It was okay

Hotel could use an upgrade. Starting to look old. Rooms are nice just dated.

The room was infested with bugs. Reeked of smoke. Had someone else’s hair on the sheets. Toilets would not flush. Plus the person at reception told me only US citizens knew how to flush the toilets. I have been in the US for the last 53 years. I am a US citizen through naturalization!!

Arrived at 2:58 for checkin and the door was locked with a line of people waiting to check in. Came back, checked in, and the key wouldn't open the door. Went back, second key didn't work. Went back, third key didn't work. The fourth time the manager came and opened the door with a metal key and got the electronic key to work. Ten minutes later it didn't work. The fifth time, the manager sent an employee with a screwdriver, who got the key to work. Again, ten minutes later the key didn't work. I requested a refund, which they refused. Stayed in a hotel that was an hour from my work event instead of fifteen minutes away, but they had working keys for the door. I wasn't expecting a five star hotel, but I did expect tsk be able to get into the room. They don't have a 24-hour front desk like real hotels, so the nonworking keys were more than an inconvenience.

My partner and I spent one Saturday night (9/28/24) at this property. For starters, we arrived in the dark and could not see the entrance to the property from Route 50. There was a light burned out which made for a very dangerous situation, including backing up on the shoulder of a highway. Our room had excellent beds! Service at the front desk was hospitable and friendly. Our room lacked any glasses, and the carpet felt icky to the touch. Other friends who stayed there the same night reported stink bugs on the ceiling and the lack of a shower curtain in another room. Breakfast was minimal and it was not possible to change the TV station from the evangelical church service which was blaring in the breakfast room. Our charge of $154 was way too much for the condition of the property. Fix it up! I repeat that the staff members were pleasant and helpful to the best of their ability.

Grounds and room were not clean. No maid service unless you “asked” but we were not informed of this until after the stay. Breakfast was a waffle maker and continuously had to ask for spoons (they ran out), plates etc. Drug deals in the back parking lot. Non hotel ‘customers’ walking around.
Management does not care about you or this property. Don’t waste more than $49 a night. Most Days Inn locations are awful now.

It was slightly better than camping. I was looking for a cheap place to spend the night, so I really can’t complain. You get what you pay for. It was old, not cleaned very well, and people were making noise outside at 3:00am.

The tub was full of long hair and the bath ceiling had mold. When I spoke to the person at the front desk and he told me that would tell the cleaning person. I expected a refund or a discount, neither happened.

On route 50 in Easton - Convenient location! The only plus.....
Poor facility - it's old and needs a complete renovation. Pool is closed. Exercise room is a joke. Desk manager was out of the office cleaning rooms.....I had to go find him. People were lounging around outside, watching our movements, and we didnt feel real safe. Beds were uncomfortable, no kleenx, no blankets. We didn't stay for the free breakfast because we didn't trust the freshness of the food. For $100 night, it was a complete disappointment. Did I mention that it was old, run down, and in needs of a complete renovation?

I am 54 years old and have never in my life stayed in a dirtier, nastier place. When I tried to show the staff the pictures of evidence he was completely not interested. When I asked to speak to the manager he told me he would not want to speak to me since I did not request a new room. I drove two hours so that my son could take the SAT and it was super late and we were not showering so he had to get to sleep. I will NEVER use a Days Inn again.

This hotel needs to be shut down. I could not stay a 2nd night. I was told I would only be charged for one night but I was charged for two nights. Dreadful experience.

I’m hoping that it was just a bug on the bed and not a bedbug.

The property was close for our purpose.
No shower curtain in the room. The guy at the front desk didn't understand or couldn't speak english.

The motel is being renovated. The pool was closed -- and very unsightly. The new king bed was very comfortable/updated bathroom nice. Had an adjoining door that you could see the light from the other room, new flooring needs deep cleaning and old furniture nasty. No phone, no Easton guidebook, no check-out info.
I am sure once the renovation is complete most of these things will be fixed.
Signage from route 50 is very small and easy to miss.

