so first off they don’t take tap pay, isn’t the worst thing but a lot of could use the card you have on file but i needed a physical card to pay. they could have at least said somthn about it before our booking. then hotels.com never sent me an email. 2nd the rooms seemed like they wernt finished. the walls has cracks everywhere, the toilet seat didn’t stay up, and they only gave us one towel for three people for two nights. isn’t the worst but i feel as if we could’ve had more than one. the ice machine by our room didn’t work at all. it looked like there was a water spout, that didn’t work either. the thing that did bother us the most was the breakfast. it’s from 7-9 and we got there at 8:30, we were in line and i saw there was no butter or syrup. i go to the desk & ask if they had more, she was on the phone when i started talking to her. after i walked away she continued talking until her conversation was over with. then she says they are out of both. how are you out of butter when you serve breakfast everyday? then she started cleaning the cereal and said this is why i don’t put these things out. i get it’s frustrating that u have to clean it up but it’s ur job. ur job is to be a receptionist, fill the breakfast & clean up after it. it was just annoying there was nun to eat. it wasn’t a bad stay. there was just some things that could have been better. in conclusion we wouldnt stay here again unless we had to. the hallway did smell like 🍃 which idc but if u do just know it

This was the worst property I have ever stayed at in my life. The entire hotel smells like tobacco and marijuana. They have blatant health code and property safety violations, including bags over sprinklers and broken/moldy heaters. I would rather sleep in the airport than in this place. When confronted about this, the property worker stated that they don’t think it smells like smoke.

Front desk is nice and welcoming. Unfortunately the hotel itself is outdated needs proper renovations. Room is dirty bathroom door broken, bed sheets have stains and hair.. regretted to try this low quality stay but it is what it is .. a lesson to learn

The hotel has a stupidly long hallway to the rooms. The rooms and hallway have an incredibly pungent musty odor that's mixed in with cigarette smoke and weed smell. Cards don't work to badge into building on side doors so have to make the miles (exaggerating) long walk in the hallway each time. Loud noises from the adjacent rooms and hallways. Fire alarm goes off for almost an hour in middle of night without explanation. Changing rooms was not helpful in solving any of the aforementioned issues. WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN OR EVER RECOMMEND.

Hands down the worst hotel and customer service we've ever had. If you plan to park for the airport, you have to pay for parking daily. There was domestic dispute in the next room and the hotel would not intervene. We had to call the cops ourselves. This went on all night and we got no sleep for the flight the next day. When we tried to call to speak to management about it the next day, the clerk was vile and repeatedly hung up on us.

Guy working the night shift was awesome! But the woman running the breakfast area was rude and lazy. I went there at 8 a.m. and there was one piece of bread, some dry cereal, and a couple packets of oatmeal. The coffee machine wasn't working and no sign telling you to go into the hall to get it. She wasn't around to ask questions. When she saw me looking for a bag in a drawer she YELLED at me and scared me! I didn't know anyone was working the area. The hotel stunk. The bathroom was clean, but the bedding was stained and smelled awful. The air-conditioning unit was very loud. The hotel is located in an industrial area, so you won't find nearby restaurants. But if someone is looking for cheap place to stay for a night, this will work. The guys running the shuttle were really nice, and it was a bonus to have that service.

Good enough to stay overnight during layovers. Shuttle pickup was quick upon request. Within 10 to 15 minutes. Breakfast from 7 to 9am, also good.

It's a simple hotel for a short stay if you need to travel somewhere early in the next morning. Location was great and near a few dining options. Friendly staff and a decent price.

i called for a shuttle from the airport 8 times they never picked up. eventually had to get a different hotel because i couldn’t get transport to the magnuson. was unable to get through for several more hours. was not eligible for a refund, as i had already paid, and it was too late since the check in date had already passed, despite the fact that had refused to answer to me when i had called earlier. the staff member i spoke to when i eventually got through was polite but unhelpful.

Very terrible place. Bathroom doors can’t be closed, beds are dirty and make you feel itchy, dirty needles everywhere, blankets have burn marks and some ripped, bathroom tubs are full cracks. The hallway is really filthy. Stain is everywhere, dirty luggage wagons, broken “EXIT” signs….

This place should stop business and offer service for humans. At the entrance number 2, a very deep smell of Marijuana was ambient. Once you enter the room, there is no description I could explain or detail..the ammonia odour of pet urine was so intense that you couldn't stay more than 2 minutes. The sheets were dirty, walls are destroyed, all the things you touch needed a deep cleaning... Sticky floors.... long list. Electric wires were off the wall (Not secure) I hope if pictures had smell. Your cellphone will need a deep format. Not friendly for families with kids and not suitable at all to be a hotel. Only positive point : The clerk was nice with us, she offered another room that I gently declined since my kids were horrified. Finally I left for another hotel from the Canadian side.

I was never able to take a trip. My son was killed on Friday so I did not go on the trip to Detroit and they charge me anyway so I will never use hotel.com. I will never use hotel.com because I did not go on that trip and they charge me for it so I will never use it anyway it’s talking about I want to Detroit. I was my son got killed on Friday.

I had a booked a room for two beds and they only had one with one available not to mention they emailed about check etc but never called or emailed me regarding this the elevator was broken and my grandmother can’t use the steps the hotel was not clean at all I am highly upset with this property. Do better !!!!

Front desk staff was rude when we tried to check in and was told to come back in 20 mins for our rooms to be finished being cleaned. Came back 2 hours later got our keys and one of our rooms was still being cleaned

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The snacks/beverages sold at the desk were reasonably priced. The shuttle to and from the airport was a great bonus and the variety of walkable restaurants was great too. The outside of the hotel was well groomed and the lobby was nice. The rooms were clean, but need a definite face lift. We lost power in our room at one point, the shower curtain was a little dirty and some of the furniture was falling apart. While the room was clean, it just felt dirty. I am appreciative for the kindness the staff showed during the IT shut down and am thankful for my stay.

This was not a modern property and needed major updates. Offering hot water is the only plus, had I not prepaid, I would have stayed elsewhere. The furniture was broken, literally the refrigerator was lopsided due to the shelf it was in, the TV was small, provided an iron on wall but no ironing board, and the bed had a dip in it when made. There are better options available. The staff was very nice....but the property leaves much to be desired.
