We do recommend this place to stay in

Very nice, clean spacious, room, comfortable beds. We stayed on the 2nd floor, showers had shampoo conditioner and body wash hooked to wall loved that and the small porch outside. Even though we didn't get to swim it's nice that they have a swimming area for in the summer outside they also have a small gym . It's was a nice and clean place to stay and quiet 😀 definitely will stay here again.

We didn't really like that we had to pay for breakfast I think it should come included with our rooms, But that was the only thing we did not like.

There were ice machines on each floor

We never received clean towels and we were made to go get our own linen From the front desk because the pull out sofa bed had none. When we did go retrieve the linens it was merely a sheet.

I really enjoy all this place has to offer.

This hotel never ceases to amaze me. The rooms are comfy, cozy and clean. The staff always try to accommodate my many needs.

I never truly have any thing that I dislike about this hotel. Maybe the pricing at best. But that is expected in such a busy town.

Stains on couch , bathroom tub wasnt the cleanest rust present on shower head and drain of tub, balcony needs more attention when cleaning. I was charged multiple times (10) and so was my spouse

Clean, reliable hotel with all of the basics

It's in a pretty central location in Norcross, and the whole place is well kept. It's clean and nothing seems out of order. The staff were quick to help out when a hairdryer wasn't to be found in the room. They sent one up in minutes. There is a Mon-Thu bar available in the hotel, and Starbucks coffee is available in the lobby throughout the daytime hours, every day of the week.

The breakfast that Booking says is included for $0.10 is not honored, which is odd. So, if you eat their breakfast, expect to pay full price. There is a Panera across the street though, which is convenient.

I will not book this hotel anymore

I booked two rooms, they supposed to have one queen and one sofa bed (that’s what they listed on the info when I booked it), but one of the room doesn’t come with sofa bed. Also fire alarm went off on our second night stay, we called front desk and no one answered the phone. The alarm last for 10 minutes and the alarm light keep going for 4-5 hrs. I went down to front desk and everybody is confused about what’s the situation. No one in the front desk bc of short of staff. I think this alarm is just unfortunate event, I don’t blame for that but it can be handled better. We eventually went to bed about 12 am. We were very exhausted after the whole event. Also the hotel room is very old.

1 king size bedroom with balcony…whoever thought of that he needs more money!!!

The amazing room with the balcony view to the back to get fresh air instead of breathing in central air conditioning!!!

Nothing everything was great me even the host was amazing!!! I would always go back and I’m booking a trip there this weekend!!!

my stay was ok and I would never stay there again.

the location was around the corner for the party event that we attended.

In the room the phone and toilet was not working. I told the staff and few times and no one assisted in fixing them. There was no extra blankets and sheets for the sofa bed. we had to go to the front to get. my sisters car was almost broken into from the parking lot.

Very good. Few changes could make it excellent.

Room was well appointed. The bed was especially comfortable.

Cheap toilet paper and tissue. Pillows had little support. Asked for a room with handicap accommodations and it was at the end of the building. The long walk was hard to negoiate.

I don't eat breakfast in the hotel because it doesn't include it. Instead, I got microwave. Also, the laundry is comfortable to me.

Running machine seems old, so it would be better to be changed as new one. After using laundry, I don't have drying rack in my room.

I plan to return on my next trip to the area.

Bed is very comfortable. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee in the room. Liked the body wash and shampoo in the shower. I was also allowed to check in at 2pm. Very generous check-out time of 12 noon.

Seemed like an older property and needs updating. No breakfast included in price. Card access to property in the back parking lot didn’t work.
