The front desk clerk was so rude to treat the guest. WiFi is really slow or disconnected most of the time and it was really hard to do some browsing some information by my laptop and smartphone. This hotel required to deposit cash or credit card payment. the clerk said that if the room used clean, they would be refunded the money. I complained that I paid by my credit card through hotels.com and why do you need another deposit payment. If something wrong, you may charge to my credit card. But, that's their policy to charge cash or credit card just in case, something wrong happened. I met the manager and talked about the above things and please take care of these for the successful business here. I hope that they can be better in the future.

The new worker don’t like blacks me and my kids been there for a y at never had a problem until he came lady under me got a dog wen it says no pets dog been barking getting on other guest nerves but she complained on my kids and he put a shout after all the workers and managers said I never had a problem there and I just got the school bus to pick my son up and he put us out on the streets with no where to go and not enough money to go other places I was so sad and hurt but this racism guy

The place could use some maintenance, touch up paint and repairs, small hits and dents on a walls and overall appearance not as neat as it should be, overall smell is not welcoming, more work is needed to refresh and smell better, the worst thing I had to deal with were cockroaches, there should be ways to exterminate them, but overall place is very basic and will serve your basic needs.

Not what I expected room had a stale Odor and sheets looked very sketchy to sleep on. Brought in my own blankets and made the best of the stay but wouldn’t book again.

The hotel has kept my luggage because I didnt pay their 25.00 refundable deposit when I checked in. I told the clerk I did not have it and she checked us in anyway. I paid for the room through hotels.com so it was paid in full. I got up to go to work at 5am. My husband went back to get our things around 1030 am and he couldn't get in the room. They locked us out and said they were keeping our things until we paid the 25.oo REFUNDABLE (mind you we are already checked out at this point) deposit AFTER we spent the night already.They are keeping my kids clothes my clothes. Why? For 25 dollars that will come right back to me?? No. They never intend ok refunding these "deposits." Its a scam way to get more money out of you.

This was a large property with many rooms and much work needs to be done, but you can see the owner is gradually renovating. Our room was right near the office and you could tell it had been updated. The manager was very helpful in getting us a microwave and the pool was nice even though the surroundings needed clean-up.

Had bugs in the room. I wish I had a video of the window being open but I closed it. I wouldn’t have even stayed if I didn’t have my 2 year old son with me. We DESPERATELY needed a room but damn did your cleaners even try??

I was a bit worried about the place being dirty because of the cheap nightly rates while is was booking online. When I got there, I came to find clean, well-maintained facilities and rooms. I would definitely recommend it.

My stay at the Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I entered, I was overwhelmed by a pervasive, funky, moldy smell that lingered throughout the entire hotel, making the experience highly unpleasant. The cleanliness of the room was appalling. The towels and pillowcases appeared not to have been washed properly, and the mattress had a very funky odor. Worse yet, the room was infested with roaches and rats, adding to the overall sense of discomfort and unsanitariness. The security of the hotel was also a major concern. The area outside the building was filled with individuals who seemed to be homeless, alcoholics, and drug users, creating an unsafe environment, especially for families with children. People were lurking in and out of the hotel area day and night, and there appeared to be drug dealers staying at the hotel. I also noticed gang members hanging around the premises, which only heightened my sense of unease. The building has numerous blind spots due to a lack of cameras, making it feel even more insecure. The condition of the hotel facilities was equally distressing. The doors' locks were broken, and the bathroom door did not lock, further compromising safety. The vents were filled with mold and mildew, and the air conditioning unit was caked with massive amounts of mold, making the air quality extremely poor. The staff did not help improve the experience. The check-in person was very rude and abrasive, adding to the overall negative impress

They wouldn't return my money and wouldn't let me stay for the second night that i paid for because my friend didn't have his ID with him. They said that was breaking a rule so we had to leave

Well I got there 2 hours after my check-in time and the front desk told me my room wasn't ready and told to wait and was told to wait an additional 25 to 30 minutes. I thought was really bad for business.

This property is very wacky. I had made a deposit with a credit card. Somehow it changed in their system to a cash deposit. We had already checked out the property so it was very inconvenient to have to go back and get the deposit in cash form. Even though I had a receipt from them confirming it was a credit card deposit. The management was very un helpful. And the fact they can’t check their credit card charge history is scary. I hope my info isn’t stolen.

The office staff and Manager Erica was rude! There are roaches in the room. And the housekeeping staff don't speak English, making it difficult to get the things you need. I don't recommend staying there.
