This is a very good budget / no frills motel, in a convenient location close to downtown Bend, shopping, dining, etc . I'd stay again as well as suggest it to friends and family.

Not my favorite overnight on a 10 night trip, but it will do for 1 night. Seemed a little unsafe after dark, but that might have just been my imagination.

Didn't feel like a very safe area. It was rated 8.2 but was definately not that good. The TV was broken and very thin walls.

We arrived fairly late , the check in staff were great , the bed was very uncomfortable though as could feel some springs and creaked a lot when moved, the people above us was fairly noisy , the room was clean and shower pressure was good , great room for the money

***WARNING TO ALL VISITORS*** This motel will take photos front and back of every driver's license in your party (even if they didn't purchase the room) or will not give you a room. The policy reason given for this is "in case someone damages our hotel we can track them down". The policy provided was not an actual privacy agreement but instead a public blog post printed off the internet. Nowhere on Expedia or their website was this mentioned as a policy. During a time of increased fraud and identity theft, this is very concerning. I spoke with the county sheriff and he agreed with my statement in how unusual and concerning it is, recommending we stay vigilant about identity theft or other fraud. After requesting the photos be deleted, they refused. The building and rooms were fine but this type of behavior will make me never want to return. This experience was reported to Expedia who agreed with our concern of the unsafe handling of private information. Also to be clear, this was a prepaid booking, they had my information and card on file for incidentals, and they immediately took a photograph of my drivers license upon check in without permission. They then required the same of EVERY person staying in my party. The front desk clerks (although just doing their job and what they were told) could not help resolve any of the issues or get us in contact with any form of management.

Great motel. Clean! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Very much enjoyed our stay. Breakfast next door was wonderful- again thanks for staff recommendation. They gave us directions to the Hayden Amphitheatre for our concert. Quiet! Rooms have been refurbished and I can not say how nice the room was.

This was a very clean and well appointed room. It had a very comfortable bed, and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Our room had a queen bed and a very large bathtub. Despite the fact, the hotel was fully booked because of a concert nearby. It was still very quiet and there was plenty of parking.

I had a good stay and would stay again minus the extremely rude band staying there that kept me up, it’s amazing to me “adults” are so disrespectful but this is not on the motel and the front desk had dealt with it but she wished I would have called down when I heard it at 8pm because she had to at 230am! No fault of the motel, great location, clean and affordable! I will stay again.

Difficult to drive to places around the location - have to go across freeway for most things and the roads around there are not very efficient/convenient to navigate

Great location a little over a mile from Hayden homes. Easily walkable and really nice touch with the candy bowl and lollipops up at the front desk. Clean, comfy rooms, nothing special except the price and location!

The property is clean and neat but pretty barebones. On a busy street so it is easy to find! The way the property sits reduces the street noise a lot but still a very urban environment. I have stayed twice because of location in Bend and how it welcomes big dogs. The new ice machine in the corner was great!! Check in was smooth and friendly and they accommodated my request to be on the ground floor. Thanks!

The room was fine, exactly as described and depicted in their pictures. The bed was comfortable enough. The internet is slow and intermittent, so bring a hotspot if you have one. The walls are very thin, so hopefully your neighbors aren't too "noisy" as ours were for a few nights. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. No breakfast, but there are enough sit down and fast food joints in the vicinity. The Old Mill area and other areas of interest are nearby. The primary negative is the surrounding areas. Be aware that the street directly behind the motel (2nd Ave) is a primary thoroughfare and living area for a significant number of homeless.

An older motel which has been well maintained. Hey it’s not fancy but it was clean, quiet and the front desk was pleasa. Nice location.

The staff were personable but our room was Soooooo Small. We were changed to closer to the office and you could barely move around - The other rooms stuck out more so, maybe they are larger??? The hotel had a couple of homeless shelters near it. The only area to walk the dog was out front and the constant traffic was extremely noisy. Will not choose again.
