The pool hours were posted as 8am to 10pm but staff said the pool doesnt open till 9. Then opened it late

Check in is 3:00. Got to hotel at 8:30 and our scheduled room hadn't even been cleaned yet. This is on a Wednesday. We had arrived with a takeout dinner and had to eat in our truck. Upstairs cafe was offered but was a hassle as room is on first floor. Staff was nice. Room was ready in a half hour. Floors really creak when people on second floor walk.

We were on our way home so just a quick stop. The woman at the front desk very charming and helpful. The pool was nice not too cold and big enough. The breakfast was just ok. At least there were English muffins but bagels would have been a nice addition. The beds were small (double)but we kind of expected that since those were the only rooms left.

The Comfort Inn Maumee was a great stay for our family. It was a 15-20 mins drive to all the activities we had booked which made everything very accessible via car. We had a decent breakfast included, the pool was great and the hotel was clean. We would stay again !

My room had a very musty smell that got even worse when I turned the AC on. I had some febreeze to try to help but it didn’t. I do think the smell was from the ac as the hallway and lobby did not. I took my dog out at 8:30 and the lobby smelled of weed and the only 2 people there was the staff. To each their own, they’re adults but at least go outside when you’re working. The rooms are very outdated as well. Overall this hotel had a good rating which is why I booked. I saw a couple bad reviews but since it was rated over 8.5, I figured it would be fine. I was wrong.

Smelly room, insufficient pillow and bed size, door on swimming pool were not / poorly locked, felt unsafe to let kids use pool alone, very rude and uncourteous staff(mostly all). Will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Everything was fine until the point i opened the room. Room 131 to be exact. It had the worst smell. The worst. The bathroom was cleanish. The beds were comfortable atleast. Mini fridge doesnt work. The pool was cloudy and full of grass and bugs. I was very surprised since the hotel was full of good reviews. Now im surpised i was charged more than 100 for that experience. I really wish i couldve enjoyed it, but i didnt. I really hated having my kids in that environment but inhad no other choice.

Clean and quiet. Convenient to restaurants. Only spent one night while traveling so experience met expectations. Attendant in breakfast area was excellent. Kept area clean and kept breakfast offerings stocked.

The hotel was clean, and even though it was located on a busy road, our room was quiet. The staff was very nice. The room was decent and was mostly clean (our ice bucket was dirty), but it smelled a bit musty. Turning on the air conditioning helped a bit with that, but maybe it has just been damp and rainy in Toledo....I don't know. Anyway the pool was small but nice and seemed clean. Breakfast was pretty average. It was adequate, but I've had better hotel breakfasts with better selection. Overall our stay was good, and the price wasn't too unreasonable.

Pretty nice hotel for a good price. Staff was friendly and responsive. Beds were soft and comfortable. Best continental breakfast I've ever had. Only complaint is we were on the first floor and could hear the occupants on the second floor walking above us.

Janet was friendly as usual. We were on 1st floor, room 109. Floor in 209 creeked badly. Whenever they walked in their room it made loud creeping noises. Kept us awake from 430am onward.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind. I checked the beds when we got to the room and they seemed clean, but the sheets had stains. My son noticed that the floor was wet. I called the front desk and believe I talked to someone else because i asked why the floor was wet and they said the carpets were cleaned that day. She said they didn't have any other rooms for us. Also I asked for a new sheet and she said they didn't have any other ones. It was not a comfortable night. The floor was wet and the bed was not comfortable our room was also humid which we figured out the window was cracked open and we could not shut it. The only good thing was that the pool was nice and the breakfast was decent. I would not stay there again.

When I booked the room, it was a king. When we arrived we were told they didn't have any left & were given a room with 2 queen beds. What's the point of making a reservation? Breakfast was laughable. At 8am there was 1 serving of powered eggs left, juice, no other protein & 1 biscuit. Ridiculous. The property is very old & desperately needs to be updated. I couldn't get my key card to work in the outside door security lock & had to be let into the building from the inside. A very frustrating stay.

We heard strange noises coming from the room above on the first night of our four-night stay. We alerted the front desk and the manager, Mr.Patel, solved the problem. He also helped the breakfast room attendant understand that guests having breakfast there need both audible and visual access to the tv without her personal phone call distractions.
