We arrived very late and last minute having been scammed by a booking. Com accomodation at Rue du Leopold. On arrival the receptionist was excellent, informative, and very kind. He spoke excellent English and gave us the best room he could, even though the hotel was almost fully booked. He offered us complimentary snacks and drinks. The room was quiet and comfortable, if a little small. This did not affect us as we were so upset at being previously scammed!

We are a group for 4 (2 rooms) and traveling in France. Found this little gem in a fantastic location. We added to our stay one day at a time and the staff was most accommodating. Always honoring the best price even though we were adding days on the fly! They even kept our luggage when we went on an overnight day trip so we didn't have to haul it with us. Every one on the staff, especially the front desk were amazing and accommodated our needs over and above. The breakfast is good and the all day snacks, all free, including waters and juices were a step above!! I would highly recommend this darling French hotel.

Everyone was very nice & as helpful as they could be. If they could had made my toilet flush properly and if the had stopped swapping out towels, even when we had hung them up per instructions & stopped rearranging the room (we had to fix it every night. Mom & adult son wanted the beds apart, not together). Then I would have given them 5 stars all the way. The manager even brought us a bottle of champagne (which we gifted to another guest) because of the toilet issue, but the toilet issue was never resolved. I don’t think I would stay here again because of that, but it really was lovely. They keep snacks in the refrigerator & in the lobby free of charge. I felt very safe there.

I loved this hotel! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The room was cute and clean with everything you need. I couldn't be happier with the location as well. You will be close to the action. Also, the complimentary mini bar in the room is a great touch. As is the automatic espresso machine available 24/7 in the lobby. I will be back!

Probably my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We had a two story room with a spiral staircase and ac. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was great. We were about a 10min walk to the Lourve. The breakfast was also really good. I would recommend.

We had an amazing stay! Our room was upgraded upon checking in and the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helped at all hours. The complimentary snacks downstairs and in the room were life saving after a long day of walking around Paris. We will definitely stay at this hotel or other Astotels in the future.

Good hotel. Nice breakfast (which you pay for as an add on to your room rate), nice staff, very clean. Location facing the back of a large government building is a bit weird. Some homeless hanging out nearby. This is a nice clean, safe place to sleep while your out and about in Paris, but it's not a 4 star property, and it's not as great as other reviews make it sound.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is simply amazing and very accommodating, they are the reason for my 5 star rating, they helped with absolutely anything necessary so I would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Paris. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Check in was fast and efficient. All the staff was extreme kind and helpful. The room was serviced nicely everyday. We informed the desk that one light was out in the bathroom and they replaced it in a timely manner. Snack bar was available during the day which made it nice to sit down and have a cup of tea after a long day at the museums. Location is fantastic and extremely walkable with many museums & restaurants.

Loved my stay. We were in 208 with a nice view of the courtyard and big bathroom. Fridge in room with waters and soda for free. Lobby with great breakfast and free drinks and snacks. All staff were great with restaurant recommendations and calling for taxis. 5 minute walk to Louvre.

We spent just two nights at this hotel, but everything was perfect from the welcoming staff at reception, to the spacious family suite, amenities, and open snack bar in the afternoon. Location can’t be beat as just a 2 minute walk to the Louvre. However the streets around the hotel are narrow and were busy with roadworks during our visit - not noisy, but just need to take care when walking.

This hotel is perfect. Beautiful design, comfortable and welcoming rooms, a warm and helpful staff, and the added bonus of a free stocked mini-bar and snacks available downstairs. The location couldn't be better. I had a wonderful stay and will return.
