Good location, easily accessed to Fishermans wharf. Not too far from Union square via Uber. Cable cars just around around the corner. The area is generally quiet, although if you have a room at front of the building, be prepared to be woken up by people in street in early hours or garbage trucks on street between 4am-6am.
Pool was an added extra and even heated which was an added bonus for being the winter months.

Bed was so comfy.
Bar food was lovely.
Great location for fisherman’s wharf, Golden Gate Bridge and coffee shops.

It was a great time! Beautiful rooms. Wish the pool was indoor because of the rain but other than that absolutely no complaints!
3.0
Not the nicest hotel, surprise fees at desk, hot tub was not hot
4.0
Convenient location but inconvenient parking situation and not always a safe walk around the neighborhood. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable.

The room assigned to me was a queen accessible room although I had a king booked. The lady at reception was not friendly and helpful and told me they have only so many king rooms and because I used a third party app to book the room, I got down graded to make room for their reward members. The room I got is a cheaper room than what I booked and did not get any refund for it. The room had no view and felt like you’re tucked away in a corner of the hotel. Super disappointed.

Was told there was no airport/hotel/airport shuttle

I requested things that the hotel had listed as options that were for free. These things were not delivered to my room. I called to note that they were not delivered and asked that they be, but a second time they were not delivered. These items included a shaving kit, a mending kit, moisturizing lotion, and a set of bed sheets.

Stayed here mostly because the site said it had a heated pool and the fam wanted to relax before going out for the night.
Got there and pool is ice cold and the jacuzzi jet didn’t turn on.

Great location , close to shops and restaurants . Hot tub was a plus!

This was a great place to stay for our short trip to San Francisco. Walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and cable car convenient.

Some of the staff was not very friendly especially the lady who checked us in. The property itself was okay. Mostly clean but a little older. You definitely pay for the location, but it’s very walkable and a surprisingly flat area compared to the rest of the city.

The customer service was excellent! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Probably the best customer service of anywhere I've ever stayed.

Good location, pool and gym. Restaurant was fine, room spacious

Great location, staff was accommodating when I requested to extend my stay another night.

Minutes from Fisherman's Wharf and shops; Hop on/Hop off bus stop also just a couple blocks away. Room was great, but bathroom could have been better i.e., sliding doors didn't line up, so privacy was compromised. Also, when flushing the toilet handle it sounded like someone dropped a plate on tile flooring! A/C was loud as well. The Hotels.com website showed all fees and taxes were included in the cost, but we were charged $40+ per day in various city "destination" fees.

Everything was good. One gentleman at check in was a little rude, but we had a great stay

Everything was just a walk away!

Wonderful service. They were able to switch out my mom’s bedding since she’s allergic to down comforters and pillows.
We also had them hold out luggage while after we checked out su we could still visit fisherman’s wharf!

Great Location on fisherman’s wharf, walking distance to everything in the area! Hotel has been updated! Clean and well maintained, felt very safe and comfortable and very quiet! Would stay here again! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in San Francisco

Good location, very quick easy walk to the Fishermans warf area and close to Ghirardelli square. Our room was nice and had everything we needed.

Great stay! Only negative was getting maid service for the room. Once every three days is not acceptable for the price of the room. You shouldn’t have to chase down a maid for towels.

I paid extra for a city view, and when I opened the curtains, I was facing a brick wall and trees. To see anything, you had to go in the corner of the window and turn sideways to see the limited city view.
I went to speak with them at the front desk, and was referred to someone else, the manager maybe? I do not recall his name, but he was very tall with dark hair. His attitude while dealing with me was very condescending. He said the area has changed over the years, though none of the building around the area were new. He also said the pics I showed him of my promised view were not from their website, as I booked through hotels.com. I checked the hotel’s website, and it’s the exact same pictures. He said he had one other city view room that was worse than the room they originally gave me. The rest of the staff were great, but this man’s condescending attitude left a bad taste, and I will never stay at this hotel again. I will go out of my way to not book another Hyatt hotel because of him.

There was a plumbing issue and the double room I booked for my family was not available. We got a single King had to ask multiple times for a cot and bedding. My other daughter had to sleep on a small, hard couch. We were offered a generous refund on the first night and then were charged anyways. I was eventually able to get the refund as promised. Can of soda was $4.50 at the front desk. Pool area looks nothing like photo. 4 star prices, not service. I won’t stay in a Hyatt again.

Close to the wharf. Walkable to transportation. Felt the price of the hotel should have included the destination fee.

I think the room is awesome. The hotel needs an upgrade
6.0
Average rooms with staff showing little interest in helping guests.

Housekeeping was great. My only issue is the hotel restaurant. 39.00 for a cup of coffee a bagel and a small Belgian waffle. Too much even for SF.

The location was convenient though there is alot of homeless in the area.

Everything was great except for the A/C ... this seemed to turn off when you weren't in the room and so coming into the room after a long day and the room was quite warm each day.

The property and staff were great. Everything was clean and accessible at the hotel. The area around the hotel has a pretty dirty and there always seemed to be a lot of garbage in the streets.

I liked how close it was to fisherman’s wharf. Didn’t like how expensive it was to park your car

Nothing positive to say however, the front desk staff did fine.

Located closed to the pier and shops and cable car stop.Parking is 65 per night. Restaurant close by are terrible and very expensive. Look for other areas like Japanese town for superior dining. Staff is cordial, rooms are cleaned only every 3 days.A cross the street Hollywood Cafe excellent for breakfast but very expensive.
