This motel does not offer breakfast, which wasn't a big deal to me. Looking at the outside, it struck me as looking a bit sketchy and not like the posted images online. However, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. A huge bonus was the working AC unit that kept my room nice and cold.

I didn't really like how far the office was from the rooms, or how far the singular ice machine was for all the guests. I would think that there would be two machines for a facility of this size.

No complaints, good value for business stays with a professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

The staff promptly, upgraded my room to a larger size, after I found several completely harmless small Box Elder Bugs tracking about my room. Apparently, the little fellas fell off the trees behind the north row off rooms, finding their way through the roof vents and on to the room's ceiling. Life happens.

To be fair, it was ok. But value for the money was not there. We stayed at another motel the next night for the same money that was way nicer.

It was a bit worn all around. But clean and everything worked.

Decent value but not the best stay.

The Inn is centrally located in McMinnville and easy to find on the main drag. The room was comfortably large, clean, and easily accessible at the top of a staircase. There was plenty of parking and a decent Mexican restaurant on the edge of the parking lot. The Inn met my key needs of being safe, clean and comfortable. I also thought is was a decent, basic room for the money. It is a cool looking place; a two-story building surrounded by a 4-story tall line of trees

There was a lot of foot traffic and loud talking in front of my door after midnight since I was at the top of a staircase. There was also loud truck traffic at 4 a.m. in the parking lot below. It was noisy.

great value and the room was perfect for a place to stay while visiting McMinnville for a reunion and Jesse the front desk person was very helpful .

Better to pay more.

Despite non smoking hotel, 1st room reeked of cigarette smoke. Several people smoked under the back stairs so you had to walk through the 2nd hand smoke to get down to your car. There was a huge parking lot far away from the building for people to light up if they wanted to be respectful of others.

Friendly staff. Spacious room. Refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable king size bed.

With such a nice spacious room, an extra one or two chairs would have been nice. Also an extra set of towels.

people are great, and friendly, courteous and helpful. room is clean.

I have stayed numerous times here, and the key locks NEED desperately to be replaced, I have been in the rain on too many occasions trying unsuccessfully to open the doors with fresh key cards. I have also experienced getting in once only to be locked out when I step out to get ice.

Always a good place to stay down here in McMinnville!

It's an affordable place to stay. It's quiet and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I have no complaints. Everything was great!
