The room qas good and the pricw was great. The only issie was that there were three fire alarm exits required - one from someone burnong their burrito, the other two by smokers who were lighting up within the no smoking borders arpund the property. It would be better if the entire property - inside ans out - was no smoking, vaping, grass, so on.

Checked in for a night and had no issues. Room was great for the price. The woman working the front desk in check in was a sweetheart. I wish I had gotten her name. The young man checking me out this morning was kind as well. My only complaint would be a better s better breakfast selection, but for the price, I really can’t complain.

My family of 4 stayed for 1 night. The facilities were fine, nothing fancy, but did what we needed to do-shower and sleep. If you have high-class taste, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re on a budget and need a clean, quiet, bug-free place to lay your head then this will do perfectly fine.
3.5
It was a good relaxing place
3.5
Bed was very comfortable.

Horrible experience, they canceled our reservation after we arrived late but still billed me for 2 rooms. Then said we had no reservations for the 2nd night but billed me for that. Horrible management customer service who wasn’t even interested in helping me. Worst experience ever, we ended up missing the wedding ceremony because of this. Dirty and unkept property

Checked in around 6:30pm and checked out around 10:30-11pm. Terrible cigarette, weed and mold smell throughout entire property. Stained counter top, dirty window sill, by far the worst property I’ve been to in 15 yrs.
3.5
Lots of ants in room.
3.5
Not really what we were expecting but we made the most of it
3.5
The place stank and was extremely bummy
3.5
Semi outdated
3.5
Staff incredibly rude

Property was dated and the rooms were beat up with worn anc and torn carpet. The manager on duty wasn't any help and looked and acted very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel at all. There is another Extended Stay America about 2mins away on Reed Hartman.
3.5
The water in this part of town tastes chemically, which is not anything that the hotel has any control over. We also noticed this at a nearby restaurant so it is not just the hotel.
3.5
Very tidy and affordable.
3.5
The room was nice and clean. Very spacious.
My suggestion would be to make coffee accessible in the rooms and upgrade the grab N Go bar.
3.5
Carpet in room was tore up. What the out you can see the Screens on some of the windows ripped. And no hot breakfast or apple juice.
3.5
Danielle and front desk staff very helpful and welcoming.
3.5
The room was supposed to be smoke free but it reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom floor was sticky.
3.5
It smelled like someone smoked in our room right before we got there. Floors were very sticky and dirty in our kitchen/bathroom area. Bed was clean and was glad it was for 1 night.
3.5
Clean comfortable safe pet-friendly

We had to change rooms at midnight because we found roaches in our room. The second room they gave the air conditioner had a pretty bad musty smell coming from it

This place has cleary declined since my last visit!! Its cleanliness is a joke..dog hair was in room ,room smelled like dog urine and they did a terrible job of trying to mask it,moved to different room guman hsir caked up in shower
3.5
It was fine i could have had a bigger room but that was all everything good.
3.5
Over all the stay was nice. It was just for one night, but the staff was polite and we were even the guest of the day. My only complaints are the floors were kinda sticky ( just grossed my wife out) and we didn’t have any full size towels. When I saw we didn’t have towels I asked the front desk for some and was immediately given some which was nice.

Hotel was decent for the price. Only needed the room fora quick overnight and it fulfilled that need. Beds and pillows weren't bad, shower and bathroom are small. Kitchen area very out-dated and only supplied upon request. Breakfast left a lot to be desired as it was grab and go (hot chocolate, tea, coffee, pre-packaged muffins and granola bars, and oatmeal.
3.5
Rooms were really outdated and smelled a little musty. First floor smelled like weed. But for the price and one night it was fine.
3.5
The air conditioning did not work at all. I was hoping it would kick in during the night but it actually made the room hotter because it was working so hard. I also found a plastic bag IN MY SHEETS labeled “tip”..which was a first. As a traveler who had just drove 9 hours, I was too exhausted to complain or request a new room. Instead, my hope is that they will see this review and do their best to make the proper changes. The location is great and this hotel has great potential. There needs to be some drastic changes though..

Older building that was very well maintained. Rooms were small but fully equipped and neat. Even had a little kitchenette. I would go back any time. Much better than most all in their price range.

Good

I didn't even book the hotel! All I did was go on the page to click the button to purchase. Wasn't sure what grandchildren were going to do, so I held off. The next morning, I'm charged $89!!!

The hotel was fine, conveniently located around restaurants and entertainment. Kellie and Danielle at the front desk were amazing, friendly, and made me smile and feel welcome, they are amazing. Will def keep this place in mind when traveling to Cincinnati again.
3.5
The hotel is decent. The room was clean and the bed slept well. The room did have a bit of a strange smell, but other than that it was fine. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, it was just some packets of plain oatmeal and some granola bars. I would probably stay again.
3.5
Very convenient, comfortable room. Definitely stay again.

Daniel at the check in was excellent. So helpful & infomative.
She went above & beyond to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.
3.5
Te attention is great thanks
3.5
The area is a little isolated, and seems the hotel seems a bit run down on the outside, but decent rooms and nice lobby.
3.5
I loved the kindness and everything very cheap and worth it
3.5
Property was clean and updated. Room was small but comfortable for one person. Elevator had some mechanical issues.
3.5
Unfortunately I had to leave this hotel and get refunded, due to the room lack of cleanliness. The bed was cover in stains and the sheets were dirty and had all type of stains possibly blood or any other substance. Staff was nice but unfortunately this should’ve been taken care of before anyone was given the room
