This is terrible hotel and their staff service. When I have complained about room stinking and floor is pretty dirty. They said no room service is available. I said next day room service will be available as they come to clean other room. They said your room is not going to be cleaned and threat me to check out. I end up checking out and paid more to other hotel as it’s same day booking. It’s like they treat you like trash. What if my family and kids are with me. I am glad I was alone else it would have been disaster. Staff is very rude to throw you out when you complain. So never ever again to this hotel.

Neither of the room keys I was given worked. I tried then 10-15 times each. Red light. When I went to front desk I got a truckload of attitude problem. Of the second set of keys, 1 worked at 10 or so times trying, and I discovered the other one worked fine. They have an issue with key generating machine or need to clean out the door locks & refuse to deal with taking responsibility. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I could not get the door open initially when I used the key card, but the manager assisted me and all was fine. When I entered the room, the toilet was running, I called the front desk and got assistance with that as well. This was the first time in my life I had experienced these issues, thankfully they were easily resolved. I had formerly lived in the area and had prior knowledge about this motel, though the area has changed markedly, I still felt a sense of familiarity.

Great place to stay if you like to listen to traffic 24/7. I kept my fan on HIGH so I didn’t hear it.

This place was horrible. When we walked into our room the floor was dirty and there was hair on the bed. When we looked at the sheets we found blood on the pillow and stains on the sheets. The room reeked of smoke even though we reserved non-smoking. They wouldn’t switch rooms. The next day the manager said it wasn’t their problem that we were accommodated because we stayed. We only stayed because it was1030 at night. They said they didn’t have to give us a non-smoking room. It didn’t matter what we reserved it is what they want to do. They then flipped us off and told us that we would be banned from all motel 6 in the future. They also said corporate wouldn’t care.

Girl at checkout was mean and miserable. Dog food all over the place. Bathroom plumbing issues. Original room was swapped because of other issues. This was an upgrade.

This property had multiple things that were broken and down. My bed sheets were filthy had some one else’s hair in it. The tub was brown and disgusting. And the tv barely worked. Not worth the price at all.

Was told that the room I was staying was dirty and had to wait to make sure that it was clean when I suggested to be moved to another room I was told that I was going to be charge extra.

Showed up in the afternoon, paid for a non smoking room but got a smoking room, was told in the most "i dont care your unhappy" tone of voice. That i either took the room or went else where. Took the room because after driving 600 miles i was too tired to do anything else. Deadbolt for door was broken so its always engaged meaning i couldnt close it from outside the room, in the morning told a different employee about the door issue and was told i must have been closing it wrong.

I booked 2 nights the first night I got in very late and stayed in the room but it was very dirty from the second I walked in. There were roaches in the bathroom, cobwebs everywhere, the bed was covered in dog hair I pulled that sheet off and there was blood stains on the sheet under it. The comforter had cigarette burn holes in it and there were stains all on the botton side of it. Theres a lot of people thwt look sketchy on the property and knock on your door at random hours through the night. I told the front desk about all the issues the very next morning and asked for a refund for the second night because I didnt want to stay another night. They said the manager might be able to give a refund but probably wont and they arent in until 3pm tomorrow. I asked for the number to call corporate and they said they didnt know it. Worst hotel experience!!!

I don't usually leave a review but I feel like it's my duty to warn anyone. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The toilet is dirty, the worst shower pressure imaginable, dried brown stains in and around the fridge. Won't be coming back here.

We stayed here after a concert, or tried to. We arrived back after the concert at around midnight. After settling in bed a cockroach crawled up the side of the mattress from behind the bed. After moving the bed away from the wall we noticed there were at least 6 different cockroaches that we could see. The room also had gross spots on the wall and brown stains in the tub and on the shower curtain. After finding the cockroaches we decided we’d rather attempt driving home and possibly sleeping in the car than stay in that room with the cockroaches. When checking out we were told we were past the time we could get a refund for checking out early despite the reason we were leaving early. It’s safe to say we were less than impressed.
