All went well.

Location was close to the concert that we went to
Very outdated and had an old musty smell in the room. Needs new pillows
3.5
It was close to the venue.
That is was more like a motel. Room doors open to outside.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, and quickly moved us to a new room when neighbours were disturbing us.
Room was a bit tired but clean, and towels/bedding were spotless. Area was quiet.

No one is at the front desk
We arrived at 2 nobody is in the office?! Called the listed phone number multiple times no one answered. Took almost an hour to check in because employee arrived at 3 and of course had a line of people all trying to check in at the same time. I asked why they don't have somebody on site to check people in he didn't have an answer. That's our policy. He seemed confused why be had a line of people too. You're sold out?! Of course you're going to have a line of people all trying to check in at the same time. We arrived at back to our room at 11:30 after our concert to see 3 young ladies standing outside the office banging on the door calling the after hours phone number.... The same one I called trying to check in at 2, of course no answer. These poor ladies card key didn't work and guess what? Nobody to help them expect us. We let them use our bathroom because they couldn't get into their room because their card key didn't work. A normal issue but nobody to help. An hour later after calling the listed number with no anwser many times, calling the police, who couldn't help, the ladies had to find another place to stay because they don't have anyone working in the office to actually help anyone. This completely ruined our experience and the front desk guy the next morning hard no anwsers and wouldn't even apologize. If you want a cheap room and want to gamble with not being able access your room and all your stuff use this place. Good luck.

Location
No one on the premises. Heater in our room didn't work. It was a cold and uncomfortable night. No one on premises to help.

Clean rooms
Employees don't work 24h, soo if you have any issue, you are basically ignored by everyone until the next day. Also, If you don't have a cellphone due to not being American, you don't have any kind of way yo contact them.

Breakfast was fine, plenty to choose from.
I would of liked to have a comfortable side chair for relaxing

We stayed based strictly on location, and would definitely look deeper next time!
Booking has check-out listed at 12pm, and apparently it 11am now. At the stroke of 11 our door was opedned by housekeeping and we were very rudely told it is NOW 11, and we could have until 11:30 and we "wouldn't have any problems"! HA! Love an ultimatum in the morning !

Beds were comfortable and it was close to the venue and train station in a quiet neighborhood.
Nothing was completely updated. There was not hit water, only very warm water and only in the evenings it seemed. The lamps kept flickering in our room so we tried to keep them on as little as possible. The bathtub had no working fan and the tub itself looked like it had been patched with caulking on most of it. Same with the tiles. But the room did have a microwave and a college dorm sized refrigerator, so that was definitely a pleasant surprise. The only other downside is that the cleaning staff didn’t seem to understand the Do Not Disturb signs in the door. Both mornings we woke up early to them opening the door without even knocking first.

It was clean, the front desk man was very nice and polite. It was in a great location. 👍
The day we checked out it was about 11:15 and the cleaning lady (I didn't see her or get her name I was getting ready to shower) told my friend I was with that it was time for us to go and my friend Said I was still packing and the worker told her I needed to chop chop because we had to go. I heard her because I had the bathroom window open. I told her excuse me do not tell me to chop chop because we have until 12. She then said no you don't you need to chop chop and get out of here. I said you don't need to speak to guests like that. She said I can do what I want now get your stuff and go. Horrible attitude. I tried to call the front desk, but no answer. So I brought up my reservation email to show that it says 12. She was gone by then. And she didn't come back. I was absolutely appalled by the way she yelled and spoke to me and my friend. That was absolutely unacceptable and I hope she doesn't speak to anyone else like that. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay. I'm sorry I didn't get a name. I was in room 219. This happened on 10/06/22.

We were disappointed as there was no breakfast and no options to take away. Also, the shower in our room was so low that my husband couldn't shower properly. The staff couldn't help either. They didn't give us any information about the hotel and its facilities.

There was no breakfast due to covid. Location close to my other place to visit. Proximity to Santa Clara Mission/University.
Was surprised that the office closed at 10pm and they were waiting for our arrival. They had tried to reach us but never got a call or text warning of closing time. Had been there earlier than check in time and no one was in the office. Worried about parking permit that sign said was required but found an employee that said we were ok to leave a vehicle there before we could check in. We were celebrating a graduation and got back to the motel late, but luckily before 10 pm.

it was 7 minutes from my job so I was able to come by at lunch and get back to the room fast!!
The owner was very rude. After making the reservation he called around 8:40-8:50 to tell me that he closes at 10:00pm. I got there checked in needed a room on the 1st floor he was going to charge me. The next night around 9:30pm I had to go to the side of the building and talk into a speaker to let him know I needed a blanket. But there was a sign that stated “Go to side window between 12 midnight-5 am. He kept the door locked to his lobby which makes me think he has been robbed in the past!! My heater was also blowing out cold air so I never felt comfortable! Please don’t do business with the person again, he’s not worth you losing bookings over!!
