Fire alarm went off at two in the morning only to immediately shut back off. Other clientele was noisy and blasting their car horn early in the morning. Woke up with bug bites all over, might be bed bugs.

My stay at the hotel would have been satisfactory if it weren't for the disturbance caused by neighboring guests. Unfortunately, the soundproofing between rooms was poor, and I was kept awake by loud conversations and drinking outside. I understand that this was not directly the hotel's fault, and I appreciate the prompt response from management when I called the front desk. They sent someone to address the situation, and while the noise subsided for a brief period, it soon resumed. Sadly, I wasn’t able to get the rest I needed before a long drive the next day. It was an unfortunate experience, but I recognize it was mostly due to the behavior of other guests.

Everyone was so nice. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. It’s pet friendly. My boys felt right at home. 😁 I would definitely stay again in the future.

Cigarette burns on he bed blanket in my "smoke free" room, television stations that constantly went offline. Didn't see housekeeping until day two, and their visit consisted of asking me if I needed any clean towels.

The first room we got was dirty. Pop bottles and trash all over. There were homeless people living in the woods right next to the hotel. I was scared to walk alone any time during the day or night. It smelled like human feces and rotting food. People were outside playing music all hours of the night. People sleeping in their cars. When I brought this to the staffs attention, they did nothing.

No desk, no chair, no soap, no bath mat, no microwave, no mini fridge, no cups, no vending machines. Hell, even the Gideons didn't show up. No bugs, so there's that.

We did not stay. There were creepy people hanging around in the parking lot. The room was clean but worn & in need of refurbishing. We did not feel comfortable there so we left without notifying anyone.

When we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was not around for a couple minutes which is fine and to be expected, but upon his approaching the desk, he was anything but friendly or cordial: not a hello, nothing, fine, possibly a bad day, so I got the key and went on my way, finding what seemed like a moderately clean room until we were there for a while, then I saw the FILTHY floors which turned my husbands socks BLACK, I also cleaned up some dead bugs on the air conditioning unit, there is also a fair amount of dust everywhere. Plus, upon getting out of the tub, my husband slipped, falling against the side and also hitting his head on the toilet because of the bad no slip strips in the tub. To end this trip, upon checkout, the same gentleman asked how tall I am-I am short, 4’7”-and then he actually had the nerve to ask if I was a “little person”! I was VERY insulted and surprised at this thoughtless question. No, I am NOT a “little person, and to be ask d such a question is quite rude and demeaning. Train this unthinking, and RUDE man to be a bit more personable when dealing with the public!!! At first, we thought this would be a good spot to stay when visiting our children, but considering all this, we will NOT be back!

While cost effective at less than $100, this place was a little dicey. Some unique characters hanging around and someone’s dog let loose around midnight, barking for about 45 minutes. Beds were okay. AC was great. If you’re just passing through it’s a fair place to stay

Literally everything about this dirty, run down, hooker training facility is what you fear about a hotel. At 10pm employees lock the office and leave so when nobody is there to control environments then rules get broken. My room had thick Cigarette smoke as every room had to of been smoking. Bugs of the amazon rainforest ran the place and were on bed sheets, bath tub, and fleas all over the beds from dogs. I called the police after i noticed a tip envelope on the counter for room service cleaning employees. Doesnt get worse then this place and expedia thinks its a $120 per nighthotel SMH

Linens needed replaced. There were cigarette stains on both the comforter and sheets in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Only one coffee cup for 2 days and nights for 2 adults was unsatisfactory. Otherwise our stay was satisfactory.

Stayed for a few hours on a road trip. Sheets and towels might have been cleaned, but were stained and dingy. Wouldn’t recommend for anything but a quick stay. Service was friendly.

Came in past midnight and had No option Then to take this horrible hotel. Not clean, dog paw print on the bed some other stain on the sheet. If you want any sort of bed bugs to keep you company, all yours!
