Awful experience! All power went off in our room so I called reception desk and member of staff said they’d sort it, power was back on a few mins later. This was all after midnight. So one then knocked/banged on our door not long afterwards but I didn’t open the door and when asked who it was there was no answer. We only booked for the 1 night but was woken up by a li hi t knock them the door was pushed open, thankfully I put our cases near the door so they fell over when whoever opened the door as again when I called out there was no response. Would not recommend this place as doesn’t feel very safe. I spoke with the staff when checking out who could not confirm who had knocked or why the power to the room went off. The room was clean and bed was comfy but wouldn’t stay here again.

There is no coffee or tea setup on room . I paid for coffee.

Easy check - in friendly staff, rooms are small but functional and comfy beds , enough for our resting needs .
Def we will stay again

The hotel staff are just 10/5 stars! They are very helpful and kind. The staff working from 17-20 July deserves a raise!!
Hotel is pretty basic, room for 3 people was tiny but for just laying the head down was grand. The beds were very comfy, only thing the mattress topper kept sliding during the night. Very clean bathroom, just a bit outdated.
BE AWARE OF PICKPOCETS. My bag was stolen in the lobby while playing “Connect Four” with my child. Even though it was left under my chair, I still didn't notice. I suppose if the hotel had security in the lobby would help reduce such incidents, but again -!it is a 2-star hotel and maybe, therefore, this service is not possible.
For the money hotel stay was worth it.
Basic but lovely breakfast. Same each morning but enough to leave with a full belly.
The last thing we wished to have explored better, was the metro station is a 10-minute walk away. Quiet a journey in the heat every day twice in our case. The surrounding area felt very safe, with lots of food places and mini shops to get what you need.
Would I go back? For budget hotels - yes, for location - no.
Overall - it was alright.

Hotel was not bad at all, but A/C does not work! They only told me that has like one week out of service. We need to aopen the window and at leas was good temperature outside. Friendly Staff and Breakfast save the game!

Friendly and helpful staff.

We had stayed at Inis Styles around the corner and this hotel was a step down for us in space and cleanliness. It was also much cheaper. The bed was comfortable, we didn’t have breakfasts and you can walk to tram and train
3.7
Not bad as a hotel but the make you pay to hold ur luggage as they can’t check you in.
And the cleaning staff don’t knock event with the do not disturb sing on the door and walk in t your room. Would not recommend
3.7
Was ok, however comparing to other Ibis hotels the rooms were super small and not really clean, lack of water cook or a small fridge with soda , snacks. As for one night was ok

Hotel is near the station Porte d'Orléans (15-20 walking distance) or by bus no. 125 to/from station & hotel.
We stayed 6 nights at this hotel. It was great that housekeepers came to clean the room every day.
But hotel does not provide kettle, water glass, instant coffee in the room. It is not convenient for the guests in the winter time.
Instead, there is a water dispenser (cold water) in the lobby.
3.7
It’s ok just for an overnight stay, the hotel seems saving too much without considering the convenience of the qustors. I mean there’s only one or two plug for battery charging, keeping it in a private corner. very inconvenient for more than one traveller.

The shower head was broken and the room was so small including the beds. We felt so cramped being cramned in such a small room. The beds are like cots and there was no air conditioning.
3.7
Everything was good except of the bed sizes, unstable shower water temperature and very poor air conditioner, nice staff

This was was only convenient in terms of location, close to the venue where my meetings took place. It does not worth. AC did not work and the room it self well starting from the door that is visible in a need of renovation.

This is the worst ever ibis experience I have ever had.
The location is fine which there is a bus station in front of the hotel. However, when it comes to the accommodation part, that was a nightmare...
First of all, the room is completely under expectation. The wooden table in the room is broken and a part of it was completely off from the table. The twin beds are so small with the suffocating environment that we had to open the window for ventilation. We almost unable to sleep for the whole night. Honestly, the ibis budget in the UK is much better than the ibis brand. That makes me super disappointed.
Secondly, the reception is generally fine but not too customer-oriented. I am the accor silver membership which may actually get some exclusive privilege from the hotel, but the staff didn't say anything on this even they have scanned my membership card.
Thirdly, we can't believe the storage of luggage requires an extra sum for the lockers. This is completely feeling even lower class than the ibis budget brand...
Please, everyone, when getting a room in Paris, there are lot more better choices of similar price level... Don't pay for the worst experience...

