Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the location couldn’t have been better. Great amenities and an amazing breakfast made for a perfect experience. Dinner on the LakeSide with the private beach was the highlight of our stay, excellent food and ambiance. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

A lovely resort marred by terrible, cold & clueless service at check out. First, the good things, the resort is beautiful, the private beach (and nearby Sandy Cove) are beautiful; hotel offers some excellent Yoga, Archery and other classes, led by lovely staff. The negatives: if you fly in late and arrive at night (for most East Coasters) past 10PM there is NO FOOD available. The convenience store closes at 10PM. Although connected to a restaurant, the choices are limited. For vegetarians, choices are fewer still. I went in the off-season when the hotel was very lean - my deparure flight was moved from early AM to 7PM (red eye), and I was denied the very reasonable request to get an extended check out. A late checkout was offered to another member of my group who is a Hyatt Member, but the front desk could not add two and two together, even after being told. Even so, I was willing to pay a day rate, but the frint staff were clueless and unfriendly and said the best they could do (in a nearly empty hotel) was to charge me $50 for 30 min ext. This from a Hyatt Hotel where I had hosted my son's wedding just last year... Nowhere in my world travel experience have I had such a unfriendly response to a late checkout request during the off season (and this guest atleast arrived only at 9PM). So, they maximize extraction of money when guests coming in, but offer no flexibility on the exit. On principle, I will be wary of any Hyatt in future. It belies the advertising of hospitality.

Excelent customer service we enjoyed our stay definitely will book again in the future

We loved it! The staff was so friendly and even offered us a glass of champagne upon arrival. The bellman, the front office staff, the restaurant workers, the people at the beach, and even the casino workers were all so nice! That alone would make us want to return, but the location and the amenities put it over the top. It's kind of a hike to get to the beach, but once you are there, it's beautiful and wonderful to have towel service plus beach chairs (WITH UMBRELLAS for shade!) and food/drinks with a restaurant right there and servers that come around to see if you want something so that you don't have to bring anything with you except for a good book. The activities that they offer are so fun. We loved the ones we did - the guided Kayak ride and the archery. Next time we go, we will look up the itinerary much earlier and sign up for even more activities. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and soft pillows, although the tub was quite small compared to the other Hyatt we stayed in. We definitely want to come back next year because we loved our stay there!

This hotel is stunning and gorgeous in every way. The lobby is wonderfully decorated. Our cabin by the water was like out of a dream. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the view of the lake is heavenly.

We have stayed here multiple times, beautiful surroundings, great service most of time. However, they had a room full of unattended children in room next to us with no parental control, and no control from the staff that screamed through the hallways until well after 11pm. We were told “they were special guests!” Whatever that means ….i guess we aren’t special to them…will not go back…

The best place to stay at Tahoe by far‼️‼️🥳🥳. The lone Eagle Restaurant is the best at Tahoe . We had tickets to the Shakespeare play at sand Harbor so it was only 5 miles away and a breeze to get to.

We were fortunate to have a beachside suite and it was magical! Beautiful room and fantastic view. The staff was so kind and helpful. There was always parking in the lot next to our room. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back.

My absolute favorite place in Tahoe!

It was my first time in Lake Tahoe, and I stayed at Hyatt. I got there pretty late at night checking in. The staff was wonderful and I asked them about local restaurants for dinner. They suggested one across the street that one was amazing as well! When I woke up in the morning, I looked as on my window and it was just breathtaking to see the lake in the morning. It was a magical weekend!

Service is terrible. Management even worse. Rooms not ready. Management irresponsible. No soaps in room. Bedsheets not clean. For $800 a night, you just expect better.

Beautiful property! The private beach access was amazing. Comfortable lounge chairs with plenty of umbrellas, beautiful views, delicious drinks and yummy food. My son loved the heated pool stocked with swim toys. Our room was large, clean and quiet. The bathroom was a little outdated but clean and functional. We will definitely return!

The room could have been cleaner. The staff at the front desk was not very kind. The bell hop lost my jacket.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms with great views and walking distance from the Incline Village beach. Austin's just across the street had amazing food. We had a great trip overall.

Very friendly staff . Clean installation

Location /scenery is majestic Hotel is older -and badly needs renovation especially carpeting/curtains/stairwell on the side where balconies are.. very fatigued . For the prices you pay- food, parking , room rates they should do better. Valet, bell service were friendly. However, there was a female employee who was rude and aggressive. She turned a nice stay into a stressful unpleasant one.

I’m very pleased with the room. It’s big, the bathroom has a big soaking tub and we got a view of the lake and the mountains. We got a complimentary s’mores kit which was great fun at the fire pit by the pool.
