My wife and I were fortunate to find this rental for our week vacation in Breckenridge. Excellent location, super convenient parking, and we were so happy to find it very clean as well when we arrived. Well accommodated, and communication with the hosts was great. It was a bit hot until later in the evening unfortunately, but I understand it was an unusually bot week in Breckenridge, and I think it's something everyone also struggled with. We made due though with the several fans/windows. Lovely stay overall!

The unit was exactly as advertised and so charming. We were very comfortable and enjoyed all the special touches. The building and location are great to access all the activities in and around Breckenridge. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tubs. Check-in was very easy and we appreciated the convenient parking, complete with charging stations for our EV! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Our stay was to include one parking spot. We checked in and were instructed to park past the swing arms. We followed instructions and there were NO spots at all. So we parked just on the other side of gates and awoke to not one, but two parking violations. Went to front desk and they said “appeal them”. We did and response was “appeal denied”. Great apartment but HUGE miss on parking. Now I have $160 in parking fines because you did NOT provide parking as our contract indicates you would!!!

We had a lovely time while staying at this condo. The location was perfect, everything within walking distance. The condo was exactly as described very comfortable, and clean. Everything to make you feel at home was included. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this location again should we be in Breckenridge again. We even woke up one morning to the quaint town glistening with snow! Very Beautiful!

I did a last minute spring ski weekend and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Great location, views, and everything was just as advertised with the condo. Very clean and a perfect place to stay for the weekend. The unit had everything you need to be comfortable, I hope I can make it back again!

This was located right next to the village where the lifts are and right next to all of the restaurants on Main St. apartment had nice hand soap and kitchen had some basic staples, like honey and cooking oil, which was a nice touch.

Had a wonderful week! Location of condo is perfect and love the ski/boot check! Condo is perfect for 1couple. Everything we needed was included. We did need car assistance when we departed and there was no one at the front desk to assist and we were told there was someone available 24/7. This was very frustrating. All in all a great week and very nice condo!

It was a great stay in this place. It was very clean and organized and had the household supplies you need for a weekend trip. Lots of towels too which always is important. The fireplace was a nice e touch after skiing. The place was spacious for a family. Thank you. Just think about adding a bigger table or island seats would be helpful for eating.

Our stay was perfect! Jan was such a great host and initiated contact with me as we were traveling to Breck to let me know that we could check in early if we wanted. We appreciated it so much and of course, took her up on the offer! The condo was perfect and well-kept. It had several misc. items that are very much appreciated when you are staying at someone's home (coffee filters, seasonings, tin foil, plenty of cups/dishes/utensils, extra blankets/fans, etc.) Everything from restaurants to wineries, to shopping is within walking distance. The valet for your ski equipment was so nice. We were able to walk down to the retail level of the building and pick up our skis and boots for the day and just a short walk away we were at the lift. Thank you again for a wonderful first time visit to Breck!

Jan was a great host. Property was better than advertised and very close to everything. Of particular mention is the bed. Very high quality mattress and bedding made for a great night sleep. This is coming from someone who spends 100+ nights a year on the road. Would definitely stay again.

Property was just as described. We had everything we needed to make us feel at home away from home. We cooked some meals in, and the location was great for being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and even a local grocery store. It was great to be able to park for free in the parking garage and easily access the condo. Communication with the host was great.

What an incredible location. Walkable to everything, yet parking directly below. House was exactly as described and was well stocked with appliances, plates, pots, etc. Extremely well maintained by the owner. As great as the house way, the host was even better. She helped us through a mistake I made in the booking and made it very easy for us. Thank you Jan. We will be back !!!!

Location is great, close enough to walk all around downtown for shopping and dinning. Room was clean, we did notice that it stayed hot even without the heat on in September during our stay so we had the windows open every night to cool off. It was great having a full kitchen on our trip even if we only used it to heat up leftovers. Parking and finding your way through the building can seem overwhelming when you get there but after your first night you’ll get the hang of it. Overall I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge.
