My main complaint would be the hotel is dirty and the photos are misleading. I was preparing my infant for a bath and noticed a dark ring around the tub, i grabbed a towel to confirm it was dirt and not stained, it was definitely dirty. Housekeeping took care of it. I also had other family members staying in other rooms and they complained of dirty bed linen and towels. There is also only one small wastebasket in the bathroom and if you are on diaper duty it’s highly inconvenient because they don’t clean the room daily. it’s cleaned every 3days if memory serves me correctly. I purchased my own trash bags. There is no one available at the front desk as it seems as though the staff are either always in the back or have multiple roles, that including cleaning. I also was waiting on a ride in the lobby and a man who looked homeless and talking to himself walked in, when he got closer to the elevator he started running through the halls screaming. Luckily my ride came but this probabcoukd have been avoided if someone was at the front desk. Bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, towels.

The facility itself was clean, well maintained and easily accessible. A lack of control in public areas lead to a very late-night talk fest in the main lobby at the bottom of the lobby stairway to the second floor, with my door at the top of the stairs. VERY difficult to sleep with all that loud noise going on. Other than that, no real complaints.

The bathroom was absolutely, disgustingly dirty. There was peeling paint on the ceiling with black mold in that area. The floors had caked- on dirt and hair that looked like it had been there for a very long time. The shower barely worked and the tub didn't drain. There was no shampoo in the room. The breakfast was very meager, and the scrambled eggs were ice cold. An incredibly disappointing experience.

Beautiful bathroom. Loved the size of the bed, which was extremely comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Nice and inviting lobby area when arriving. Rooms clean and comfortable, but tv could use an update. Wasn't the nicest tv. When you would turn it off and back on, the tv would turn itself on to max volume and blare itself everytime upon restarting. It was annoying! When the cleaning people cleaned our room they took all the towel and wash clothes and never replaced them with more. We had to keep bugging the staff that we needed some. Finally my husband had to go down and retrieve some for us hours later. It was kind frustrating.

Pretty close to I-80. Clean and comfortable. We arrived after 10 PM and the front doors were locked. We tried to call the front desk but no one answered.We had to bang on the door until someone came out from the back. Will definitely stay here again on future trips to the area.

Didn't use pool as visiting with family and no time. Didn't have the complimentary breakfast as dined elsewhere with family. Rooms needed to be updated. Carpeting stained, bedspreads stained. Toliet wobbly, and needed to be higher. And need to use detergent in their linens that is less perfumey for people with allegies. Otherwise convinient location, and staff was great.

Our stay was comfortable, but somewhat lacking in most amenities. Raven, as the greeting associate was efficient, friendly and as helpful as the available resources would allow. She seemed to be the only team member on duty the evening of check--in, and she was kept quite busy. Very resourceful in finding extra TP, as her 'house' inventory seemed depleted, so she pulled from an empty guest room. The property is several years in service, and is showing its age. The breakfast service was thin and coffee somewhat mediocre. The bed was comfortable, not perfect, but comfortable. The location is very good, as there are plenty of restaurants and services nearby. My wife and i have stayed in the Toledo/Maumee area when traveling to my wife's Family home in Illinois and to Wisconsin lake vacations for over 40 years. This property rates 3/4 stars, at best. We would stay again, but with so many other choices nearby, i will keep trying - perfection is an ongoing search, eh?

Overall the hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. My room was clean and to my standards. Bed was comfortable. It looks like it has been well maintained. Breakfast was good. My only comment is that the orange juice machine was broken. I get things like that can happen, but offer some small cartons or get a few gallons from the store and offer the option for us to pour a cup or two from a pitcher. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

This hotel advertises a "hot breakfast," yet the only thing that they served that was hot was eggs (that were brown and burnt). Other than eggs you could make a waffle, however, when you advertise a continental breakfast or a hot breakfast, that usually consists of more than one item. The staff was also severely average. I just wouldn't have stayed here if I had known that there wasn't a real breakfast. We ended up having to go out and spend more money on food. There are cheaper places with better amenities. Also, my feet were black on the bottom from how dirty the carpet in the rooms were.

The staff at this hotel are the best you can hope for. They are so kind and friendly. Ms. B, the dining room manager keeps the food area spotless, and she is ServSafe certified. I almost used the bacon tongs for the eggs and she immediately called my attention to cross contamination. I loved that!

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was amazing! MISS Bee was absolutely amazing! So friendly, her spirit just put a big smile on my face and really got my day started right! She was so helpful! She was such a breath of fresh air!! The breakfast and the staff especially Miss Bee.
