I thought I was getting a king bed but got a queen. Also shower wasn't a walk in for disability like ourselves.

Hotel was great and very conveniently located to where my son was playing ball.

Room was clean, breakfast was good, and the customer service was excellent!

Having a station to make waffles would have been a game changer.

Loved our stay here, the room, pool and breakfast were terrific!

Depending on which direction you are coming from, it was a little tricky getting to the hotel.

Wonderful! We will be back!

Everything was clean and nice. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, comfy and quiet. The breakfast was amazing!

Our room was right by the laundry area, and there was an overpowering chemical smell in the hallway from that sometimes, but as soon as we got into our room, it wasn’t noticeable.

Like the rooms with doors to the outside we ride dirtbikes at Horn so easy to keep an eye on usually the pool and hot tub are working and are great for us and the kids breakfast is good

The pool was down for maintenance this trip broke my heart

Great staff, crap price for the room I got.

Awesome front desk lady. Super friendly and helpful. I don’t remember her name but she was African American.

The room did NOT look like the photos online. The room was pretty outdated for the price and did not reflect what I saw online.

Not as good as the last few times.

I love the people at the desk and the lady that serves breakfast.

our pullout sofa bed was broken and we needed to use it. so I paid for a larger room just to have it and it wasn’t available. and the pool was closed during part of our stay. Room service never came. we ran out of towels.

Great pool, location, and good room

The woman at the front desk was clearly overworked, but she did a great job. She was getting pulled in all directions (room issues, checking people in, pool towels), but she was able to stay happy and get things done when she could. She even had time to get cookies and milk out in the evening, which was such a nice surprise.

This is an older hotel, but even then, it was still well kept. It was clearly understaffed
