The staff was friendly but the room was not acceptable. When we got to the room it had a musty smell that lingered our whole stay. We had to purchase air fresheners to calm it down some. There was lime build up on the faucets that was gross. The toilet seat was not secured, so it shifted. There was strong water pressure in the shower but the sink had low pressure. The beds were ok. The floors were sticky so we kept our shoes or socks on the whole time. We took this deal to save money, but next time we visit, we will stay somewhere else.

I've stayed at this hotel en route to Austin several times, and it has always been a good value; clean, comfortable, and affordable. But it is an older hotel with some wear and tear, and my room last night showed more of this wear than have the rooms on previous visits. The air conditioner needed work, and the curtains didn't close all the way so as to block outside light. This aren't unendurable problems (I jury-rigged the curtains and the air conditioner wasn't so bad that I didn't get a good night's sleep), but I'd be more encouraged to keep staying if I didn't have to deal with them.

Quietest motel ever….no noise from traffic or other patrons. Breakfast was great at restaurant next door! Only draw back was tub was filthy- at first I thought it was stained but when showering I could rub tub with my foot and clean spots in it. And the freezer needed defrosted- was solid ice!

Room had a musty stale smell when we walked in.....the telephone had no phone line attached so I had to use my personal phone...toilet seat was loose do to a missing part.....the duvet cover had stains on it....the water in the tub dripped all night this place has been in better shape than what it's in now.

The sheets were stained the blanket they had was a curtain. No one bothered to atleast come by for the trash. The door to the room was kicked in at one time because the door Frame had screws holding the door frame togther. I slept with a chair in front of my door.

My room was dirty and smelled dirty. The lamp shade had a horrible brown stain and the comforter had dark black stains that looked like oil and I tried to turn it there were brown stains almost like tea or urine. It was incredibly disgusting. When I attempted to call the front desk about it there was no answer and had to leave a voicemail to which I never got a callback. The morning check out attendant did apologize and said the vm would go to the manager but was good is that when I’m gone already! I will never again stay at this property and I’m still waiting on my deposit to be released! Do not recommend!

The walls are filthy, there were multiple stains on the comforters and sheets, the restroom and the doors were very dirty. the carpet had what looked like a blood stain, and needed to be vacuumed. I Lysol sprayed the sheets and blanket, wiped the door handles with Clorox wipes, as well as the bathroom counter and all hard surfaces. I feel like this property has potential to be great, with some deep cleaning. The exterior had trash everywhere, and although the staff were very welcoming and accommodating, providing extra towels and pool towels. I believe what is really hurting this hotel is the cleanliness of the rooms.

Checked in and at first quick inspection of room found hair in the bathroom all over the floor and a bloody booger on the wall and room had a musty smell. Called them to have room cleaned better. Later that night got back to the room and still had hair and could see the blood on the wall. Same night bathroom sink ended up not draining water and the a/c made a horrible loud sound all night but had to have it on due to no other air circulation of room. Overall would not recommend or stay here again.

They canceled my room even after I talked to them over the phone to confirm my reservation and had verbal confirmation that my stay was confirmed and “they’d see me when I got there!” They offered no reason or help, just said, “the computer shows your stay was canceled, and we’re full.” I had to book a more expensive hotel another 15 minutes back across town. While I was trying to check in, another guest was at the desk attempting to find out why they had charged her credit card twice, and it seemed that the hotel staff was equally unhelpful with her. Them cancelling my room probably saved me extra headaches down the road, so I won’t try them again.

The hotel it’s self isn’t bad but the bed we had needs to be replaced it sinks In The middle of it, the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been you couldn’t see in the moor it was all streaked like it hadn’t been cleaned with cleaner just wiped with a cloth, our room was not cleaned during our stay and the shower head leaked when you ran water for a bath and got water everywhere

Booked this hotel after diner, I knew I’d be pulling in late and this was part way back to Albuquerque. Upon arrival, the clerk insisted that I leave a cash deposit, he stated they don’t do credit card for the holds that it’s cash only. I had conveniently paid through Expedia, and they have been instructed that there are no refunds!!! First of all in 2024 who the heck is carrying around a pile of cash for hotel deposits?? NO ONE there is some scam going on there, so save yourself a headache, avoid this place!!

Twice I was assigned to a room that was already occupied. Finally when settled in third room, fire alarms went off for a long time...then again while i was sleeping. The rooms are non-smoking, but all the guys are outside the rooms smoking...very unpleasant!

Buyer beware! Prepaid this reservation as a convenience to our contractor. He had an issue and didn't make it for the first night. I fully expected to pay for that night but the hotel said that voided the entire reservation and if I wanted him to stay the remaining three nights I would have to pay for them again on a new reservation. Expedia called and spoke directly with the hotel manager and she refused to make any accommodation.
