Shared a room with my daughter. The sofa bed was unusable. Had blood stains, liquid stains and crumbs. It was falling apart at the seams. I could have gotten a partial refund, but because I used Hotels.com, the manager said there was nothing she could do. I have photos but this page won't let me upload

We stay here when we visit Sierra Nevada’s Oktoberfest. It is a walkable distance to the brewery and they also have a shuttle that will drop you there. There is also an outdoor seating area for talking with friends after Oktoberfest.

Passing through Chico and stayed here. Staff were all very personable, helpful, and just very very nice. They took care in making sure I was comfortable and settled in. Room was clean and comfortable. If ever in Chico again this is my spot.

Clean room, check in was a little funny i was waiting for 10 minutes while the front desk person was visiting with a friend… she didn’t know i was checking in but why else would i be standing there with multiple bags… otherwise then that all was fine

We had a very enjoyable stay! We stayed for one night to break up our long journey. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and convenience stores. The room was very comfortable, and the hotel accommodated our request for a first floor room. The restaurant at the hotel was disappointing for our dinner options. The breakfast buffet is amazing, they offer someone for all tastes and appetites. Our family would stay here again.

Got in late , no worries I prepaid for the room. My wife turned down the bed and found sheets not lean, plus black long hair was all inside the sheets . We called and they brought new sheets expecting us to change the bed, it’s past 1 am we have been driving all day. Buffet was great . Eggs cooked to order, the cook was great.

I did not like the noise on the first floor it was really loud and the people up above us were loud walking around. The guy at the front desk when we had checked in in the afternoon did not tell us about the social that night until we had read the card in the room the next morning. When we went to go grab breakfast we Waldo didn’t know about having to have a ticket so we went the the front desk and the girl gave us 2. I also want to mention that the shower was dirty and there should be no reason for pink soap scum in the shower if it is cleaned every time someone checks out. Down below on the border in the bathroom was filthy. The mattress had big stains of blood on it.

Great stay, stag is extremely nice and friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the social hour was so much fun. Can’t wait to go back!!

For the most part, I was really impressed. I wasn’t expecting much for such a small town way up north, but it was actually pretty nice. My only complaint was there were a lot of homeless around, particularly at night when we arrived with my daughters in tow. But that’s a California problem that the voters need to fix by voting red again. Otherwise the motel was decent. The shower/tub was a bit noisy standing in it (sounded like loose floorboards underneath) and the room was a bit humid, but tolerable. Overall, I would book again if in the area.

I would book at the Oxford Suites again. I like my room at 402 better than 459. The staff were very pleasant to work with. The breakfast and happy hour food were okay, nothing great. Beer options at the bar was limited for me.

The room was clean and quiet, and the staff very friendly. I had trouble updating my reservation to include my husband in it, and we received only one pass for the complimentary breakfast and a cocktail. in fact, I didn't registered the info about the breakfast. I was given a small piece of paper. The next day I kept looking for info on breakfast, and only later found the small piece of paper. I could have used a real cup of coffee.

Who cares about the scuff marks on the walls, and the stains on the carpet. When I pulled back my blankets, there was all kinds of hair on the fitted sheet. When I pulled back my daughters blankets, it looked like there was chocolate smeared onto the fitted sheet. We came with wipes, so I wiped off what may or may not have been chocolate and threw it in the trash. We both slept on top of the blankets. We chose this hotel because it was listed as exceptional on Expedia, but I didn’t see it.