Worst ever!!!!
The personel ftom Ibis Porte d'Orleans Montrouge are some crooks
My flight was cancel and they atill charged me for 2 nights

Place is very dated. Needs to be refurbished.
3.7
It was clean. Its what you need if youre looking for a clean afforadable place to sleep. I didn't like that the cleaning people start knocking at your door on the day you check out basically demanding to know what time youre leaving. It also happened to other people that i travelled with.

Nice stay to be close to a rental car pickup location nearby. Front desk staff was nice and the room was spacious (but I think we got an upgrade for being gold members). Not close to public transport, so wished we would have ubered to avoid a long walk.
3.7
I booked this hotel because the Hotels.com website said the rooms had air conditioning and a safe. The room were allocated did not have either.
The hotel was in a very convenient hotel and was reasonable for the price BUT it was incorrectly advertised.
3.7
Awful Experience! The staff at the concierge are not friendly at all. Very small and outdated rooms with no good air conditioning. Dirty pillows and blankets. The hotel doesn't even put a box of tissue in the room. No safety box or a small fridge. The reception's response to my complaints was "Visitors from the Unites States always complain about how small and tight our rooms are. All Paris hotels are old and small like this. You shouldn't expect a tissue in your room from a 3-star ibis hotel".
If you want to have a pleasant stay, you'd better find another hotel.

I have reserved two following period
first of all they were not able top find my firts reservation under their system
unable to give me a key for my full stay same for the local tax impossible to pay for all my stay one time
staff at the reception were not really professionnal a shame
3.7
Nice hotel in a good neigbourhood. Early check-in option is very useful.
3.7
Area with few options to eat, but near Orly airport
3.7
Metro 10 minutes by foot away, numerous boulangeries nearby for a quick fix in the morning. The room was a bit cramped up and only one side of the bed had a socket, so that could be improved. Overall a decent experience. Centrally located between the inner-city of Paris and Orly Airport.
3.7
Staying here on a business trip to Paris, we had 4 nights. Room was fine and breakfast too. The car was parked in a parking celler right next to the hotel, and we even got an extra discount with the parking, when we checked in. The area has very fine restaurants in the neighborhood, 5-10 min walks away. Like to come back. The hotel is not fantastic, but you get what you pay for, and everything is fine.
3.7
Was very good the breakfast buffet was excellent but the only bad things was no AC in the rooms
3.7
An average experience with some slow service. The staff at the desk seem to be over run with too many jobs so the service at the desk is on the slow side. The beds are ok to sleep in and reasonably new and the rooms are a good size for a big city.
3.7
Barely any space in the room. Also no international plug or USB charger. They want you to pay €10 for a charger. Unbelievable ! Don't stay here !
3.7
Amazing place, and nice staff

The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. It was within walking distance of public transportation.
3.7
Very good condition and service.perfect taxi asoon I contact hotel receipt in 5 minutes I gate taxi.
In all ways everything 💯 good
3.7
Very friendly and clean
3.7
The staff spoke English and were really friendly. Especially the guy in the bar was super enthusiastic!( special shout-out this guy- have no idea what his name was!)
But overall the room was quite small( for three people) and was not completely clean. There were still remnants left in the bathroom. The windows didn’t provide complete isolation. So we felt quite chilly in the room at night. I would give it a 3/5.
3.7
pros: silence from outside
cons: thin walls
3.7
The property is in a good location just outside the perripherique/beltway. so a bit cheaper than more central hotels. It's a good value for money though rather no frills and still has small rooms like hotel in the center.

Reception was very friendly, close to metro station, but bar staff and restaurant staff wasnt very helpful, we were not allowed to borrow cutlery from the the hotel, also you have to hassel to get hot water with the bar staff.

It’s a good experience And the area is safe and nice.
