Clean and good hotel to stay with family. Renovation going on at the hotel lobby, but still, staff were very friendly and helpful. There is afternoon cookies at the front desk and they are so so good!

The room configuration was odd. The sitting room was completely removed from bed area and was too small. Bathroom great size. Breakfast was not available because of remodel.

The breakfast was canceled, and there are four of us. We specifically chose this place because it included breakfast, and we were only informed upon arrival. This has seriously disrupted our travel plans.

Yes, the room and the hotel were clean. What was disappointing was the breakfast. Choices were sparse and some bread/pastry products were not good at all. The second morning there we ate out. Otherwise, it was quite good.

The hotel would be a 5 star except for maintenance issues. The deadbolt would not lock, the safety latch was about to fall off the door frame, and the bathroom door would not latch. I mentioned this to the staff at checkout. The breakfast room was also closed for construction. The hotel refunded $20 but breakfast for 2 in Jackson is $45. The breakfast and location were the reasons I paid $330 for the room.

Amazing room and size. Bed is very comfortable and very large room to spread out and not feel cramped. Beautifully decorated. Heated bathroom floor was a bonus loved it on those 25* nights/mornings. Free use of bear spray was a surprise thank you.

Easiest check in ever with an extremely efficient and friendly staff. Chocolate chip cookies were a plus! Our room was clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Very nice staff, good room. Good food nearby. Compact room is fine for two and saves a little in this pricey area. Complementary Tesla destination charger. There are also paid chargers on site. Cookies at 5.

The property was a little disappointing for the price. It looks like it could use a refresh. We had a lot of missing grout in the bathroom floor.

This was a last minute booking and we absolutely loved it! We usually have a handful of places we stay at when we come to Jackson but this time our original booking fell through (our mistake) which left us scrambling for a hotel after coming across the country to stay here. I'm so glad we were able to get one of the last rooms available. It was such an amazing stay that Rockford had been added to our last of places were willing to stay.

The hotel was fine, a little pricy for what we got, but the area accounts for that. My real complaint was there was nowhere to buy a soft drink or a bag of chips. There was a vending machine in another building, but the front desk clerk warned must that it probably didn’t work…it didn’t!

Great hotel, very comfortable beds and pillows, wonderful shower and luxurious shower products. Right in the road to the airport so it is very convenient for staying before flying out on an early morning flight.

Unfortunately for us, we only had one night at The Rockwell. We absolutely loved this place. Our room was very spacious, clean, cozy and adorable. I highly recommend this place. Very walkable to all the local shopping and restaurants. Also, the breakfast was great!

We had a great stay at The Rockwell. The hotel is really nice and the room was great, really spacious. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The location is also great with a short walk into the centre of Jackson. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Jackson.

Large recently renovated space. Super convenient to Grand Tetons NP. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Great breakfast! Free hot cookies every afternoon! Kitchenette in room could use updates/upgrades. Room sleeps 6 but only provided plates for 3 and forks for 4. Also, only provided towels for 4. Please provide enough supplies for number of people on the reservation. Also, no dining table in room although there is space for one.

nice hotel & comfortable room w really nice toiletries (for purchase if you desire) nicest guest laundry facility I've ever used... with comfortable seats, a folding table and guest restroom attached-( when you travel by Harley, you like to do laundry every few days) nice & private outdoor guest lounge area as well -be warned, there's not enough seats for breakfast crowd! but a better than average hotel free breakfast

The property and rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The 2 queen bed room we had was probably the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in - plenty of space for storage and walking around. The complimentary buffet breakfast was surprisingly good and had all the essentials one would expect. Property's location is great - walking distance to all shops and restaurants, and easy drive to Grand Teton NP. Parking was easy to find, even when part of the parking lot was blocked off for a big tour bus.
