First room was not cleaned up by a maid. Second room was properly set up. No info was given about timing of breakfast. Missed breakfast. No sign alerting us about breakfast. Complained to clerk and he said that he was not asked about breakfast and went back texting behind counter

The room wasn’t terrible, but we had to ask for a second one because this entire hotel smells like an ash tray. Luckily the second room didn’t smell like smoke, but it’s hit or miss. The hallways, and every other inch of this place just reeks of cigarettes. There are a lot of long term guests here, and the people were just lower class. To be honest, just a lot of drug addicts and white trash staying here. I definitely would not stay here again.

Turn the heater on and smelled like cigarettes for awhile til it cleared up. Few doors down two dogs completely non stopped backing all through the night for at least 4 hours. Til about 1:30am. Called room service and didn’t hear anymore barking.

The stay was horrible. Beginning with being charged for early check in, the bathroom was horrible. The bed was comfortable until 3:00sm when the guest started shouting down the hallway. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights but left after one.

This hotel needs to be closed as soon as possible, the dirtiest and most disgusting hotel we have ever seen, we were only there for 20 minutes and we ran out as fast as we could everything was very dirty, beds, bathroom, walls, TV didn't work, dirty mini fridge blood stains in the bathroom, cockroaches coming out of everywhere, sheets and blankets full of stains. extremely dirty carpets very strong cigarette smell. we checked in around 5:30, and checked out at 5:50 and we had to go back home because there were no rooms available around town. The family vacation turned into a disaster, we could no longer attend the Creation Museum with paid tickets, for the next day. I want my refund as soon as possible

This place needs to be shut down. I can’t believe they let normal civilians book this hotel. It’s basically a homeless shelter. If this is the last hotel open and you can’t attend your event unless you stay here, don’t go to the event. There was dog poop in the middle of the hallway, the whole place reeks of cigarettes, beg bugs, so dirty & homeless people everywhere with actual poop on their clothes walking around the hotel

This is the worst hotel I have booked. The property was filthy with bags of trash in the hallway, dirty hall carpets, smells like cigarettes everywhere, the bathroom was dirty looking (I almost slipped stepping on the tile, the toilet didn’t flush, and the carpeting in the room was so damp your socks got soaked. The property pictures are very misleading. We checked out shortly after checking in.

The hotel was dirty, cockroaches in the bathroom and on in the refrigerator. The seers were not changed from previous guests and were dirty. I do not recommend had to go out at night to buy medicine for my daughter who got sick from the powder . I had to leave . I hope I get a refund

My family booked a non-smoking room and yet the room has a very strong cigarette smoke (odor). Requested to switch other available room, result was the same. We did not stay in this hotel for this reason and booked different hotel immediately. Asked for a refund and the Check In Personnel wrote me a note for refund and call Hotel.com to start the process. Hotel.com had requested (via phone and emails) for several days and this establishment will not issue refund because it is their business policy. Cancellation must be made within 24 hours. I booked within less than 24 hours to begin with. Not the point here. How can a traveler know if the room has odor or cleanliness? Stupid business decision on your part to get this valuable review for travelers to know about your hotel. Cigarette Smoke Odor does SureStay in this hotel, EARNED IT. Beware!!!!!!!

Dirty, old, bad service and the continental breakfast that was supposed to be included was 5 pieces of stale bread, old milk, no coffee, no juice, not even a packet of sugar. I asked to fill my water bottle and they could not even do that.

The hotel itself was not very high quality. It felt a bit dirty as we entered and appeared to not be taken care of well. There need to be some major reno to bring this place up to par. I didn’t sleep good either of the 3 nights I stayed due to discomfort.

Staff was excellent. Hotel was dirty and smelled strongly of urine in our room. Staff came and sprayed something on the carpet that smelled like peppermint but it wore off rather quickly. My daughter woke me up at 1am stating she was scared and heard gunshots! We left.

This room was NOT SMOKE FREE. We asked to change rooms and they just sprayed it. My husband and I gagged all night…allergic to smoke! This hotel cannot advertise smoke free if people smoke in the rooms. We left at 6 am. We should have walked out, but you already had our credit card. Not a Best Western quality. You need to change your policies and actually fine people you know smoked in the room!

We didn’t have a working toilet for the night. They didn’t have a maintenance person until next day. The room was super dirty. It smells like cigarettes. The phone had crumbs on it. They couldn’t move us to another room because they were sold out. They don’t have breakfast like advertised; coffee, juice and cereal was the only thing available but only for an hour since it was not open at 6am like we were told. Again, don’t go it was super dirty, everything in the room needs updated or replace.
