Staff was great, nice and quiet hotel

The place is ghetto and they double charged me over a thousand dollars for two nights. The manager won’t respond and no one answers so now I’m forced to have filed a police report. This place is gross and criminal

Very friendly staff and a great breakfast! My stay was part of a bicycling trip and the they were very accommodating. My room had a relaxing hot tub, great after days of long rides. My only complaint was the bar of soap and a thin comforter.

We went to spend a night at the casino and decided to stay at this hotel. It was better than my husband expected, but it was ok for me. The bathtub had a lot of places where the paint was chipping. The tv took a while to connect. But in general, good place.

This was an average place to stay for one night. Comfortable, quiet and close to downtown.

Great breakfast and very nice service in the morning! The room is ok and clean. We got the room right next to the elevator, which wasn’t as bad as we thought first. Quiet hotel.

Staff was awesome and room was clean. However, walls are paper thin. Someone was showering/bathing all night and the sound of water turning on and off prevented me from getting any sleep.

Great stay

We stayed at the hotel for an overnight during a visit to wine country in the Willamette Valley. The hotel location was very convenient, the staff we encountered were pleasant and professional. The hotel was clean and quiet. McMinnville itself proved to be a very pleasant town to visit.

quiet room

Originally, we selected and paid for a room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived and checked in we were given a room with 1 queen bed. We brought this to the manager's attention who advised us that the hotel was full, but they had another room with 1 queen bed and she gave that to us free of charge which was great. She was awesome in helping us. However, this change was not shared with the person who was checking us out as she tried to charge us for the additional room and then chastised us for going through a 3rd party to make reservations. The towels in my room were damp not at all dry. So that was weird. The staff was nice, but the communication between the 3rd party reservations and the hotel really needs improvement. We were made to feel like it was our fault for not reserving the room directly from Best Western McMinnville.
