I was a nice hotel, not one hiccup I was able to hear conversations from the next door neighbors and a family in the room above us were very noisy.

Decent stay. Close by freeway, so not super quiet. Neighbors were loud. Breakfast hall was nice. Although breakfast didn't have eggs/protein, can't complain at this price

Super cute hidden hotel , beds weren’t comfortable, floors creaked with every movement and you could hear everyone outside , balcony is shared , underground garage closes at 9pm so if you arrive after that you park outside which could be far because they share parking with the other hotel ,

Room was clean, some water damage to ceiling - possible mold growth made allergies flair. Pillows were flat as Denny's pancakes. Decent enough for a night

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. So cozy and beautiful. The vibe is nice. The only downfall was the continental breakfast wasn’t great. But you can order better food from their kitchen.

Just a place to get sleep & relax.

There are only two complaints. I arrived at night and it was difficult to find the hotel because the dimly lit small sign was hard to see. Also, after finding the entrance, the dimly lit small sign showing where the lobby was equally difficult to find.
The continental breakfast was a disappointment and only offered cheerios and bran flakes, no warm food like most other hotels.

One night stay for a concert. Convenient and plenty of parking. Right off of freeway. Breakfast was very very limited. All carbs. Room was decent but things could have been cleaned better.

Over nighter on business

Parking lot gets full quick. The underground parking locks up before nine so you cannot get in if you dont make "lights out". At night, staff hides within and you have to speak to the attendant through a web cam.

Nice place. Not sure I’d call it “boutique”. It’s just a themed hotel with a waterfall thing in the lobby. There’s not much else around.
However, if you’re looking for a clean one-nighter for a Shoreline show, this place is perfect. 👍 Clean, reasonably safe place for a good price in the area.

The room was okay, the shower had no pressure and the bathroom was a little run down. The whole room needed upgrades! The property shares parking with stay America and it gets over crowded with cars! Won’t be using this again. Rough stay.

I stayed here many times over the years. Their breakfast has dwindled from a delicious buffet with bacon or sausage with eggs and potatoes, waffles, along with yogurt, cereal, fruit and muffins to basically coffee, a few bananas, cereal and some bread and bagels. Don't call that a breakfast! Up your rates and serve an actual breakfast!

While I found the hotel staff to be courteous and very helpful, please be warned that the walls appear to be paper thin. I could hear the conversation of the person in the adjacent room. The hotel is very close to a freeway, if you stay on the side of the hotel facing the freeway, you will hear the traffic.

My late night check in was with Grace, stationed in the Philippines. Very Silicon Valley.

Clean, good proximity to other attractions, noisy bordered by freeways. Beds are a little hard, easy after hours checkin

Beware - Located right next to a busy freeway the traffic noise was extremely loud in the room making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel location and stylish mission appearance is very appealing. The rooms do need to be updated and modernized. Front desk staff was not present half the time and just friendly enough for us not to complain, but don't expect any extra courteousness from them.

The reviews on this place are mixed as they are for a lot of properties, but I can give you a balanced review. This is not a high-end hotel and the price you pay gives you an indication of that. But for what you pay, you get good value. The location is convenient but is right by a freeway so make sure you don't get a room that backs to the freeway. The first room they gave us was at the corner overlooking the freeway, so probably the worst room in the hotel. In all fairness, we had asked to check in at 2 PM and that was the only room available, probably because no one else wanted it. We waited 1.5 hours and then got a quiet room facing away from freeway. Outdoor patio area with fountain and picnic table looks nice in photos but has constant drone of freeway on other side of wall. Continental breakfast was good by those standards. It did have hot oatmeal with sides, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit and was included in hotel price. Parking does lock at 9PM so not a good place if you want to come back late. Keep all these things in might and you won't be disappointed.

We’ve stayed her several times. The location works well for us. Close to restaurants and a short drive to Shoreline Amphitheater.

I really like the place it was cute and had nice staff.
I took a star off for two reason:
- there’s a ton of hair when we first walked in to a room on the bathroom floor
- the “continental breakfast” is neither continental nor a breakfast. It’s like a bagel and some coffee.

I am a 1st responder and got off work at 1 am. When I arrived at the hotel at 115 am, there were no parking spaces, and the underground garage was locked. I had to drag all my things from the other end of the Extended stay property in the middle of the night through a long parking lot. I was harassed by a strange man smoking at Hotel Zico's entrance by the fountain. I was very scared, I ran into the lobby. When I got to the lobby, I asked the Robot for a late checkout. I paid the extra fee and went up. I had to work all night the next day, a total of 14 hrs. I had finally fallen asleep around 5 am and thought I would sleep until 1 pm and check out at 2 pm, as I had requested and paid for. At 10:45 am, I heard someone banging on the door; it was the maid. I told her I had a late checkout, but she didn't believe me, and she radioed the front desk. By this time, I was wide awake and couldn't go back to sleep. I had a terrible rest of my day. I had 2 more reservations for the month of Sept and canceled both. I won't be coming back here again. It's too bad because the place is clean and the rooms are cute. Oh well! Hire some security, allow access to the garage with your room key, and don't make people park at Extended Stay, which is generally full of questionable people.
