Overnight in route to another location. Typically stop on ABQ and always stay here. Consistently great. FAVORITE thing that I totally appreciate (and why I return) is your commitment to being environmentally conscious!

Convenient location. Very nice lobby area. Quiet room. Mattress bowed up in the middle making it making it uncomfortable to sleep on either side of the bed. Carpet was filthy. Staff were great. Check in easy. Plenty of parking.

I stayed here a few years ago and had a great experience, however this time was disappointing. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. My room had wallpaper that was starting to peel and carpeting that was dingy and starting to ravel. The pillows smelled like cigarettes and I had difficulty sleeping.

Air conditioning doesn't keep the temperature down. Very hot all night. Dirty carpet. Doesn't smell good. Couldn't sleep at night. Terrible hotel. I'll never stay at this hotel again. I'll sleep in the car, which is better.

Check in and out was easy. Visited during Balloon Fiesta and the hotel coordinated snacks and activities for the kids. Everyone on staff that I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful.

We wanted a comfortable place to stay on our road trip. We booked this hotel for the queen size beds. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were very nice. The carpeting in the room had a bit of an odor which gave the room an odd scent and you could see the dirt in from years of people walking on it. The bathroom was fine, nothing too much to write home about except to point out the baseboards were clean and free of dirt. The TV was easy to see from both beds. Hotel staff were not under friendly but not overly friendly either.

We paid extra to have a room that was Club level. The milk offered was expired, the water fridge was empty, the coffee maker was not working and needed to be cleaned, the silverware was dirty, the honey bottle for the tea was empty and there was a tray of dirty items that was in the lounge when we checked in and was still there when we checked out the next day. There was literally no benefit to the club level other than a granola bar. Breakfast was not available in the lounge on Saturdays or Sundays, which our booking said included breakfast. We were told by the front desk we could purchase breakfast for $18.99 each. There was a dirty brown spot on the bathroom floor and splatters on the wall. We often stay at the Sheraton Club level and this was by far the most disappointing experience. The staff was friendly. When I spoke with a staff member regarding the condition of the room and the availability of items in the lounge her response was “Oh, I don’t know”.
