Hotel room was not clean at all. There was black fuzz all over our beds, hair in the bath tub, very dusty, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty when I went to shower so I had to use the bar of soap to wash my hair.

I previously stayed here a couple times per year but hadnt been here in about 2 years. It is beginning to fall into disrepair. Had to be moved from 1st room because bathroom was filthy. Looked like it was wiped with a dirty rag. 2nd room was on a floor where the hallway smelled like weed for the entire first day.

The surfaces werenot cleaned adequately. There were two table tops that i had to scrub to get what was filth that you could not see. But you could feel it on the table top. I use my had to tell if it's clean, sticky, crusty.

Went for an anniversary trip, it was great for us. Greeted with friendly staff, and no issues with checking in. The room was a little smaller than I expected, for being a suite, but no issues since it was just two people. We saw they had left us a happy anniversary card, which really made our night. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were also very nice. The room had really good temperature controls too. The shower was nice, however the body soap was empty after getting in. I requested some after I got out, so no big deal. Good water pressure on the 3rd floor. Didn’t get a chance to swim, but looked very clean and larger than I expected. Also was slightly disappointed that there wasn’t a breakfast service like most hotels, but again not a huge downer. They did offer it through the onsite restaurant, I just wasn’t too interested. We got Starbucks on our way out from their cafe. Overall good experience, nice service from everyone.

Pulled up to a hotel that looked great on the internet looked like it was falling apart when we arrived. Look towards upper balcony area. Room had water damage along upper ceiling along against upper corner. Yay mold. Also bathroom ventilation system was horrible more peeling wallpaper in there and probably mold too. Elevators chipped and scratched. Tile in lobby looks like it’s been beat with a hammer. Stayed one night had 4 more reserved for the next week, paid the $250 cancelation fee just to get out of staying there again. Not worth the money.

Overall, we enjoyed this hotel! The pool was big for a hotel. The breakfast food was good but we only got to eat two of four days because there was only one server and a big line. I wish I didn’t buy the breakfast vouchers for that reason. The rooms were comfortable. There were Starbucks drinks for purchase in the lobby.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming upon check in. The property was clean inside and out. My room was clean, spacious and housekeeping came everyday to ensure it stayed tiny. Loved the amenities from the market, Starbucks, bar, pool and the hot tub! Not many hotels these days have a hot tub so of course that was one of the things I tried first. Both the pool and hot tub were clean and all of the jets were working as well. The market was full of delicious snacks and they weren’t too over priced like most hotels. I included the breakfast during my stay and it was delicious and worth the price. The waitress was very accommodating and stayed engaged the full time and even explained what was all included in the breakfast coupon. Parking was free and easy. The only issue I had was the morning of my flight. I used my breakfast coupon at the Starbucks the day prior but the next morning it was a different employee who was refusing to accept it due to lack of communication between the staff so it delayed my morning. She ended up making our drinks wrong and over warming the bagel making everything inedible. The lady at the Starbucks the day prior was so nice and explained what was included with the coupon and was very nice. Other than the one mishap the stay was very enjoyable.

We planned on eating at the hotel's restaurant, but they were out of vegetables. We ordered their vegetarian breakfast dish without cheese, eggs, or butter (since we are vegan), but all we received was potatoes. When we inquired about the vegetables, we were informed that they were out. Our waiter was very sweet and apologized profusely.

This hotel was nothing fancy to see from the outside, but the interior was modern, beautiful, and most importantly very clean. The pool is great and the hot tub is gigantic.

Upon check in go to room. Heat was on. It’s end of July. Was 82 degrees in the room. Wake up in morning to find out shower drain doesn’t work. So obviously they don’t clean the shower after guest stays or they would know this and fix it. I have had better stays at super 8’s
