Bathroom ceiling was very moldy. Dirty towel from previous guest still hanging on shower rod. Bathroom door would only close halfway, got stuck on the uneven floor. Mattress was hard. And possibly the creepiest thing was when what I believe was the cleaning lady, just opened our door,(no knock, no announcement) and stood there and just awkwardly looked at us, only speaking when I asked who she was, I have no idea what she said because we couldn’t understand her. Then she just walked away. This was at 9:00 am, checkout was at 11:00 am

Stayed here with son for a baseball tournament. Close to many restaurants, shopping, etc. Clean, friendly. Would stay again.

So, we arrived it was pleasant. Service was nice. When to clean up. No towels. Later on that night no sheets or blanket for sofa bed. In the morning was no shampoo or soap to take a shower. So, I looked no toilet paper. Except what was on the roller. It was almost gone. Later found out, I was to get a gift on arrival nothing. So, you get a 3 average performance. Room itself was very nice.

I had asked a ride to go to the airport when I arrived. I came down just before at the time that had been specified time, which was 4:30. The clerk said that it was 431. The clerk told us we were supposed to arrive five minutes early. She asked whether or not I had been been advised to arrive five minutes early. I had not been advised of that and I was waiting in my room until just before the agreed to time Consequently, I missed my flight. This is horrible service. If you’re going to provide a shuttle, you should make sure the shuttle is available and call the room if someone is missing.

It was amazing! But our hotel room was not cleaned prior to arrival, and I stepped on a piece of glass by the pool. I’m not sure if they ever cleaned it up, they didn’t seem very concerned.

This hotel is clearly a bit older and not quite as fancy as some, but it’s a decent place. It’s slightly out of the way in a pretty quiet part of town. The positives: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was varied with something for everyone, and had an engaged attendant. The negatives: all minor things - the toilet didn’t flush in one of the bathrooms and maintenance took a few hours to come to fix it. Water pressure and draining in the sink were poor. The body wash tube was empty, which just indicates they aren’t checked. And the a/c is very loud when running. All-in-all, good spot if you want to be near that part of town and want a clean place, but aren’t worried about it being slightly older.

Love Homewood Suites and I’ll stay again. This was not your standard stay for us. The tv was very glitchy all three days. We checked in at 4:00 and our suite wasn’t ready. Went to check out Sunday morning and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check me out. The lady helping me check out took a cell phone call, I believe from her boss, while checking me out…I just left when she took the call.

The bathroom was pretty dirty. My whole family is blonde and there were long, black hairs all over the shower curtain, bathtub and the floor. There was no linen for the pull out couch (in either of our rooms). The rooms were booked for 5 and 4 people and there were only 3 towels in each room. It was also extremely cold in the rooms and there was no thermostat. We also had two rooms reserved and they were pretty far apart.

Both our rooms were not ready until 4pm! We were there at 3! Check in time! Used bar of soap in 1 of the showers, only had access to 1 room key, wi-fi is junk so we couldn’t access it until Saturday evening. Front desk gal was foreign & had no idea what she was doing. Our room had enough place sets for 4 people. We had 5 & rented the room that way! Only 4 towels, wash clothes etc. what a joke. Never staying with this establishment again!! I paid a lot of $$ for both rooms too!!!

I usually love staying at Homewood Suites, but this one was awful. The chief complaint is the smell. Our room reeked like a poorly cleaned pet shop. Clearly many dogs have stayed in the room, but it’s never been properly cleaned. We couldn’t wait to be nose blind. There are lots of gross stains on the bathroom walls. You can tell no one has even attempted to clean them. Lastly, there is no temperature control in the room and only one vent in the kitchen, leaving the bedroom airless if you want to shut the door between the bedroom and the rest of the suite. We will not be back.

The bed was super uncomfortable. The TV was broken and kept cutting in and out. Room smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom door didn't shut. They offered complimentary breakfast in which was cold and more than half gone when we came down to get some.

We arrived late and there was no one at the front desk for a long time. We were just trying to get kids to sleep at this point. But the beds were smaller than expected and the room could’ve been cleaner. The tub didn’t drain fast, definitely clogged, but the bathroom fan was SO LOUD it definitely needs repaired

I thought I’d be safe choosing a Hilton hotel and was so excited when I saw the stellar price of this one! Then we got there and found out why it was so cheap…super run down and dingy. Not Hilton standard at all. The online pictures were definitely from when it was newer or they chose a good filter. The pool patio furniture was well used so I did not sit on anything with a cushion, the basketball court was good! No hot tub. Wore my sandals on the floors in the hotel. Pet hair on the furniture and stains on the duvet cover. I heard someone ask if there was milk in the eggs at breakfast, the attendant rudely said she didn’t know. The guest asked if there was a package with ingredients on it, not sure if the question ever got answered. Needless to say, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The manager was less than pleasant when we checked in, even though we told the front desk we understand we were 45 minutes early to check in and we would be happy to wait. We’ve stayed at Homewood Suites several times in other locations and had wonderful service, clean rooms, and everything smelled fresh. Unfortunately, that was not the experience at KCI. For $20 we could have stayed at the Drury Inn. Also, I can never se to get the Hilton app to find my Expedian reservation, so there are no benefits to gaining reward points or having countactless check in. Overall, it was decent. It did what it needed to do. But, it could be so much better. Also, please add waffles!
