Staff friendly, clean facility and beautiful weather!

My family said they loved it. They went for a birthday for a 19 yo.

Condensed. Easy to get around.

My stay was short but sweet.

The room was clean and smelled good the overall casino was nicely kept and the staff was helpful.

The only issue was the noise from the casino was loud.

Location

Being asked for ID to enter a hotel lobby , asked to take my glasses off to take a photo just to check into a hotel room. Check in took well over 20 minutes and the room was dated. The rug was all bunched up and a trip hazard.

Needed a room so stayed here for one night.

Room was clean and had a comfortable bed.

It’s a very noisy casino and the door to our room did not block much of the noise. Also there is no parking as it is such a busy place. Had to pay a valet.

The casino

We had a bad experience with a guest in the next room, she was completely out of control a little violent banging on our walls had to be removed from the hotel because of that we were both up all night. We felt unsafe, not knowing if she was going to come back since there is no security guarding the elevators anyone can come up and down.

I didn’t like how your security was following me around made me feel uncomfortable, and my wife too your staff in my wife’s face unprofessional don’t really think I want to come back sorry but it’s not for me I am on my time relaxin of the years of working seven days a week I want to come relax chill have a good time. Spend some money not to be looked at like I’m a criminal.
