The room was so disgusting the tv didn’t work and there were no chairs to sit in nothing. It was an empty room with a bed a problem tv and a microwave. We did not stay here it did not seem safe even. I want my money back

Staff at front desk didn’t want to be bothered and didn’t care about our concerns. Bugs all over the bed and in the tub. Room was filthy and disgusting. Service was awful. We thought about sleeping in the car it was so bad.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I should have read all the warnings before. Had to cancel my trip due to Hurricane Milton which hit Tampa where I live. The hotel denied my refund. And this was after 5 days just trying to reach someone to place the refund request. I will NEVER consider this awful hotel again!!!! Spend a little more money and stay at a clean safe hotel

You could smell mold the second you walked into the room. The shower curtain and multiple places in the shower had very clear mold. The carpet in the room and tile in the bathroom were both sticky. And there was dried blood splattered on the ceiling.

The staff were nice but not friendly. The hotel is in a great area of town and conveniently located. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in rough shape. The room had been cleaned just before we checked in and there was a puddle of water in the bathroom. The sink, counter and tub were still wet. The sheets were clean but the comforter was either dirty or stained. The bed was very comfortable. The floor and shelves were dirty

This hotel is a complete dump. We went through five different rooms before we decided to leave? The rooms all had broken televisions dirty sheets holes in the ceiling lack of cleanliness. How is this hotel on hotels.com? We spoke to some people who tried to get us a refund Travelodge refused we did not stay there anyway and we ended up booking another hotel and leaving and will have to eat that trip. Ridiculous somebody needs to go scope out these hotels before you put them on hotels.com and people like us who use this service all the time get screwed. Please send us a refund

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Blood pn the door, stained sheets, a chair with what I can only guess is poop, filthy carpet, moldy shower curtain, television wouldn’t even work. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone ever!

Place had cockroaches… charged 308 total for the night and then had the nerve to charge an extra 22.90 because we checked in at2:00 instead of 4:00 … totally outrageous price for the nasty dirty room

Scammers. Liars. Dirty, disgusting. Stay away. Room smelled soaked in urine. Man at front desk hassled us. Pitbull loose in lobby. Filthy - everywhere. We did not feel safe. They also scammed us and we are working to get money back.

The housekeeping was terrible with trash all over the halls and carpets. Tub had rust and worn porcelain, sink and counter were not mounted securely to the wall, toilet seat was loose, etc. I would not stay here again, nor do I recommend it to anyone else.

I have stayed here before yet I still had problems locating it. The 2 entrance drives are hard for me to locate due to my not being from Cleveland and a downtown area. The big plus is the Police check the area. Last yeay I got gas but forgot to close the door. The police got me to insure no one had broken in to the car.

Room was dirty carbon monoxide detector had duck tape on it breakfast area dirty beds not made when returned to Room. I have pictures, very disappointed and would like a refund. Drove 4 hours and everything was booked up to change hotels. Just very disappointed.

The place was actually great and worth the money when I stayed there. The double queen room was only 2 full beds but we managed to fit in the beds. The staffs were very nice. The breakfast had breads, waffle maker, coffee, milk, and juice and maybe more, I was there at the eleventh hour. The bedsheet had some smell and feel to it but it honestly didnt bother me. We parked in the back and it did feel safe, they have CCTVs all over the place which was nice. Overall, my family and I liked our stay there. Thank you!

This was certainly not as shown in photos! Very old, very dilapidated and not well maintained. Dull dingy and need of much updating. Halls need painting, carpet stained,ripped and worn. Wi-Fi so weak we could barely open internet, TV did not work. We called desk for help w TV never saw anyone. No elevator Positive note: seemed like safe neighborhood, helpful checking in receptionist. Near several fast food and family restaurant. Room was very small but clean. Bathroom small but clean no closet, 1 old chair Overall give it 1 1/2 stars

Why hotels.com wants to do business with dumps like this is beyond me. This place should be demolished. No towels or shower curtain. We were told they’d return with them in 10 minutes. Never returned. Non- working tv, busted up and smelly AC, brown streaks of god knows what on walls and door, dead outlets so no bed side light, FILTHY tub, busted chain lock and dish water coffee. And to top it off, man at front desk yapping about politics and religion and “friendly dictators. We felt ripped off and that we were going to catch a nasty disease. We are losing confidence in hotels.com. I think a refund or credit is appropriate.

Location was close to Lake Erie. Not close enough to see the lake. The room smelled of cigarettes. I had to buy Febreeze to be able to stay in the room. Chain on the door was broken. Bathroom door had damage from being kicked in before. Carpet was stained and furniture was worn. We had one towel for two people.

Showed up and all of the power was put, water was all over the floor, and no one was at the front desk. Had to get a hotel somewhere else because noone was even there. I would sooner sleep in my car than stay in a place like this. Building looked like it should be foreclosed. I wouldn’t stay here in a third world country let alone Cleveland. Absolutely sketchy looking place located in a sketchy area of town. Do not stay here at all costs

We were not able to stay in this hotel because the city was hit by a tornado. There was now power, phone ,intetnet etc. Hotels. Com refused to help or give a refund so far. They kept trying to contact the hotel that had no phones like we were lying to them. This is ,by far the worst customer service that we have ever seen. And you keep asking for a review? I hope you enjoy the review. I suggest anyone thinking about booking through Hotels.com to be prepared to be on your own if your room is not available. They will treat you as a liar even though it was a Nationally publicized tornado outbreak on every news channel available. Been using hotels.com for many years but this will probably be our last.

This property looks nothing like the pictures. It is very old and dirty. The walls and doors are thin, so it’s loud and difficult to sleep. We booked 2 nights with 2 rooms, but checked out early and found another place to stay because it was that bad. That’s the first time I’ve ever done that. Reached out to the manager to complain, but never heard back. Do not stay here.

Please do not stay here! This place is a DUMP! The only reason why I gave it one star is because the staff were nice. I was supposed to stay only one night but due to unforeseen circumstances, I stayed two. I changed rooms four times! In the first room, the bathroom sink was clogged and filled with water so I got another room. In the morning, I discovered the shower didn’t workIn the third room, there were dead bugs on top of the bed.

The property was not well maintained. Lawn overgrown and trash in parking lot. My room had no soap, but had shampoo, no coffee maker but had coffee. It had no security latch on the door. There was no breakfast available at 0630 in the morning. However, the night manager Patrick was very friendly and attentive.

On first appearance of property it’s looks terrible compared to pics in app, lobby is decent and staff is super nice and helpful. Got in my room and found it doesn’t have a shower curtain in it and ceiling tiles were broken and falling out, bed you can feel ever spring in it. All and all hotel should be shut down and completely remodeled or torn down and start over.

This is definitely the worst hotel i e ever stayed in! Rude front desk check in person. She was dressed in a gross, dirty t-shirt, sweatpants and slides with socks. Didnt get checked in until 45 minutes after our check in time due to housekeeping not having cleaned rooms yet. Lobby is filthy with dusty, dirty tables and urine-like odor that waa awful. Rooms were not cleaned. No toilet paper holder, bedside lamp didn't work and again, a foul, urine-like musty smell. The mattress waa disgusting! No mattess cover to prevent stains, bedbugs and smells. Gross, gross, gross!
