Not a 3 star hotel. There is just no way. More like a 1 star hotel. Disgusting place. Spilled drink everywhere, even the ceiling!?! The carpet is terribly stained. There was mold on the hair dryer?!? The pictures are not representative of the state in which the rooms are actually. Pictures shows a brand new hotel, not a run down and filthy hotel.

This is a typical Ibis right next to Orléans station and close to the historic area. It's everything you need and nothing fancy but clean and well located. Here is the ridiculous part. There are 4 rooms where your room key will not allow you to access the lift security. Mine was one of these. I found out after checked in and tried to get back in the lift. The man behind the desk then said I have to approach the desk every time I need to use the lift. Not acceptable. His response was rude and unhelpful. Beware the bald man with glasses.

Very small rooms, but clean. In the centre nearby the old centre. Breakfast was not good. We asked for gluten-free breakfast for one person. This was 4 crackers and some cookies. The coffee tasted awful. The regular breakfast had a wide variation but the quality was bad. All of this together: the rates were too high for the quality. We will not return to this hotel again

Staff very kind and available to give support to customers. The hotel had a great wifi connection which let to be connected all the time, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom is small but very clean. I would stay there again if I visited that city one more time.

A nice hotel in a great location for visiting the city centre. There is a car park as well as garaging for motorcycles, both were €8/night which is reasonable for the location.

Clean, comfortable, conveniently located to the train station (across the street) and the sights of Orleans. We like to stay at Ibis hotels because we usually know what to expect and can count on what the place will look like and offer. The rooms are small, spartan but efficient and completely suited to our needs since we only slept there.

Very convenient to have on-premise parking. However, the surrounding area was not so great and there was limited food service in the hotel so we had to compromise on our dinner options. Otherwise, service was brilliant and the bed -- like in all other Ibis locations -- was incredibly comfortable.

I was very impressed with this hotel - friendly staff, clean room, decent parking (only a small car park though, so lucky to get a space) and good breakfast. The area wasn't the best (just over the road from the main train station), but only a 5-10 minute walk to the main square and all the restaurants, so a great stop-over for us on our way home from the South of France.

Quick business trip to Orleans, the hotel was perfect. Conveniently located at Orleans centre Train station, it presents a great base to navigate the gorgeous city of Orleans.

Rooms r small and no ammenities. Bottled soap but no washclothes, no coffee or tea service. Elodie at front desk was outstanding. Car booking Walsall messed up by Expedia and she spent time with Eurocar to get it straighted outi. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly

Very safe. Access to elevator is only by your room keycard! Also, if you rented a car from Europcar, it is a drop off location. They use the same parking lot. Comfortable beds. Decent sized shower.

We always stay here when visiting our daughter who lives in the city centre and have been staying here for the last 5 years at least 2 times per year, sometimes more. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are always very clean and all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are now beginning to look a bit tired and dated but the new beds are really comfortable and the recently updated reception area and lounge area are great. We have stayed at the other Ibis in Orleans but we think this is the better one. Parking is easier, the staff are friendlier and the closeness to the station and city centre facilities is great. Rooms at the back are quieter than the front (can be noisy) in the summer if you like windows open. We've found if you book directly with the hotel you get rooms at the back. If you book with a third party you get allocated a room at the front.
