It was older motel, but it was clean. The beds slept good. They do not offer flavored cream for the coffee. The breakfast was good. It's a dog friendly hotel.

Staff was nice. You have to wear armband to get your breakfast, so your stuck wearing this everywhere. Seemed childish. They had alot of "rules". I wasn't allowed to bring the arm band to my sister.And husband they had to come in and have it put on themselves. There are signs everywhere saying breakfast is dine in only , you can't take anything out to your room. It was a nice motel. But it was $178 per night and it was a motor lodge type hotel. They did provide a shuttle and breakfast was very good. It's a fine place to stay for a night. I got the impression of a motorlodge trying to be a fancy hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay for 5 nights. The room was clean. The bathroom is small but doable. We loved the location and how close it was to the old city. We loved the pool as well. We had a bit of an issue with a lady at breakfast. She refused to give my daughter and I breakfast because we didn't have our blue wrist bands when the sign said we only need or room key. We had a long walk back to our room to get the bands. She was very rude. She could have been much nicer with her delivery. Other than that, we had a great time!

The Transportation Shuttle to Downtown was a great come-on for us that’s why we booked this hotel! Not only that, the rooms are very clean & a hot breakfast was awesome!

Bathroom was filthy and had hair all over it! Wife was disgusted and didn’t stay in room !! She slept in car!! We got there late at night and left at about 6:30 that morning! I payed for two nights and didn’t even stay because of how nasty it was but only a few hrs in room!

For an older motel, it was in great shape, very clean and updated rooms. Sevice was awesome. The staff keep in touch with their guest through texting. Dog friendly, have dog beds and dog bowls in their room. There is a large dog park outside and a nice pool. Free breakfast too.

There were roaches in the room. I saw two small crawling on the walls near the tv. One of them crawled on my face in the morning. The air conditioner made a HORRIBLE noise all night long.

This is a very nice motel in a good location, which is why I was a repeat guest. My last stay, however, had some issues. There was an extremely strong chemical odor in my room from the cleaning products used that was almost unbearable. {There were no other comparable rooms available that I could be transferred to when requested}. The wood floor was very dirty making my socks black when I walked on it, the shower product dispenser was not labeled, and the pool was closed during the majority of my stay. The best features of this motel are the shuttle service and hot breakfast provided that are included in the "Resort Fee" charged daily.

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Once i checked into my room, i found hair on several areas in the bathroom including shower, and found hair on the bedsheets. I requested a room change. I experienced the same scenario. I requested bedsheets & pillow cases to be changed vs to be switched to another room. The second room was not dusted well considering it was an upgrade wirh no charge. The front desk staff was pleasant and apologetic. I was disappointed with the time that was wasted from switching rooms and delayed our scheduled activities. I expressed my concerns to the hotel manager via email, and no response. I guess my experience did not matter. The only positive feedback i have to give is Heliosa & Sam were pleasant. I will not recommend this Inn to my family nor friends.

The hotel had a direct shuttle to downtown and villano beach. Only hotel that offers this service and is pet friendly with plenty of space and extra bed and foldable bowl for your pet.

The property itself was kept clean. However sidewalks and all concrete is old and stained, very ugly. The doors and glass into and around the lobby area were dirty. The old style ice machines could not keep up with the need, which is upsetting when it’s nearly 100 out. The towels were old and not absorbent at all & contained some kind of odor. The A/C unit was old style and so noisy. It was dog friendly & the doggie park was very nice and clean. I’d not stay there again.

Love the experience, decent breakfest pool was perfect, very very pet friendly even provide them bed and water in the rooms, shuttle buses are fantastic just to go from point A to B and they gave us a drinking voucher i dont even know what else to say let alone didnt ask for and yet made the experience overall better! I hope this business last forever!

Quaint place. Easy to find and then easy to get to places in the historic area as well as US1. Room was clean and neat. Beds comfortable. I enjoyed the pool area, but the bugs floating in it weren't the best. Shade in the pool area was appreciated too.

When we first walked into the room, it had a horrible mildew smell. The office staff brought us some lysol for air freshener. Some of the towels felt a little damp but we thought they were not all the way dry when they were put in the room so we thought nothing of it. As the days went on, the dampness in the room got a million times worse. The floor was continuously wet, all towels damp, difficult to sleep at night because the room was so humid and there was a puddle of water underneath the AC system. Our final night, we arrived to the room after being out all day and all of our clothes in our suitcase were completely dampened and our shoes that were on the floor as well. I brought this to the attention of the staff and was told that it is Florida so it is normal and if it would make me feel better then they could move my room. We ended up cutting the trip short because it was hard to breathe and so uncomfortable and disgusting. I live in Florida and have stayed at many hotels as well in Florida and have never had this issue.

I was very impressed with everything except for the cleanliness of my room. First, the front office staff are very polite. Second, the breakfast was a real sit down breakfast. They had grits, bacon, sausage, pancake, biscuits and gravy, home fries, coffee, juice, bagel and more. We appreciate the breakfast because it held us until we left the room. The gentleman serving the breakfast is supper kind too. Third, the shuttle service was amazing. We spent two days and long hours downtown and never spent a dime on parking. The two men driving the bus were amazing as well. The shuttle service is so valuable and a money saver. Now here's why I gave a 3 star for cleanliness. Our floor was dirty and needed to be mopped. My daughter walked around with her socks on and the socks were filthy. I asked the cleaning lady to mop the floor for us and she did. Honestly, it was still dirty after she did. The counters were a little dusty. And I found a hair on our shower curtain. There was a mildew smell when we walked in so we left the door open for about 30 minutes. I figured this smell came from the room not being used in a while. Overall, the hotel is old but a keeper. I would definitely stay here again because of the free parking, free breakfast, and the shuttle service. Those 3 things, made my stay memorable. Plus, it is walking distance to several stores/restaurants.

It was not in center of town, quiet, what I wanted. Center town has many places but it is very noisy and crowded around Saint George Street. The pool for me was very important to swim my laps in the morning. I loved their pool and swam each morning before my sightseeing of Saint Augustine. The morning breakfast was also good before starting the visits downtown. I chose the Old Town Trolley solution for transports each day , as it was too hot to take and get back to the hotel shuttle at The Parking Garage only stop. The Trolley made it easy to catch it in any one of their many stops in town. The breeze in the trolley and the stories told by the drivers were also great. There is also a good Mexican Restaurant Taco Libre. The front desk provided maps , a list of good restaurants and info which was nice as it was my first time visiting Saint Augustine. Excellent stay, great visit of the town. Loved it. And, also the price is right. Rooms very clean, comfortable, AC working, good TV and a machine to make coffee etc. The fridge in the room was also bigger than in other hotels I went. Microwave too but I don’t use microwaves in general. Staff is very nice at the front desk, asking if all is ok. Wonderful stay on all aspects. Martine L.
