The room was so hot during the night, it was hard to sleep and the mattress was too hard too. Not coming back, sorry everything was nice outside the room and the food was good.

The hotel is very nice and extremely clean! The staff tend to be a little rude if you make reservations the same day but I love this hotel, its location and the food.
They can definitely improve in being a little friendly

What I like the most about this hotel is the cleanliness. I have stayed several times and have not been disappointed. Price and location is great.

Rooms should have mini fridges.were fans in room but no air condioning, which was ok but sucked no refrigerator to keep drinks cold.had to keep asking ice from kitchen wich didnt last long with the humidity.

We stayed here for 3 days, the location is great however, since it is right in front of the plaza with the cathédral, there is a lot of movement throughout the day and going way into the early morning hours. There was music and event going on until 2am, then started again with music at 6 am.
There is no AC. And breakfast is not included even though it stated it was.
Staff were very attentive and kind.

Beautiful colonial style hotel

Overall it was fine. The location is super convenient for dining and seeing all the sights of Centro Morelia. The staff were very helpful. Our room was just okay. Quite small and no A/C but they had a couple vertical fans that helped immensely although quite noisy. Our room was not facing the main street meaning zero view of the cathedral or anything else. This may however been a blessing as the main street is quite noisy/busy with traffic as well as all of the restaurants located along the bottom of the hotel. The room was clean upon arrival and the daily cleaning service was excellent. Really nice hot water shower. The "fitness room" was a joke consisting of one treadmill and one stationary bike. Both looked beat up and I'm not sure if they even worked as I didn’t bother once I saw the "fitness" room. The parking was "free" but annoying. A few blocks off site and generally packed day and night. You need to leave your keys at the parking place as they frequently need to move vehicles around. The second night we didn't even bother using it and paid for parking closer, where we had our own spot for the car and our keys. Personally I have stayed at better hotels in Centro Morelia for around the same price. Nothing really wrong with it but I won't stay there again.

Amazing location, the core of Morelia. Lobby and restaurant (does NOT belong to the hotel) nice; staff courtesy below standards. It looked like they were doing us a favor allowing us to be in the hotel. Not a single hello or bye, and not a single smile unless we say it first.
Vintage hotel, I liked it, although it would need a little update. No A/C and no furnace. 2 fans. August, inside the room, A/C would be appreciated. We were told winter is also kind of cold. Well...
Would I return to the same hotel? Maybe, but I'd check alternatives before.

The hotel location was great, the only downside is the parking location.

I recommend choosing a hotel in Morelia that offers excellent service, comfort, and accessibility. Peaceful environment but also has amenities like easy access to elevators, attentive staff, and on-site dining. Consider properties such as Hotel Casino Morelia, which are known for their excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and central location.

The hotel is elegant and the staff is friendly. I enjoyed my stay. I paid for a queen sized bed, but got a double instead. The room was comfortable, but had almost no air. It was really stuffy. The window only opened a couple of inches. Fortunately, they provided 2 fans.

For the amount of money they charge they should be able to afford air conditioning in the rooms. Its very hot and only fans available that the noise wont let you sleep.

My only complaint is that our room was stuffy, with no real air flow

First impression of the Hotel Casino was good. The interior was aesthetically pleasing. The traditional look is inviting. I don’t know if Lu restaurant is part of Hotel Casino, but the staff of Lu is not inviting. They make you feel like you are not supposed to be there, but maybe that was just me. The staff of the hotel is nice, the cleaning ladies are really nice. The price of this hotel is cheaper than a motel in the US. It lacks certain amenities that other hotels have, but for the price it is a deal! I definitely would stay there again.

Great staff and food! Centrally located with great food and cafes.
I do recommend that they get:
1. A/C, they only have fans.
2. I got a terrace but still loud facing with Plaza.
I always go to that Hotel!
