Hotel was booked January's 2024 for parade booked room with balcony on street.. when we checked in they tried to put us on a room not on street. Hotel wasn't the cleanest.. my daughters room had mold in shower. Our toilet was very slow flushing had to request a plunger..

The first room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. They upgraded us to a different room. The room was clean, but extremely dated and needing repair the building is very old and needing a major update. For the price we paid i would have expected more. The breakfast was a good basic milk, juice? Coffee and dried cereal and breads

I’m not one to leave scathing reviews, I usually just live and let live. After my stay here last week, I feel obligated to warn other people to find somewhere else, lest you find yourself in my same situation! We need 3 beds when we travel, so naturally when booking online, we always make sure to book rooms with either three beds, a pullout sofa, or an available rollaway. Room doesn’t have three? No problem, we move on and find one that does, nothing personal. This night we had a late check in after a long drive, we checked in, went up to our room, and… no third bed, no sofa bed. My husband went to the front desk to ask about it since the listing on Expedia said it could sleep five. The front desk attendant was very angry and practically yelled at my husband that their hotel ONLY sleeps 4 max! And that it was Expedia’s fault that it listed 3 beds! And they DO NOT have accommodations such as rollaways! He left the front desk to ask me what i wanted to do (check out, find another hotel?), but it was so late, we just wanted to sleep. I went down to the desk to ask for an extra set of bedding to make up on the floor. Attendant disappeared for several minutes. Came back and handed me a roll of bedding. I went back to the room, unrolled it and realized that the whole roll of sheets and blankets was half wet. Almost as if it was taken out of the dryer before it was dry. I do not know if it was on purpose, but dang. If it hadn’t been so late, I would have gone back.

I woke up with multiple bedbug bites and multiple bugs on me. I had reserved for tonight and went ahead and checked out the lady working the desk said and Inspector would have to come before she could give me a refund and let her know that I Have been a licensed exterminator for over 32 years in Tennessee. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in and gotten bedbugs. Very unhappy I do have pictures.

Very outdated and dilapidated. There was always water puddled up on all of the walkways from the AC units. Cleaning staff and front desk was very kind and helpful.

Needs an update. There is a pool, it’s small and dirty. There was a carcass of another pool which we had the unpleasant view of. Sheets and towels were clean but beds were very uncomfortable.

This place was run down and unkept. The room we had was ok. It looked like there had been upgrades but they had been done poorly. It was not the cleanest place either. Not what you expect for the price. We made do because the location was fantastic!

Hotel was disappointing we have stayed in days in before and where never as bad looking one pool closed and over grown with weeds first room we got had flooded bathroom second was ok but could use a good fixing up coffee maker in room leaked door to balcony hard to open elevator was dirty and and had broken siding on walls shower leaked and had to flush toilet at least four time to get anything gone breakfast was the same every day not much on variety needs to be closed and a good remodel done to it

Toilet didn’t work, the counter was attached so close you couldn’t access the back of the toilet, lost power and cable multiple times in our one night stay. Reported the incident to the hotel about the toilet and they didn’t do a thing, not even come to our room

Hotel was dirty no upkeep at all. They put a blind over the window of a water fall so you couldn't see the of outdoor pool that was no longer being used. The room had a terrible smell. Out of 30 years visiting Gatlinburg this was by far the worst place we have stayed. No refund stated on receipt. Hotel.com I'm very disappointed that you would have this place on your list.

Where to begin… the breakfast was very lackluster and there was not much variety. The room was not what the picture shown the room to be. There was no ice bucket provided and the ice machine closest to our room was broken so we had to go to the office building to get ice. The couch was a very uncomfortable chair and the bathroom was very small. The A/C was fantastic but it was very noisy and the button to turn the temperature up was broken so we had to wear layers in the night to sleep. The drains in the shower, sink, and bathtub were severely clogged. The lamp at the desk was broken and could not be used. The internet was awful and I had to use my hotspot to use my laptop for remote work.

I would stay again because of the location. The room was not that bad but a bit dated. It was clean but had that dingy look. Bed was ok on comfort. Elevator was horrible. Parking was tight.
