I would have liked more information from front desk regarding room cleanings, etc. My stay was 5 nights and my room wasn’t cleaned nor did they offer fresh towels. I did enjoy no charge for using washers and dryers.

Comfortable spacious with everything you need to cook clean and sleep well. The customer service was great Ramiro who was at the front desk went above and beyond to help accommodate me while. I even enjoyed the fitness room. I will definitely come back for another stay.

Loved every minute of it... rooms just recently fully renovated & many diners/restaurants are within walking distance from this property. Big shout out to the frontdesk employees as they are always present no matter the time of day/night. Keep up the great work!!! JB

The level of customer service at this Hotel is second to none. Especially from Romero & Julie although all of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and spacious, very clean and offer all the comforts you could need from a simple accommodation. Location is also great, many restaurants, malls and department stores in close proximity. Safe and Quiet! Will be back again!

I only stayed one night, due to a flight cancellation, but this is a great choice for a long stay, too. Clean, modern and loaded with features. Comfy bed, easy chair, big TV, desk with chair, mini-kitchen with full size fridge, cooktop, microwave, dishes, flatware, pots and pans. It also has a fitness center, laundry room, grab and go shop and airport shuttle. Staff is friendly, especially Sue, the night manager, who I can't say nice enough things about. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for Hotels.com. The virtual credit card Hotels.com used to pay for the room was rejected, five times! A hour of phone tag, with the Hotels.com, where I spoke to three different people, who's accent made it difficult to understand, were unable to resolve the problem. One said, he'd refer it to accounting and they'd get back to the hotel within ten minutes Accounting never called Another representative referred me to a special resolution team, whose response was to resubmit the credit card that had already been rejected five times. A third person said he would call me back, but didn't. I'm sure this level of ineptitude is not typical of Hotel.com's customer service, but it you've paid for a room, but can't occupy it, because Hotel.com continued to drop the ball, once is plenty. Everyone apologized profusely, but no one did anything. If offered the option of pay on line, or pay at the property, I'd recommend the latter.

Needed a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Juady made a call and he was sent for us . Super easy and the driver was awesome. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and pool is ok.

Easy access but the holding of 200.00 dollars for 10-14 days does not seem fair because I had 2 withdrawals from card used for stay and cannot seem to get resolved and no assistance with process to correct and credit me the money after I got a Zero balance for my stay.

Excelent service from hotel lobby and housekeeping!!!! Even though the room er cleaned, I noticed ants by the window hopegully they can take care of that. The elevator needed a quick clean up but othern than this hotel is a really good option since it's only a few minutes drive to the airport and they have the shuttle ++. There are a 4 restaurants walking distance. Thats it.

I got to the hotel and checked in pretty close to midnight after traveling for three days. I was quite tired. Went to my room and was met with a very fall smell. I sprayed some Buddy spray in the room and went to bed for the evening couple hours I was Awaken by that smell and body spray I got up and did a thorough check of the room find Brown stein on the chair, My bad for whatever reason, I touched it with my fingers to realize it appeared to be human feces I called to the front desk, requested the manager. They sent me the maintenance person. Who also confirmed that it appeared to be feces, he offered to replace the cushion, which I said was not good enough then offer to remove the chair from the room. I asked if it was possible for a manager to come to the room I was informed the manager was busy as well as the assistant manager, I visited the front desk after two hours. The manager showed up with the assistant manager and said it’s not that serious and took the chair away And left me standing there so back to the front desk after sitting in the lobby area for about two hours, I was offered another room no apologies nor assistance nothing I also mentioned to the manager That I had sat on that chair the night before, and my travel bag has been Resting on that Said chair I inquired if I can get my clothes Sent out to be clean I was informed I can use the in-house facility The manager was horrible to work with. Thank God for cell phones. Front desk staff was amazing At check

It is a very quiet hotel, well located and there are several options to go out to eat within walking distance, it is close to malls and shopping centers and the hotel offers a shuttle. The only drawback is that since it is a long-stay hotel, they clean the room every 7 days.
