The Lodge offered beautiful views for our stay in Breckenridge. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The only less than perfect item was the bed. It was not supportive and the pillows were a bit lumpy. It could have easily just been a personal preference. Would definitely stay here again though.

We loved it the first time a couple of years ago … now it’s refurbished and excellent! Love the gorgeous views.

The views and most of the staff were great! The breakfast was also really good for a continental breakfast. We were pretty disappointed that after being told by the front desk that their restaurant was open until 9 (there are also mutiple signs advertising 9pm in the hotel) but we were turned away shortly after 8pm and told that they were closing at 8pm despite multiple people there and signs indicating otherwise. I understand it’s mud season, but we made plans to be back at the lodge for dinner at 8, and instead had to travel back into town to eat dinner. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Lovely property in great condition. Nice view of the mountains. The floor was sticky and dirty as were some of the walls and fixtures. Hot spots were mostly clean, but I found lots of neglected areas in my checking cleaning. Good location and service was good. Hoping that the cleaning issues were just a fluke. Lots of parking even though event happened during our stay.

Amazing, amazing, amazing!

Hands down one of our favorite places we've stayed at. Peaceful setting perched on the side of the mountain with phenomenal views. Great bar/restaurant on site.

It is a lovely property with beautiful views. The Traverse dining room has a great bar and excellent menu

The pictures misrepresented the quality, very sparse. Definitely would not stay again😢

We stayed at The Lodge at Breckenridge on the way to Aspen for a family wedding. The setting at The Lodge is breathtaking and we loved everything about our stay there.

Very disappointed with our stay here! It was in the 30s the night we stayed but the baseboard heater in our room didn’t work. The person at the front desk told us it would take 30-40 minutes to begin to heat up. It never once even turned on. Although we had shampoo and conditioner in our shower, there was no soap. This hotel charges a B.S. resort fee but is in no way a resort AND guests derive zero benefit from this fee. It is nothing more than a greedy money grab on the part of the hotel.
Additionally, there were two dogs in nearby rooms that were barking on/off throughout the entire night. Likewise, there were a few LOUD children in nearby rooms pounding on the floor (our walls and ceiling) at all hours of the evening and night.
My best recommendation: Choose just about any other hotel property in Breckenridge.

The lodge is a nice property, the restaurant leaves a bit to be desired. They need a menu overhaul. Possibly training the chefs would help. my chicken wings were so over cooked and dry. On the other hand the kung pao brussels sprouts had great flavor, just way to much sauce. Michael the bartender / waiter was excellent..

Great view from the Mountain View room!! Our room was spacious with a sitting area and a kitchenette. We ate at the restaurant on site both nights and the food and drinks were delicious plus there is a beautiful Mountain View from the restaurant. There is a shuttle to and from town but it just felt easier to us to eat on site.
The hotel and our room were clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was a bit dated and could have used some upgrades. There is no AC but there were fans. The room was warm in the late afternoon. We would definitely come back!

Nice hotel on mountain above Breckenridge, drive time from hotel to Main Street is about 7 min. Great breakfast with lots of options, gorgeous view of mountains. Hotel is a bit dated. Our room was first on floor so could hear every person clomping up the stairs and past our room. Comfy bed, nice shower. Plenty of parking. Dog friendly.

Had a wonderful stay at the Lodge. Booked only one night but decided to stay an additonal night because we loved the stay and the area. Will definitely look to stay at the Lodge again if we get in the area.

Great hotel! Views were amazing. The room got a little hot without AC but turned on the fans and opened the windows and it was great.

Breakfast was horrible. Plastic cutlery. Every trash bin was overflowing. Juice tasted like water. No coffee. Pastic cutlery. Hallway and public eating areas were super loud and noisy. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable enough. Room and bathroom was nice except for inadequate lighting in rooms.

This was my first time in Colorado and I had the most magnificent view and a terrace. They took an older lodge and while kept it looking like a lodge, had modern amenities. Very comfortable. It felt quintessentially Colorado. Very helpful front desk and friendly staff. Great price. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely loved the young lady at the front desk, I am not sure how to spell it, but believe its something like Aria? (Sorry). But she was amazing as well as Garrett at the bar, they really made an already great visit even better! Thank you both!

The weather was extremely warm and this lodge does not have air conditioning, the overhead fan in the room did not move the air sufficiently for it to cool down overnight. The restaurant offered wonderful food and it was very busy, however they were understaffed and the wait staff was running to keep up. The bartender seated us after he recognized that we had been waiting for 20 minutes to be seated. Overall we had a good time and the Lodge was clean, we enjoyed the town and will be back. Hopefully it will be cooler and they will have added wait staff.

This property has only 5 air conditioned rooms and we didn’t have one. At 10,200 feet you just don’t need it. The mountain air is marvelous. If you want a lodge experience, this is it. If you want a Hilton, this isn’t it. Wonderful hotel. Great bar and restaurant with views of the Blue River Valley, the valley Breckenridge is in. 3 of the ski slopes/runs could be seen from our room. The hotel sits high above with a sweeping view down to the valley with the ski runs on the other side. Shuttle bus is a part of the resort fee and will take you downtown and back.

Great location and property

The Lodge was very clean and the staff friendly. You can’t beat the views from the deck and breakfast area. Only thing we wished that we considered was there’s no AC in the rooms. Since it was July it did get quite warm at night, but overall we had a nice stay.
2.0
The room we were assigned was pretty outdated. There was no AC and it was middle of July so we were extremely hot at night making it difficult to sleep. Mentioned it to the front desk and they didn’t offer to switch us to a room with working AC. Also, the listing doesn’t mention this but there is a surprise bs $130 “Resort Fee” when you arrive. Aside from that nice views and good location.

Helpful staff, shuttle into town.

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. I think I paid a little bit more as it said there were only a few rooms left, but overall the experience was good. Beautiful view.
