A very uncomfortable stay and we left hungry.

Staff was friendly

Hotel was dirty, it smelled awful, they advertise free breakfast and the breakfast they offer is a granola bar and coffee. Not even juice for children. The beds were uncomfortable.

Disappointing

The location was fine, enough parking spaces. The shower was nice and hot

The lobby and the room had a very bad smell. The room was outdated, on the walls, chairs carpet and ceiling there were gross stains. They only had coffee, bars en muffins in plastic for breakfast.

Friendly staff! Always finding ways to exceed your expectations?

The key cards I received didn't seem to work on the building side doors, but they did work on the room. Other guests key cards seem to have worked for the building side door just fine.

This property was booked for a few hours of sleep while traveling. When we arrived at the property, the gentleman at the desk said that it would be a little while before we could check in as the system was auditing. he stated roughly 20 minutes. When we came back inside after about 20 minutes, he called the help desk for an estimate on time. They were not able to give him one. This was 2am after a long day of traveling, without an estimated time we decided to go somewhere else. The property still charged me for the night even though I was not able to check in, due to no fault of my own. They also have not been responsive to my messages.

My room had three types of bodily fluids near bed stand and no one seems to be fazed by this but me.

I liked leaving my disgusting room.

There blood on the floor, dark stains in carpet and ejaculant on the bed skirt. I have already spoken to Customer Service (her name was Kyle Santos) and she told me she is waiting to hear. It has been 11 days since my stay and I haven’t heard from anyone. I also work in customer service and I know exactly how this should be taken care and I will tell you right now, THIS IS NOT IT.

I would never stay at this property again. the price was ok, but the general upkeep of the property was extremely unsati

the location to our ultimate destination

half of the property was under renovation and not cleaned at all. the hallway that our room was on was stripped down to the sub flooring, the smoke detectors were all covered up in plastic on the ceiling. saw dust and dirt everywhere.

Most of the things. The room was dirty, furniture old and scratched, stains on the chairs, floor not swippep by the entrance door and around the toilet. No counters in the bathroom to put stuff (only one very narrow shelf). The hallway near our room had terrible urine smell. Overall this is one of the filthiest places I've ever visited. And they are not ashamed to price those rooms at a rate for normal 3-star hotel, even though this place is worse than a 2-star hotel...
