Noise level. Huge gap under the door so i heard everything that was going on outside the room.

Difficult to find. My GPS didn’t even do it correctly. Thankfully, a proprietor in another gave me the correct directions.

It was a good location
I felt unsafe due to the people who lived there. Ir felt very ghetto. Room was dirty feeling. dirty walls. no bed skirting. felt like a bunkhouse

What breakfast
Where do i start. Not enough pillows. No breakfast, no coffee, Noisy bagging all around us. Guest up stairs were wrestling. Dogs barking. Other guest had no regard to quiet time. Yelling early in the morning.

I’m still trying to get refunded as my room as not what I had booked. And it reeked of cigarette smoke. After numerous attempts to contact, I still haven’t heard from the GM to be refunded.

This is a bunk house for roughnecks, each unit is like a college dorm. Stell pipe fram beds.

We did not actually stay at the hotel as did not like the location or accommodation so found another hotel in Grand Junction for the night and cancelled the rest of the booking.
This is a very budget hotel and not really good for a vacation. It would appear that the residents were mainly long term rather than staying for a trip to the area.

The staff were so extremely kind and helpful. Everything was so clean and nice. They were extremely accomodating and worked with us to find their extended stay exactly what we needed and Crystal who is the manager went way above and beyond to help us complete our stay. My son and I are both handicapped and they worked with us in that situation as well. We are trying to find a home but so far have just arrived so they made us feel welcome to stay in their extended stay suite for as long as we needed to. I have traveled many miles in my lifetime and this is by far the best experience we have ever had.
The only thing I could think of is that it would have been so nice to have a comfortable soft chair to sit in.

They do not charge for pets. Vending machine well stocked and laundry room was good.
The one grumpy front office man and all the dog crap around property.
