The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small. Last time we stayed bathroom was much bigger and renovated. We woke up early morning with construction noises. We enjoyed the casino.

Side internal door that connects to the next room not safe,
Poor environment and some sneaky employees crashing others professionally working in all directions, FRONT DESK,COFFEE SHOP WAITING NONSENSE, WAITERS TALKING NONSENSE, BARTENDERS UPSTAIRS SERVING WRONG PROSECCO 100% CONSCIOUS, SERVING FLAT ONE KNOWING THAT WAS RED INSTEAD OF WHITE ONES SPARKLING ONES ,
CLEANING PEOPLE NEED TO BE TRAINED THAT NOT SUPPOSED TO ENTER ELEVATORS AT ALL!!! WITH GARBAGE IF COSTUMERS IN IT, AND NEED TO KNOW THAT SPRAYING A TABLE WITH A PERSON CLOSELY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL,
MORE TRAINING TO ONLY RUDE SECURITIES FRONT DOOR ENTRANCE, SEND THEM OUTSIDE THE BUILDING, KEEP ONLY PROFESSIONAL ONES.
SOME TALL DARK SKIN SECURITY GUYS JUST HIT YOU IN THE ELEVATOR WITH ZERO RESPECT FOR COSTUMERS SHOWING YOU THEIR BACK AND ALMOST CLOSING COMPLETELY YOUR PRIVATE SPACE ‼️‼️‼️

The hotel was conveniently located near where we needed to be. It’s currently undergoing an expansion, which promises to be amazing once completed. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained.

Stayed for 2 nights as a little staycation. It was convenient to have a bar/restaurant and casino games. The bed was very firm which I’m sure some would like. The main problem with our stay is the walls are super thin. So we could hear ever conversation in the wall way, every door slamming shut and shaking the building and the guy upstairs peeing in the toilet. So we got barely any sleep. I asked the front desk if there was a quieter area and she said we were in it.

I'm not a fan of casinos, but the price was great. I have to say, the room was great. The staff was super friendly. My room was quiet. I will stay again for sure.

When i got there i was very tired, i took a shower and laid down on one of the double beds. I looked over to see something crawling and it was some kind of bug . I pulled the cover back and saw 2 curly pieces of hair that didnt come from me .i reached out to the hotel and no one has gotten back to me about thia issue

Even though it’s a hotel and casino my room was really quiet. The woman at check in made sure I was happy with my room selection. We really appreciated that.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed . We were in the area for business and told the only local hotel/casino . Obviously the place is used by prostitutes and drug dealers / users frequently . Every taxi we took were told the place was dangerous , known for drugs , prostitution and that the gaming machines didn’t pay out . Our rooms where on the 4th floor where we would be woken by cleaners and offices OPPOSITE our rooms at 5.30 am. Our rooms weren’t cleaned once over a week , and the food in the ONE only restaurant inedible . It was obvious “ security “ were NOT checking the over 21 policy at the hotel casino , with children we’d say maximum 16 gambling . We travel all over the world and this is one of the suspicious odd uncomfortable dodgy places we have ever been into

To be honest I didn’t think it was going to be as good as it was. It’s a fairly unknown brand unlike Hilton, Marriot etc. But aside from the casino that has a lot of action going on, it was fairly quiet and peaceful once in the room. I enjoyed my stayed and like the valet service. I’d recommend for a nice weekend getaway or weekend staycation

- Outside the front lobby doors smells like a dirty ashtray
- The shower water pressure is Terrible
- The parking is Terrible; they do not have separate
parking for paying guest staying at hotel. So, you
have to fight with the casino patrons to park every day.

- The refrigerator in the bedroom have ice build up

Overall, this was an easy place to stay. Most especially the sheets were clean and soft. The room was clean and spacious. The vibe was easy and low key -- which is surprising for a casino.
There were some tiny inconveniences. Such as poor parking. But overall, everything was good enough and my stay was pleasant.

The staff was pleasant. The food was really good. We ordered the burger/fries and wings. The room was clean. The only thing missing was a microwave but we really didnt need it. We didn't do much gambling but i would definitely go back to stay at the hotel. The parking wasnt the greatest, but we got lucky and found a spot after a few minutes, but i understand they are renovating. After reading the negative reviews, I am really happy I decided to go ahead and book a stay here. I had a great time.

There was a small issue w room that was immediately rectified when we called. The bathroom was very small for a room of that stature. Jakes58 Bristro was an excellent dining option.

we did not like, see, or understand the need to scan our drivers licenses and take our pictures, and no explanation was given as to why, and what they are used for. We were ONIY staying in a hotel , and then the hotel required ID when all of our information was already scanned into your system.

I got upgraded from a regular room to a huge suite with no additional cost. Check in was fast and got the room on time.
