The location was ok not far from the venue we were attending over the weekend.
No guest allowed, no visitors allowed. I'm very disappointed by this. The king bed on a queen side box stand. Everything was outdated. The floors were slippery they could have used indoor outdoor carpet to prevent this. The rooms were weird, cramped bathroom areas, and the shower took 10-15 minutes to get hot.

The dome area is great. The pool wasn’t freezing and the hot tub was perfect
We had a smoking room and not only did it smell horrible we also had blankets with multiple burn holes. Definitely need to be airing out those rooms more.

The front desk employees, friendly, but the employee was out front vaping and complaining about next employee coming in being late
Very outdated, our “ poolside room” was dirty, had a lady guests sock under the dresser, the main door lock inside did not lock, they do not change the bedspreads just the sheets upon checking out, our tv did not work, front desk personnel came up got it working but all night long had to reboot the internet tv box , the microwave was dirty the fridge was not cold, , our elderly parents also booked a jacuzzi heart suite, the room was filthy, had dirt all along the headboard, the bedbug bags was ripped on the beds, the entire hallways smelled of cigarettes and was very hot, was in D building , Kathy Mc Kinney was there name, my dad was so mad that the picture was not what they ended up having to spend two nights in a filthy room…. I was so embarrassed and upset that we recommended this place …. Everything needs updated!!! Nasty, filthy, ran down , wall paper peeling and their quick fixes on the walls on my parents suit the dust was all over the room …. I would suggest taking a walk through of this facility and not booking for them anymore .

Everything is outdated. Ceiling falling in, carpet tore and ripped up, funny smell, this hotel used to be nice. It was bought and the new owners do not put any money to keep the upkeep. The pool area was disgusting, parts of the pool floor is missing, paint chipped and falling. Kiddy pool out of order. Dresser drawers were broke, couldn't even open them to put clothes in them. This place definitely is not worth the money spent!!
EVERYTHING!!!! THE PLACE IS LITERALLY FALLING APART, THE CEILING IS FALLING IN, FLOOR IS BROKE.. EVERYTHING IS SO OUTDATED. I BELIEVE ITS THE ORIGINAL ARTWORK FROM WHEN THE PLACE WAS BUILT

The bar in the room
The whole place wasn't bad but we only stayed in our room & that's it. The FLOORS in the room...they SQUEAKED ALL OVER LOUDLY! That part was AWFUL! Other than our western suite wasn't bad just old like & kinda creepy lol.

the main reason I was there was for the hot tub. Turned on the jets, water shot out smelling like sewage

The poolside rooms. The arcade. Friendly staff.
Change machine only takes up to $5 so you have to get change for a 10, 20, etc.
The pool wasn't open in the morning for us to swim before checkout. That was the biggest bummer.
Hot tub was closed.
I personally don't care but for this being a hotel that has expensive and themed suites I would think there would be at least a small breakfast bar but the closest thing is a vending machine, coffee & coffee pot in your room, or doing what we did and use door dash.

The quietness of the safari rooms you truly feel like your locked away somewhere far away
The bathroom isn't closed off. Thankfully my husband and I have been together for over 14 years or going to the bathroom might have been awkward. The sound travels in the room 😂😂
