Some construction was going on at the hotel. The inside and outside swimming pools were closed. Nice hotel anyway.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was better than expected, with lots of options to chose from and attention to detail such as to-go cups and lids provided. Housekeeping was okay - the shelf in the bedroom was broken and the shower stall/bathtub caulking could have been a little cleaner. Overall it was a decent choice for a place to stay in close proximity to the airport if you have a long layover.

Breakfast was good. However the sinks in the public bathrooms by the gym and lobby were not functioning. Treadmill in gym was not working. And the staff printer and computer werenot working so we could not get a receipt upon check out.

When me and my friends arrived at the hotel Saturday august 3, 2024 around 11 am we went to the front desk to check in. It was 2 ladies at the desk, Charlotte and another lady whose name I didn’t catch. Charlotte greeted us with a smile and was very very very very helpful. As we continued to Check In charlotte did let us know that our room wasn’t ready and it would be a couple hours before we could get to our room. We agreed that would be fine so we left to get food and came back. When we came back charlotte said she had rooms available but they wasn’t by each other and we were ok with that so she said ok give her a few minutes. We sat patiently waiting in the lobby area for about a hour or longer waiting for our rooms. As we were sitting one of my friends had dozed off and the cleaning guy walked pass and asked if she needed a blanket so we all laughed and I told him yea and we needed a bed. He then asked us why we was sitting there and we told him the situation and he was like let me go see what’s going on. After the guy went to the desk we finally was able to get keys but when we got to the desk to get keys charlotte greets us again with a smile and asks why was we still waiting and had we not been checked in and we told her no, so as we’re talking to charlotte the lady who was working the front desk with her that day walked back in from smoking a cigarette she was asked why she didn’t check us in and she lied and said she didn’t see us when we was sitting right by the bar

Initial room that was assigned reeked of a mold /mildew smell. The light over the shower was out, the mirror in the bathroom was peeling, the air conditioning was inoperable, the tub did drain correctly, the outlets on the desk didn’t work and there was a rotten grape in the wet bar sink, and the curtains were filthy. We didn’t move rooms the first night because we were exhausted from travel. The next morning I informed the front desk of the issues and they moved us to a much improved room. However the sleeper in that room didn’t work so we had to have maintenance come out and change out the sofa. The entire time we were there the room was never cleaned. Didn’t know that we had to request the room to be cleaned due to the hotel being short staffed. Had to request for trash to be removed and towels to be brought to us at the bare minimum. The staff was nice, but these things should have been told to us upon checking in. The hotel is undergoing renovations and should be done by next year, hopefully by then they will be fully staffed. The location is very convenient to the airport. I would come back to see the improvements.

What I liked was very friendly staff, great free breakfast, close to airport, free frequent shuttle to airport.
What I didn’t like was mold in shower, mini fridge not working (was replaced), clogged bathroom sink drain (was fixed after 3 calls).

My vent in my room was dirty nasty and needed to be clean. I stayed there four days and didn’t get my room cleaned. Had to call down there every day to get towels. No one answered the phone found some roaches in my room and ants the Embassy suites in every city are clean except this one I do have to say the breakfast was good and the service was great and the free evening drink was wonderful but the housekeeping desk in the morning to clean my room they didn’t do their job
