Disgusting! Hair on the pillows, plastic on the bed, outlets falling off the walls! Behind the front desk cluttered and covered in boxes. I had to yell for service just to get checked in.

The man who checked me and my boyfriend in at the front desk yelled at his coworker for telling us to wait for his relief to figure out our room. The problem was absolutely fixable, we just needed to reach out to Expedia to handle it instead of the hotel. Instead of telling us that, the older hotel employee told us we needed to leave and repeatedly said “never book a room in the middle of the night like that.” Obviously, if someone is booking a hotel after midnight, it was probably not a favorable or planned situation. I hope they do something about this employees treatment of customers considering how rude and unprofessional he was.

We paid almost $90 for our room and it said check in was 3pm. It was around 3:15-3:20 when we arrived to check in and the girl at the desk said it was a $22 charge for early check in so we had to pay more even after t
I told her it said 3pm check in and not 4pm.
We got the receipt and the key cards and went to find our room. Then we realized the cards said Ramada inn and thought that was weird but went into the room…
The first impression was not in any way good. Everything smelled musty and felt damp. The floors were so dirty.
The cords to the bed lamps were cut and didn’t work so
There was only 1 light in the room by the door. The curtains in the room were mismatched and barely covered the windows.
The whole bed clearly needed replaced because the box springs were broken and the bed sunk in almost a foot when I sat on it and I only weigh 128 lbs. the pillows were tiny (like decorative pillows.
We checked the bathroom and the shower/tub and sink were dirty and had build up that you could easily see. There was only one bath towel and the floor was sticky. We had no time to find somewhere else because we were attending a concert and there was nothing even available in the area for the night. We decided to just go to the concert and stay out as late as we could. We came back and finally tried to go to sleep and neither of us slept well. Only got 4 hours of sleep and that’s being generous. The bed creaked and squeaked with every movement while trying to get comfortable. 0/10

The picture online are not this hotel . This is the worst and scariest hotel I have ever stayed in. Not only did they do bait and switch with the photos, the outside doors did not lock and were propped open so anyone could come in. There is not a workout area. There was black mold on our air conditioning unit. Granted the whole city of Cleveland was booked but this place needs to be condemned. The parking lot also had pot holes the size of swimming pools

Very run down and frankly a dump. I paid $250 for a Saturday night (non-smoking queen). I knew to lower my expectations b/c of the smoking room option. 3/4 bulbs in bathroom were out. TV had a blinking stutter-both issues reported no response. Room was grubby, had dust on the headboard. Mattress was surprisingly comfortable considering the boxspring was wrapped in thick plastic sheeting. I question whether I'm any cleaner after using the shower. The water was hot. Ice machine broken, but they have small bags if you ask. "Breakfast" was a gallon of milk and a container of apple juice, 2 cereal options and some assorted bread and nothing looked fresh or clean. This was a last resort for me, and I'll avoid it in the future.

I see why your hotel is one of the less expensive in the area. Pretty old and basic. My biggest complaint Is that the property as advertised breakfast included. I was here for two days. Day one I went to breakfast at 8:30. The room was cleared out and I thought maybe they just ended breakfast early. The second day I got down there at 8 o’clock and it looked exactly the same. Two slices of bread in a keeper Couple of muffins a cereal tube. And nothing else this property should not be advertising breakfast included because it cost me more. I had to go out to breakfast.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Can’t believe the place hasn’t been closed for health code violations. Roaches in the bathroom, mold everywhere, no screens in the windows, and the entire place smelled like someone just finished smoking a cigarette. Don’t stay here!

Let’s start with the beds, the mattresses were sunken in . The security lock on the door was missing half of the piece. This is first hotel I ever stayed at where there was no refrigerator. The back parking lot is not lit up at all. Came out the door by the parking lot and a large trash bag was right there for someone to trip over. The floors in the hall way were very dirty and sticky. I would never stay at a Days Inn again, after this visit.

