Just ok. They got me on the ground floor as requested, but the luggage cart was nowhere to be found. They do not have an elevator to the upper floors so I had to be on the ground floor to bring my stuff in. I finally found the luggage cart after an hour and is this wobbly decrepit thing but it worked I guess. At least the room was clean and spacious the bed was comfortable and the TV was excellent. It would have been nice to have a plug for the bathtub so I could have taken a bath but the shower was hot

We recently stayed at this hotel for a night while attending a friend's funeral. When we checked in around 5 PM, we encountered an unfortunate experience with the front desk staff. There was no one at the desk, and despite calling out "hello" multiple times, we received no response. There wasn't even a bell to ring for assistance. After about five minutes, a woman finally appeared. I later asked for her name, and she said it was Kris (or something similar). Unfortunately, she did not greet us or offer any apology for the delay. Instead, she immediately asked, "Why are you here?"—a question that seemed quite unnecessary, considering we were clearly there to check in. Throughout the entire interaction, Kris was rude and unprofessional, handing us the paperwork as if we were inconveniencing her. Her demeanor suggested she might have been annoyed that we disturbed her from what seemed like a nap. When I asked her name at the end, like stated above, she responded with her chin raised, saying "Kris". To the owner of this establishment, if you're reading this, I urge you to address this issue with your staff. Kris’s attitude was not only unpleasant but also uncalled for. We paid for our stay upfront and deserved to be treated with basic courtesy, which we did not receive. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
