We stayed at the Hotel Bristol for 1 night. We preferred this hotel because of it's location. Very close to tha Strasbourg Train Station (2-3 min by walk). The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was perfect. Hotel staff is friendly and supportive. I really liked this hotel very much. Thank you for the hospitality!

Seems like hotel in middle of remodeling or I hope so. Excellent location direct across from train station and easy walk to cathedral and Christmas markets. Lots of restaurants around and the staff pleasant. However the rooms where missing the amenities that makes the hotel great such as mini frig , bathroom soaps, shampoo, qtips, lotions, waters, juices snacks, iron, down pillows.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Well-maintained hotel with kind staff and great location. Proximity to everything, including train station. Would stay here again!

We stayed for 2 nights and paid an extra 20 euros for an upgraded room. The bathroom and shower were very modern and clean. I particularly appreciated the non slip shower basin. Nice view over the station area through the small windows. The room itself was a decent size. The breakfast was reasonable.

A location close to Gare de Strasbourg.

Our stay was good. The hotel is located near the train station but also near the center making it easy to get around on foot. The room and breakfast was nice. The only bad tving I have to say is that the toilet at times smelt like sewer.

A very nicely renovated room overlooking the gare de strasburg. Good location for exploring. No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in the room.
Lower floors are still being renovated so request a renovated room.

Situated very close to the railway station in a good area. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good view from the room. Bed comfortable.
Although we paid for a superior room, it was very disappointing. There was a new shower, wash basin and toilet but there were brown water stains on the ceiling above. The rest of the room was in dire need of renovation. All the paintwork was chipped or very badly painted. The wardrobe mirror door had a large crack which was covered over with sticky tape.
The carpet was old, thin and uneven. A trip hazard.
The hotel was informed in advance that one of the party was gluten free. We stayed 4 nights bed and breakfast. Bread rolls were provided for 3 mornings but we were told there were none on the other morning, nor was there any fruit salad. The bread problem was remedied when the receptionist had ‘a word’ with the waitress but there was no fruit salad that day. The website showed boiled egg but this didn’t materialise until the second day after we spoke to the receptionist again.

The carpet in our room was disgusting. It was lumpy and dirty. The water in the shower was cold. After letting it run for five minutes, it was only lukewarm.

Convenient-Very close to train station. Walkable to other areas

Please understand before you stay here: there is no staff here. You get your key thru kiosk inside. There is no one to call or speak to if anything goes wrong. Very confusing to check in; I was lucky a lady at bar next door knew how to. And the coup de gras, no air conditioning in hotel. Only was to make it thru night was keeping window open to noisy street (really an alley) below. Beware!

It is an OK hotel, totally fine for a night or two. Its furniture is very dated, the floors are squicky but overall, it is very conveniently located and the rooms are modest but clean. I do not think that I will stay there again but it was not terrible.

We enjoyed our stay at The Originals Boutique, Hotel Bristol! The location was great, right across from the train station and an easy walk to the old city and Christmas Markets! Our room for three was great, not huge, but big enough for us all to navigate. Our windows opened up to the open square area in front of the station. Little to no noise from the traffic below. No train noise. The breakfast (petite déjeuner) was wonderful! Scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, breads and pastries, juices, coffees, teas, and more! We received a 10% discount on the parking garage parking which was a ten minute walk from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and stored our luggage the next day, after we checked out, so we could sight see before we left. AND, they even provided free Gluh Wein (hot, mulled wine) in the evening!

Management was so nice to change (upgrade) our room when our first room was extremely noisy. Rest is just average.

Excellent location right in front of the train station and within walking distance to the old city. Spacious-enough room, clean, nice lobby. Only complaint is the front desk was either slow serving other customers or sometimes surly when fielding questions. Would use the hotel again because of the convenient location and the room.

1.0 / 10.0
Room is very basic, floor is cold as it is not carpeted, pillow case not changed after the previous quest checked out, only 2 tiny bar of soap in toilet, no place to put anything at all in the small shower area, bathroom gets very wet after showering due to the 2 way glass door opening, Check out time was at 11 am, earlier than most hotel, pillow is flat and uncomfortable, breakfast items not refilled. Hangers at open wardrobe keeps dropping. Lift is very tiny and slow. Room lights are right above the bed and is florescent white, not the usual soothing yellow lights. No kettle in room only 2 glasses. Irritating blue power light for TV, can't be turned off at night

Only a couple of minutes walk from main train station and local restaurants and shops. Very nice modern shower room
4.0 / 10.0
Layout of breakfast room caused problems with Queuing at each point, coffee, cereal, bread and jam and hot food which had run out by the time I got there. This was due to a coach party being in hotel also waiting for lift being in constant use was frustrating.

This was a very nice boutique hotel right across the plaza from the train station. It was easy to find, the people working were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast we paid for was very good. Plus it was close to the quant part of the town. We would stay here again and recommend it!

Hotel is a bit costly, but I guess prices are steep because of the world renowned Christmas market season. Nice room, good bed and excellent breakfast buffet for 10€ extra. Service and staff were really good.

This was the second time I had stayed in this Hotel. I found the staff to be excellant, and it position next to the main Strasbourg train station made arrivel from Paris, very simple. Access to local trains and Trams made my travel outside Strasbourg very smooth. I also found this Hotel great for walking to the Strasbourg Old Town with its excellant restaurant. I like for business trips four things, firstly a simple WiFi system which this hotel has, walking access to local restaurants and quick access to transport, which this Hotel has. The only improvement for me would be a better shower. As the bathroom had a bath and no curtain for the over-bath shower. For my next visit I will ask for a better shower, as I plan to return later this year.

Excellent, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Room was a good size, quiet and clean. Short walk to Petite France.

We used the hotel as an overnight stop on our way back to the Eurotunnel at Calais from Lucerne, Switzerland. The family room was very, very big with an enormous bathroom (rather dated but functional). The location is opposite the train station and walking distance to Petit France. The hotel wifi was very poor. It wasnt strong enough to run our childrens games on their iPads or for us to watch Netflix. Breakfast was your standard cereal, meats and pastries. No hot food. I would stay here again when travelling with children due to the size of the room for a family of 4.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful directions to various sites in the city. Rooms were clean and modern looking with the lovely bathroom and shower.