Me and my husband are pretty passive. So we didn't complain. But the room smiled of musty mold . We got some strawberry furbrezz . Then it just smelled of roten strawberrys . The bathroom sink was a slow draining. With bugs coming out i put vinegar down it the bugs went away . We asked the female on night shift for a extra blinket . She never got us one so i went up and asked agen and her answer was we dont have any . Ummm its a hotel why no extra blinket . The guy the next night had no problem getting us one. There were cob webs on the walls. Exposed wiers . No hangers in the closet the stand that the t.v was on one of the drowers was broken and in the closet. The carpit didn't even cover the floor in said closet. The lamp shade had water stains on it. O ya and the ceiling was cracked and wavey . I have pictures of all of this if you would like to see them just ask . Thanks

This hotel did not live up to the Days Inn standard, let alone the Wyndham Hotel standard. Surprised that this property is able to be a part of the Wyndham franchise. The room was barely marginal with peeling paint on the ceiling in the bathroom, stains on the tub, and the hallways and front desk area were a mess with sticky floors and debris around

This hotel was so nasty and dirty. It smelled awful. The hotel did not look how it was shown online. Definitely false advertisement. The receptionist was loud and ghetto. This hotel should have zero stars!!

There was visible black mold in the bathroom and the hotel room smelt of mold and cigarettes. Its by far the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in.
The bed was clean, but I only slept in it long enough to feel safe to drive home.

House keeping and staff were very kind
1.0 / 5.0
PROS:
Overall, the bed was clean and comfy, I felt safe and was able to sleep a few hours. The (one-person) staff was also good.
CONS:
Room 202: both side bed lights out, including nearest outlet to bed. Used bath cloth top of shower curtain (granted I can see how it could have been missed). Terrible soundproofing and insulation and it doesn’t help that police use the parking lot as a cut through.
Police must’ve drove through *at least* six times, once or twice with the sirens in the lot but you can still hear them down the street regardless.
The property could also use a bit better branding/signage or lighting by the street as it is very easy to miss at night or during the day.
SUGGESTIONS:
A fresh coat of paint and the tubs re-glazed. Fix holes in the wall like the punch mark in mine.
It could use a couple extra lights in the parking lot, and possibly a small deck area out of the way for people to smoke where it can contain the noise and be a few feet away from the building instead of talking next to it the majority of the night.
Fix the (ridiculously) large potholes — I’m surprised my bumper didnt fall off when my car fell in. I’d also install speed bumps to help keep from people speeding through (mainly police).
Lastly — soundproofing and soft-close hinges.
A refund is the only way I’d consider staying there again.

I made a last minute reservation due to a power outage at my original hotel. I arrived at the facility around 7pm after driving all day. The team member at the front desk team said they did not have any rooms available and for me to come back in about 30 minutes. I returned to the hotel around 8pm that evening and checked in. The room provided had not been cleaned. There were food wrappers, banana peal, dirty bedding, etc. I returned to the front desk to check out and asked for a refund. I booked another hotel about an hour away. This hotel did not provide a refund and I was charged for two nights ($306.87). I called the hotel to work through the issue and was told i needed to contact the manager via email. The email address provided was a gmail address. I sent several emails without any response. I am now working through the corporate office to resolve this issue.
In addition to the lack of cleanliness on the inside, this facility exterior is not maintained (lawn not maintained, parking lot surface, even the sign). I am surprised that Wyndham is providing a licensing agreement with this location.

Flew in from Florida, arrived, checked in, and within an hour checked out. Absolutely the worst kept hotel I’ve ever seen. I don’t know when the photos for Expedia were taken but it looked nothing like advertised. Carpet was sticky and not even vacuumed, rusty/leaking shower, ripped and stained chair, sticky and stained table, smelled like cigarettes, and on top of all this I’m trying to get a refund because I refused to stay in such a disgusting place and so far it seems that I’m being charged for a stay I didn’t even do. Don’t bother giving this place your business.