Check in was fine, and the staff was friendly. The outside of the building was absolutely awful -- trash, unkept, repairs needed, nothing like the pictures. Wyndham should be ashamed. Inside, it was ok, but not great. It should not be listed on hotels.com in this condition!

Don’t believe the picture on the website or the fake reviews. This is a disgusting hotel. Filthy. Mold on the bathroom walls. Thick smell of cigarettes and weed, and burn holes in the comforter and sheets. Disabled smoke detecter. Water jetting out of the shower knobs, and it didn’t drain. Flies. No TV. Not even a plastic cup for water in the room. The worst.

I booked a room using the pictures on the internet. When I arrived the hotel was nothing like the pictures..I ended up not staying. Days Inn are usually great hotels, but not this one.

As soon as we pulled into the lot, we were very skeptical… The room was a disaster. It smelled like weed and the light wouldn’t come on… We switched rooms and the adjacent room. They stuck us in smell like weed as well… We were so disgusted and felt unsafe That we picked up went to the hotel up the street turned out to be a Hilton… I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there.

I rented 2 rooms, one had an AC unit that flooded the floor, the 2nd room had hair in the bed and a beetle in it also. It also had a used cup with someones chew spit in it.

The first thing was the toilet didn't work. Reported it to the office, and nothing happened,. I had to tell them about it again before they finally sent someone to fix it. The room was full of annoying flies. The coat rack fell off the wall for no apparent reason. It's the middle of July and the pool was not open even though they advertised the pool on the sign in front. Also it's very difficult to get in and out of the hotel parking lot from Rt. 50. There's only one tiny entrance sign which could easily be missed driving down the highway. Also the area around the stairwells was dirty and has paint peeling off the walls and ceilings. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Overall the hotel seemed a little run down and under-staffed. The hotel person was friendly and tried to be helpful. However I could not get the TV to work and the hotel staff, although he tried, could not resolve. I had stayed here a few years ago and it now seemed to be more run-down than before. I should add that the room and bath were clean and comfortable, and the price was good.

Had a great experience

Staff was nice. Besides that, everything was pretty awful. I booked for the pool. Pool looks like it hasn’t been used in years. Checked in to room. Bathroom dirty with used towels and soap, unflushed toilet. We were given another room. Black mold on the walls of the bathroom. Black mold on door. Burns in table. Dirty coffee pot with coffee grounds still in it from previous occupants. Paint peeling. Used toothpicks between bed and night stand. Clock continued to beep on and off through the night. Remote for tv worked sometimes and sometimes it didn’t. All throughout the night people were smoking weed and you could smell it in the room. Along with cigarettes. Zero privacy. I could hear the conversation clear from the room next to us. No fruit at breakfast. The pictures showed are nothing like it is in real life. A true catfish.

Worst stay ever! Carpet in rooms but I don’t believe housekeeping has a vacuum! Dirty dirty dirty. Don’t stay here.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for my whole 9 day stay.
It also seems like my room was not cleaned during the time I was there. This is not a big deal for me, but might be for someone else.

Property seemed in the middle of some upkeep and/or renovations. (needed from what I could tell)
Outside areas around the building were littered with tools and other things. Stairs and other walkways were dirty and not well kept up.

The room was very dirty and the outside area was overgrown and needs lots work. Will find another place to stay next time.

Advertised that they had a pool. It looks like it had been closed for years.
Flies all over the room.
Very dirty. I didn’t even sleep there because it looked so sketchy.

Ropm was disgusting. There was mold everywhere from the bathroom, a/c unit and front door. Also, room had a horrible smell
2.0 / 10.0
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Shady characters loitering around the property, filthy rooms, drug paraphernalia and empty liquor bottles in the parking lot, flies and roaches in the room, TV didn't work well, and the room smelled. This property should be condemned and the owners should be fined.
