Nice room. Only complaint I had was $14 for parking.
4.2
I was surprised by the fee for parking. That should have been disclosed before booking.

We always love this hotel because close to the airport and reasonably priced. Eating facilities are available on the main level, especially when the weather is bad.
4.2
It is a very clean comfortable hotel. I was just irritated that they dare to charge $14 for parking in the small town of Grand Junction. They really should let you know when you book!!!

Overall a good stay and enjoyed the place. The only warning is that the gym is pretty lame. There was only a stair stepper (that was either broken or I was too dumb to figure out - I finally gave up on it because it would turn on but never start the workout!), a flat bench, and a few dumbbells. It was pretty warm in the tiny room and no fan, so I propped the doors open. I was glad no one else tried to use it at the same time as me because it would've been impossible to share that tiny space.
So if you are looking for a good workout each day of your stay, I'd recommend another hotel.
Also a heads up that you'll be charged an additional nightly parking fee when you check in. (I think $14 per day?).
We liked the pool and hot tub and slept just fine in the beds (but we aren't very picky). It's older in some places but had a nice ambiance and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Quick over night before early flight
Comfy bed and courteous staff

Nice and comfortable.

The Grandview has a Grandview and is very comfortable, in a good location and is highly competitive to other offerings. Check in was made easy by hotels.com and The Grandview staff were personable, professional and upgraded my accommodations to a mini suite. There was a charge for parking which I assume pays for security. The on-site lounge and restaurant offered food and drink at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay here the next visit to Grand Junction Colorado. Cheers!

The room was shabby. There was no full length mirror. There was a night stand on only one side of the bed.
4.2
Hotel beautiful abd staff friendly

Everything was great. No details needed.
4.2
Great stay. Restaurants and bar very good.

When I booked the stay online, the listing said "Pet Friendly" but did not list a price to pay during the payment process. When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me it would be a $50/night pet fee, on top of the $69/night already being charged. There was also a $14 parking fee, which was not noted on the original listing. As noted on the listing, breakfast is available, for a fee.
Also, the room was listed as non-smoking but in actuality, it really smelled like smoke. When I first opened the door to the

A fairly shabby hotel but close to airport. Hard to believe they charge $14 for parking. Bed was comfortable enough and it was quiet but old and dated. Dark hallways.

Oh lawd, where do i start? was there 3 days. Had a king suite. Hotel & the room gave definite feel of what the movie Casino would be, if it were real. Old. Stale smoke. Loud bawdy lounge.
All staff very unfriendly. Said no smoking or pets. Saw people vaping, TWO HUGE DOGS barking on our floor as owner took them 4 walk.
Jacuzzi very difficult to even get into AND jets broken.
Oohhh... they dont disclose here on Hotels.com that you pay $14 A NIGHT for parking :( Breakfast extra charge.
Room had a chair that was so old I thought whats holding it together? Bathroom counter was as high as my chest. When i tried to brush my teeth, i had to lean so far over my chest went into the sink. FYI, Im 5'5" and my chest is not so big :0
Not glitzy like Casino but definitely the feel of old burbon, stale smokes, and a few mafia men hanging out. This is satire but true ;)

I was a bit shocked that they charged $14.00/night parking fee. Not good.

Have stayed here numerous times over the years. Generally a very good place to stay. Had been awhile (covid limited travel) . The only change was they have started charging for parking. Although not terribly pricey, it will have an affect on decision to continue to use property. This is my hang up but will still say it is an excellent place to stay overall.

Stayed at this location many times and have been satisfied every time

Room was upgraded because of my status with hotels.com. Room was quite spacious. Bath and bed were both comfortable. I recommend this hotel, but beware that there is a $14 parking fee and the on-property bar and restaurant are priced a little on the high end ($6.50 for a cup of coffee). Other than that, it was a good stay.

I like this hotel, close to airport, friendly staff, lots of amenities. Rather dated but clean
4.2
Getting older and kinda ran down. Made me pay to park vehicle!! Other than that good

I had an early flight so I booked a room and planned to leave my car and take the airport shuttle. Didn’t find out until 5am that morning that they don’t allow long term parking. Wish they had included that information in my booking!
4.2
Was a decent stay, It's nice that they have their own restaurant.
4.2
The hotel was great for the EV charging did not appreciate having to pay 14$ a day to park, hot tub jets were broken so that was a bummer very clean hotel.
4.2
Nice place to stay

The air conditioner was making noise it was hard to sleep. The toilet didn't flush very good.
4.2
Hotel is good. Stafff/Management is professional and helpful. Nice, quiet place to enjoy grand junction
4.2
surprise parking fee 15 dollars. need I say more.
4.2
The hotel seemed like they were out to charge you for anything. We were charged $14 for parking because the hotel is near the airport. There was a charge of $100 for damages that would be returned later if there was no damages. No free breakfast was available which has become standard in most hotels, especially for the price they charged.
4.2
they purposely have their "parking fee" in the fine print so that you miss it and they can add $14/night to the rate while appearing like they're not. there's nothing special about the parking, it's just a parking lot like any other. Really scummy behavior and I'll never be back.

When we got to the hotel, all the rooms were taken except for two and both rooms had a view of the roof and we’re dirty. Handprints all over the artwork some sort of weird throw up substance on the carpet. The rooms are very small and musty seem like really old carpet and TVs were tiny. My suggestion is if you’re going to Grand Junction, do your homework and check out the other hotels around the area. Also make sure you call the hotel before going to make sure they have rooms available. Just because you booked through Hotels.com doesn’t mean they’re gonna have a good room for you so you need to call them first when you’re on your way. I will never stay at this hotel again.

$14 to park

The property holds an additional $100 deposit at the time of check in and charges a daily parking fee. The shower head was so low, I'm 5'4" and it was at forhead level, and covered in hard water build up. Very little water pressure.

Always a pleasure staying here.Convenient and
Friendly

Older Hotel. 5 minutes from the airport. older hotel but clean. We scored a nice room top floor. Only suggestion would be softer head pillows for the neck and including the parking in the room quote. Bailys grill and music was nice too
4.2
Nice, clean (except a few walls needed a good wipe down) and very friendly staff.
4.2
Was surprised that they charged for parking considering they’re in Grand Junction. Parking fees were like you were in a downtown metropolitan area kind of ridiculous. Will not be staying here again
4.2
Somehow I missed the $14 parking charge when I booked the room. Bed was great, room was clean. TV was small and dark. View was great too.
4.2
I do not like having to pay to park myvehicle
4.2
They staff were mostly nice outside of once person. And the room was somewhat dirty such as the windows, carpet, and the shower.
