Wonderful view of balloon fiesta! Beds were very comfortable!!

Lots of stains on walls and carpet, AC was pretty weak
2.5
For the price, was a decent room. Rooms can use an upgrade though, especially in the restroom.

Great service, great view, and perfect location!

Very old and out dated restaurant closed for dinner bar menu very limited.

It was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in while traveling. The staff were friendly and upgraded my stay. I’ll choose the Clyde hotel for return trips.

I came for a conference. The Clyde wasn’t the conference hotel and I’m OH so glad I ended up where I did. The lobby is elegant and comfy. Bar was great and the “sunken living room” in the center of the lobby was a lovely place to gather with colleagues. Carrie’s was a good place to eat, but the restaurant was short staffed, so allow lots of time.
The bed was comfy, the elevator worked (NOT the case at the conference hote) and the star was wonderful.

I get they have renamed the hotel for one of albuquerque"s mayors and junk, but they have chosen to not update all of the furniture in the rooms. Which is fine and cost prohibitive. However the chair in the room had a hole/tear in the fabric from wear and tear. This was not a recent fabric tear. The room was clean aside from this.

This was a spur of the moment staycation get away from life/the kids/etc. Just one night, but it felt like we were somewhere else. The room was amazing, on the top floor of the hotel. The view was perfection. (Room 2001) We had a long leisurely breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Our room was very clean, and the keurig in the room with coffee/cream/sweetener was a lovely touch. OH...and the body products are so nice. Bed was very comfie!! We will do this again!!

Our stay was great. Staff were exceptional. Room was really nice and clean, Would definitely stay there again!

First room was covered in pubes and was absolutely dirty. Plus blood stained sheets. When I say covered in pubes it was uncalled for the scheer amount of them. They did give us a second room immediately tho

Elevators broken. With a convention in town and a Marathon you had to wait in line to get on an elevator which took 5-10 minutes. There was 1 elevator working. Parking validation didn't work. Parking garage smelled like a dumpster and was very dirty. One very rude and unprofessional front desk receptionist. The manager was exceptional, and the other front desk receptionist were very professional. Very slow internet. Place needed major maintenance. Most likely won't stay here again.

The outside and floor did not match the drapes. The room worked for us but it needs a refresh to match the rest of the hotel. The elevator stopped working for us. Ran out of key cards for our stay. Good location and parking. The fit and finish of the bathroom were not up to standard.

Walking in had high hopes it looked good and the staff was really nice. Walked up to the room and it reeked of mold I think. I instantly started sneezing/ snotting/ and coughing it lasted the entire time I was in the room. I would have left, but couldn’t get my money back and it was late by the time I got there.
None of the staff knew of any walking distance dinner places, but the bar had really good lemon drop drinks.

It was walking distance to the venue I was going to and the hotel itself was great. Parking garage was easily accessible, room was nice. No issues. I bring my own blankets and sheets, plus my pillow so I don’t worry about cleanliness too much unless something crawls up on me lol. Then, that’s something else. A worser review lol. But, overall it’s a good place to stay, with amenities close by. But downtown places close early on weekdays, which was when my trip took place. 👏👍😊

Great stay. Very nice hotel, well kept, and in a central Albuquerque location.

Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice also

We had trouble getting in and out of parking garage with our key. The elevator was extremely slow

Hotel was outdated. Surprise amenity charge upon check out

Great location! The breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend for our location and best in its cost efficiency

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Watch out for extra $25 “resort” fee on top of hotel bill. Watch out for credit card charged extra $50 for “incidentals” at check in. I hope I get that credited back to my card. Watch out for valet parking fee. Luxury hotel. Very nice.

It would be helpful to provide a receipt when requested; rather than requesting your client to look for t on the internet.

Staff was excellent. Modernization was not so great. You had to request a microwave or fridge. Ice was only on 3 of the 18 floors. 6 elevators and only 2 working. no bathroom glasses or any kind of cups. Lemongrass toiletries (highly allergenic). No shower wash only soap. TV choices did not include the weather channel and all the news channels which only had sports running. Got hit with a bunch of hotel fees I was no expecting. I paid for my room in advance, cash, no refund.
Carpet was really dirty. No fans in bathroom to remove stench or excess moisture. Shower height does not support tall people. Needs to be raised or replaced with a wand.
Towel replacement was excellent
For a high inexpensive hotel it needs to do better with physical upgrades and amenities.
The staff treats you VERY well.

It was nice. The rooms were comfortable. There was a stinky smell when we would arrive back at the hotel but once you were inside you couldn’t smell it anymore. Several times we needed our car from valet, but they were not at their desk. Had to go find someone so that they could call them out.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff.

Short stay. Have stayed there before but this time floors weren't as clean as before. Carpet was not clean. Hair tie also on floor.

Great service. Great 20s themed vibe. Very classy and different. Better than a cookie cutter hotel chain. Accessible to many downtown bars and restaurants. Great location. Will stay here every time.

The tv did not work because the hotel has old tv facilities that are in poor condition. Also, the one dinner entree that I wanted, and planned to eat prior to my visit, was unavailable because they didn’t plan correctly and they ran out of it. Overall, a very poor and disappointing experience.

We asked for more water and was told they were out until later this week. I also wish there was as mini fridge available in our room.

We really like this hotel. Was just there like a month before this stay. Very convenient to and from the airport. Room is nice and spacious. Front desk staff are nice and friendly.

Great place to stay! My only note would be that housekeeping came before 10am on Saturday and Sunday. For us, at least, that is too early.

Good stay in downtown and close to lots of weekend nightlife. I am a "small pillow" person and these pillows were too large. But its a quality spot for Albuquerque

Staff and room were great.
The added-on extra $25 “Amenity Fee” is BS. Just charge what you need to charge and be upfront about it, don’t nickel-and-dime me with fees.
Also, the parking garage is limited to 6’8” clearance, so any slightly tall vehicle must park on the street.

it was great, room was amazing, bathroom was amazing and the staff were excellent

Only issue was I asked for a comb , since I had forgotten mine, and they never bring it. Everything else all good
