There was no hot water at all. Nobody warned about it, not even when I was checking in. I was later told that there would not be any hot water during my stay because of some repairs. I had to check out five days earlier and move to another hotel. Now, your hotel doesn’t even have the decency to refund these days. Hotels.com let me know that your hotel refused to refund.

Seeing the rating on hotel.com made me ok to pay more for the premium room and it was not a four star hotel. Room was older and sliding door was dirty and water stained. Bathroom wall paper was peeling off and shower head hardly worked. Beds were so uncomfortable. Was going to stay an additional night but decided no way.

The room smelled like it has been a smoking type room so I called front desk trying to change rooms and the lady wasn’t happy about it and kind of dry with her answers, at the end she ended up sending some kind of machine to help with the cigarette smell. Not really help so it was very bad sleeping there. Bathroom look like it had mold didn’t really look clean. Carpet super super dirty and all the furniture is very old and some are broken

Bathroom door bottom needs repair or replacement. Previous water damage caused it to loudly scrape on the floor when opening or shutting the door. Also, the shower curtain would not stay completely closed at both ends.

I was surprised at the lack of updates, i.e., no elevator, lack of adequate outlets in rooms, Having only one person staffing the breakfast area created many inadequacies, i.e., many tables were dirty, curdled milk not replsced, empty food trays not replaced. Food very bland.

Not bad considering the age of the property. Pool was gorgeous and not overrun by people or kids. Very convenient location. Check in and out was efficient but not terribly friendly. Internet was a little spotty, some days it was good enough for video conferencing, other days barely sent emails. The restaurant service was great, limited menu but food was pretty good. Comfortable bed and the place seemed clean.

We got up in the morning and went to lobby for coffee, it was barely even warm (both days). We left to go get coffee and there were crack heads sleeping in their car next to mine and as they drove away, began smoking out of their foil on the way out of the parking lot. Our last day there we were told check out was at noon. At 1045 am housekeeping knocked on my door and asked if we were checking out. Then waited outside my door for us to leave. Told the front desk and got “oh, sorry about that”

The one thing that I've noticed every time I stay there is the lack of an elevator. As someone who has Parkinson's, it's a challenge to have to climb up and down the stairs in order to get to my room. The back doorway is also lacking a ramp for a wheelchair. I'm not sure what needs to happen in order for this hotel to comply with ADA requirements for proper handicap accessibility, but I'm sure I'm not the only person who has mentioned this issue.

I cannot believe you pay for what used to be a Continental Breakfast and the food is crappy at best. There wasn’t even a tub for the dirty dishes . People scrape their food in the garbage and leave the plates and utensils flat on a table . Tacky and filthy looking .

I am a regular customer every year we stay at this hotel in the month of August with my family and Church group. I noticed the degrading of this hotel from year to year. I gave my feedback last year. I thought they improved this year and i reserved 4 rooms. The 3 rooms we checked in the east wing across from front desk was ok not to bad.still not good. The 4th room the gave us was in the west side. The carpet was half torned out, smell bad.we couldnt stay in and we request for another room and the front desk told us they dont have any room. We went to another hotel near by to stay there. Now when i check my account they charged me for full amount for the room i didn't used it. The out side,grass swmming pool area are great. But the rooms are dirty, the front desk person was not helpfull either and un professinal. I am suggesting that there are more hotels near by the convention center area they are more clean and professional customer service. AWAY FROM THIS RED LION HOTEL.until they proof themselves Unless you enjoy the dirty,smell bad room and spoiled banana for your breakfast. Good luck.

Front desk staff was friendly. Relatively easy check-in process. The hotel was quiet at night and bed was comfortable. Rooms could use an upgrade, the carpet was torn in a couple of places and my bath tub faucet was dripping despite making sure it was completely off. Overall, a nice stay at a great price.

The name of the hotel was different than red lion so that was confusing. The pool was only 3 feet deep, which was a huge disappointment. There were no elevators and it was quite a distance to haul luggage and everything up the stairs.
