The stay was great but the fridge wasn't cold enough and my drinks got warm as well as food went bad .

I check in, they hawk if we had a pet we said yes, we were charged for that not sure if it was $50 total or per night, I’m afraid to look honestly. Nowhere does it say they charge a fee for pets just that it’s “pet friendly”It looked like it would be a nice hotel nonetheless, we get in the room the AC was hard to maneuver we had to call the front desk, then the bathroom door had an issue where it needed to be lifted in order to be closed completely, the toilet tank wouldn’t fill up without tapping the water thingy. First night we notice there’s something between the wall and the mattress, we pulled out a crusty moldy orange and A CRUSTY BROWN BANDANA…!! That threw me over the edge. We were just looking for a nice place to stay and avoid the heatwave. The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the stay.

I had an excellent experience! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, providing top-notch services throughout my visit. The facilities were spotless overall, with a noticeable emphasis on cleanliness, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. We did have a minor issue with the floor cleaning, but it was quickly resolved by the team, who handled it efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service in a well-maintained environment!

Went for am overnight before an all day meeting in Hayward. Hotel lobby was under contraction and signage as to how to check-in was not obvious and there was no available parking where you were meant to enter. Upon getting to the front desk, the clerk was disinterested (having been roused from the back office where he had been on his phone), and not very helpful (had to ask where to go/best place to park, etc). Parking lot felt strange, unsafe. Got to my room after a long walk down what felt like uncooled hallways with dingy carpets (it was hot outside and it felt like there was no AC on) and a very slow elevator ride. Room was fine. Large and somewhat dated in design but fine, clean. Felt safe inside the hotel as a single traveler, clean room, etc., but I would spend a little more money and stay elsewhere if I had to go back. I just really felt like this place lacked in making someone feel welcome, comfortable, etc.

Newly renovated and nice property. Very convenient location for shopping, gas and food.

Really nice place to stay at and breakfast was delicious.
