We stayed at the Hotel Bristol for 1 night. We preferred this hotel because of it's location. Very close to tha Strasbourg Train Station (2-3 min by walk). The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was perfect. Hotel staff is friendly and supportive. I really liked this hotel very much. Thank you for the hospitality!

Seems like hotel in middle of remodeling or I hope so. Excellent location direct across from train station and easy walk to cathedral and Christmas markets. Lots of restaurants around and the staff pleasant. However the rooms where missing the amenities that makes the hotel great such as mini frig , bathroom soaps, shampoo, qtips, lotions, waters, juices snacks, iron, down pillows.

We stayed for 2 nights and paid an extra 20 euros for an upgraded room. The bathroom and shower were very modern and clean. I particularly appreciated the non slip shower basin. Nice view over the station area through the small windows. The room itself was a decent size. The breakfast was reasonable.

Our stay was good. The hotel is located near the train station but also near the center making it easy to get around on foot. The room and breakfast was nice. The only bad tving I have to say is that the toilet at times smelt like sewer.

A very nicely renovated room overlooking the gare de strasburg. Good location for exploring. No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in the room.
Lower floors are still being renovated so request a renovated room.

Situated very close to the railway station in a good area. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good view from the room. Bed comfortable.
Although we paid for a superior room, it was very disappointing. There was a new shower, wash basin and toilet but there were brown water stains on the ceiling above. The rest of the room was in dire need of renovation. All the paintwork was chipped or very badly painted. The wardrobe mirror door had a large crack which was covered over with sticky tape.
The carpet was old, thin and uneven. A trip hazard.
The hotel was informed in advance that one of the party was gluten free. We stayed 4 nights bed and breakfast. Bread rolls were provided for 3 mornings but we were told there were none on the other morning, nor was there any fruit salad. The bread problem was remedied when the receptionist had ‘a word’ with the waitress but there was no fruit salad that day. The website showed boiled egg but this didn’t materialise until the second day after we spoke to the receptionist again.

The carpet in our room was disgusting. It was lumpy and dirty. The water in the shower was cold. After letting it run for five minutes, it was only lukewarm.

Please understand before you stay here: there is no staff here. You get your key thru kiosk inside. There is no one to call or speak to if anything goes wrong. Very confusing to check in; I was lucky a lady at bar next door knew how to. And the coup de gras, no air conditioning in hotel. Only was to make it thru night was keeping window open to noisy street (really an alley) below. Beware!

It is an OK hotel, totally fine for a night or two. Its furniture is very dated, the floors are squicky but overall, it is very conveniently located and the rooms are modest but clean. I do not think that I will stay there again but it was not terrible.

We enjoyed our stay at The Originals Boutique, Hotel Bristol! The location was great, right across from the train station and an easy walk to the old city and Christmas Markets! Our room for three was great, not huge, but big enough for us all to navigate. Our windows opened up to the open square area in front of the station. Little to no noise from the traffic below. No train noise. The breakfast (petite déjeuner) was wonderful! Scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, breads and pastries, juices, coffees, teas, and more! We received a 10% discount on the parking garage parking which was a ten minute walk from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and stored our luggage the next day, after we checked out, so we could sight see before we left. AND, they even provided free Gluh Wein (hot, mulled wine) in the evening!

Management was so nice to change (upgrade) our room when our first room was extremely noisy. Rest is just average.

Excellent location right in front of the train station and within walking distance to the old city. Spacious-enough room, clean, nice lobby. Only complaint is the front desk was either slow serving other customers or sometimes surly when fielding questions. Would use the hotel again because of the convenient location and the room.
