Amazing accommodations in old Santa Fe. My third time at this property, my wife's first. We had a blast kicking up our heals with dear friends.
2.5
Nice hotel with Native American touches throughout and live music on certain nights. Amenities are great and the service was excellent

Shuttle was nice at noon ght

Beautiful place! Great food

I am part Native American, one of the reasons I choose this hotel. On arrival the front desk staff was very condescending. The USB ports in the desk lamp do not work; got a "huff" when I asked it to be replaced. Got another "huff" when I asked they not change towels or makeup the bed! The room was shabby, the frig did not fit in the cabinet, there was no safe, the luggage stand did not fit in the closet, the faucet was screwed up...One plus, when checking out the front desk person was very helpful and polite (Jamaican?)

Fantastic hotel for your Santa Fe and area stay. Superb accommodations and restaurant.
2.5
Staff courteous, hotel quiet, restaurant great, happy hour even better, very short walk to the Santa Fe Railyard with plenty of food and drink options. Very short drive/shuttle ride to the plaza.

The room was on the small side - not sure how room service for 2 would have worked out.
But otherwise, it's a very nice hotel with a nice shuttle service, and a great restaurant.

The blinds in the bedroom were horrible. They were just standard vertical blinds and didn’t block out the light at all. We were situated in front of the hotel so any cars that came in and out of the main entrance shone right into our room.
2.5
This is my go to place to stay when in Santa Fe. Rooms are nicely furnished, beds are super comfortable, staff are friendly and I love the on site restaurant when a low key evening is preferable to a night on the town.

Loved this hotel. Staff was great. Very friendly and took pride in their hotel. I would definitely recommend and would return myself!

Our last hotel in a 9-day southwest road trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel Santa Fe

We would not stay at Hotel Santa Fe again. The location of this hotel is on several busy roads and it is LOUD, not to mention the noise generated from guests staying above us. The rooms are old and dated but clean. The bathroom is very small (we stayed in a junior suite). However, there are some nice features of the hotel. The pool is small but the chairs are comfortable and towels are provided. The hotel staff are pleasant. The best benefit of the hotel is the shuttle that is provided to get you around town. The drivers are very personable and have a wealth of information. The shuttle is free but tipping is encouraged. While the parking is technically free, there is a $21/day resort fee. I shopped around quite a bit before booking our stay at Hotel Santa Fe and wish I would have selected a different hotel mostly due to the noise of the traffic which is no fault of the hotel.

We stayed at the Hotel Santa Fe for six nights. The exterior of the hotel is quite attractive, and the lobby area and dining area are nice as well. The room was clean although dated in terms of furniture, carpet, etc. Bathroom was clean and somewhat updated. Beds were comfortable. We would have liked to open the windows as the night air was cool but could not because the screens were so bent. Almost every night, the traffic around the hotel was quite loud for a period of time but basically was quiet for sleep. The dining there is expensive - I think overly so. To charge $6.00 for not even a handful of blueberries for your oatmeal is a bit over the top, I think. Dinner is quite expensive. They also made substitutions on an appetizer platter - grapes for olives, homemade spreads that were essentially preserves. Of course, expensive seems to be par for the course in most of downtown Santa Fe restaurants. Staff is very friendly. There is a wonderful bakery across the street where we ate most of our breakfasts called The Sage Bakehouse.

Thankful for the free shuttle service around Santa Fe, nice restaurant, free water.

It is our "go to" hotel for all of our trips to Santa Fe.

Great pool, hot tub and a fantastic restaurant and friendly staff.

Beautiful property and nice area

The Amaya restaurant is excellent. The shuttle service is exceptional. The drivers were informative and shared the area history and sights to see. Our room was quiet, with a large balcony. We will return!

Great property, excellent staff, convenient walk to everything.

Small cramped room at end of long hallway. No coffee maker and no way to get hot water to make tea to warm up when returning from night opera. Bar and restaurant were closed. Hot tub was luke warm. At over 300/ night, really not good.

I felt completely safe and well taken care of. I liked the fact that there was a shuttle service provided from morning till night. The rooms were extremely clean and the beds were comfortable.

Beautiful facility. Worth every penny. I highly recommend this hotel.

Waited 2 hours to get a key to the room. After paying $430 a night for room was charged a resort fee. This place is not a resort. I probably should have stayed somewhere else. Was not work the money. Free pastries one day, next day nothing.

Great great room! Good location! Friendly staff at bar & front desk. Shuttle however left a lot to be desired! Don’t need to use it, good walking & parking.

Nice atmosphere, slept well

The location was great. The hotel itself, is very nice. The room was super clean and comfortable and the air felt very fresh. Not the usual stale air you get with some hotels. We did not eat at the hotel but the bar provided a delicious cocktail.

The property was very beautiful and well designed. The restaurant in the hotel had excellent food and a nice small bar. The open area/lobby of hotel has lots of space for guests to sit and read or have a cup of coffee. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!!

We loved staying at Hotel Santa Fe. It is beautiful and very peaceful. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They also have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up from almost anywhere you want to go in the area. They have a bar and beautiful restaurant on site. We will definitely stay there again!!

I made this reservation for my hānai mother, flights were delayed bc of storms on the East Coast, she eventually made it to Albuquerque that night, but she can’t see to drive at night so had to stay at a hotel near the airport. She went to check in the following day, but they told her the reservation had been cancelled. I was so upset this happened.
1.5
Completely over-rated. Hotel is fine overall; but, it is nothing special as in, the bar has no snacks and the room did not have bottled water, essential for arrival in New Mexico. Front Desk personnel said "perfect" for every aspect of the check-in and when we asked a particular question about parking and room service they were "unsure."
4.0
Great location - very central and walkable. Front desk staff weren't particularly accommodating, and the room was small. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
2.5
comfortable and clean. great location! Love the shuttle bus service (free!).
2.0
This was a very good location. The downside is that it was a the intersection of two major streets and traffic noise was bad at times in our room. This was the trade off for being so close to the Plaza and the rail yard district.
The hotel was pet friendly, but really did not have much in the way of grass areas for, well you know.
2.5
The staff was very warm snd helpful.

We didn’t use the transportation but it was available.
Electric car chargers would be very convenient.

Outside was very pretty

We paid a premium for a suite. The bathroom had one sink and the shower temperature and water pressure was almost impossible to regulate. Not what one would expect for a suite rate. Also the drawers on a corner cabinet were installed so long ago that they were not on rails so they kept falling on the floor. We were charged a resort fee which included shuttle service but were then expected to tip the drivers. The female bartender was not friendly and closed an hour early. Overall, we were disappointed.

Grounds are beautiful and beautiful art around and in the hotel
