The hotel is being renovated. I did not realize that when it was booked. Then bed was not comfortable to me but I like a bit softer.

The bedsheets appeared clean but the property was old and dated. The elevator was sketch and it was extremely noisy in the halls

If you want to stay in a convenient location at college station and be able to walk to eating places, this is the place. The hotel is older yet clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We liked the breakfast and free coffee.

Hilton should remove their name from this hotel. Absolutely filthy. The hallways are disgusting, the mattress had springs and was extremely uncomfortable. The paint is peeling off the walls in the rooms and throughout the common areas of the hotel.

You can hear people’s conversations in the next room. Inside is mold around the ac area, bathrooms are not clean. It was a good price but they need to step it up on cleaning and mold issues

The building is a bit on the older side, but it was in relatively good condition.

Rooms are outdated and had drywall and paint literally falling off the walls.
We canceled our reservation and moved to another hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating!

The front desk staff were amazing and friendly. Room service staff needs more training on how to be courteous to guests.

The reservation was incorrect. I booked 2 double beds and there was only King size available. My son had to sleep on a sofa.

Room was outdated.

Front desk person was nice but talked so fast through everything that I could barely understand her. The hotel itself is just plain run down - paint bubbling and chipping, furniture broken and chipped, peeling wallpaper, leaking faucets, etc. Location was the best thing about the hotel since we needed quick access to the northside of A&M campus. It was disheartening to see a very, very nice Hilton-owned hotel right next door that was obviously very new and well-kept.

Pleasant check-in with a warm cookie and at first the room seemed fine. Then we found old underwear from the previous guests, the bathroom door kept sticking shut so we couldn't get out, there was some white goo on the outside of the fridge, it rained and the water came into the room, the room and space were so humid that had a dehumidifier on all day and night, and most disturbingly, there were insects crawling on my comforter. The breakfast wasn't great. Eggs and sausage were inedible and the waffles take 2.5 minutes per person, so we had cereal and toast. It's close to campus and easy to park and the staff are friendly, but the rooms are in desperate need of a cleaning and full-overhaul.

Everyone was very helpful in the hotel. I recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Our hotel room had a major mold problem. We were a late check-in, and we noticed a damp smell. However, it wasn't until the following morning that I noticed the mold covering even the desk legs.
The room was showing its age with the finish peeling from the furniture. An electrical outlet was also falling out of the wall.

No shower gel in the bathroom. Very unfriendly staff.

The room had a musky oder, the sheets and pillow case had a stinch as well

100% not worth the price paid. The room smelled moldy and dirty, the thermostat was set to 69° and it was somehow humid and gross. The mattress was lumpy and old. We barely slept the night because of the humidity and mattress, it was entirely uncomfortable.

This is an older property and it shows it. I booked an accessible room because I am an amputee. The only grab bar in the bathroom was behind the bathtub. The bathroom door way was so small that I had to hop trough sideways with my walker. The toilet was very low to the floor. New Hamptons have better accessible rooms.

If I could give 0 for cleanliness and noise, I would. This is certainly not a 3 star hotel. Maximum 1.
The staff at the front desk were however very nice, helpful and kind!

Staff was nice. The property is clean but not kept up. Paint chipped off walls, bathroom fan not working. Ceilings show damage. Place is showing serious aging and needs a facelift.
